After the conquest of the Harvest Zone and immediate exploitation of all potential, untapped resources and materials, the CAP Countries' Economy kicks even further higher, marking the highest Economic Boom from its last record, which is almost a hundred years ago. Though, most of the Industries and Facilities in the Harvest Zone are controlled by Lolilandia, despite that Harvest Zone's portal are within Glacian Territory. Nonetheless, with the new Trade agreement between Lolilandics and Glacians both Economies grew better and better each day. As for the new highest record, it came coincidentally where Lolilandia celebrates another important holiday. A day dedicated to their Workers, Farmers and People with their Careers and Professions, known as "Lolilandic Career Professions Day" which is celebrated mostly by exchanging gifts and spending on recreation activities. And Lolilandia isn't alone in the sudden Military Buildup. In another world of Sector 1 as Lolilandia calls it, Marina Andropova, now officially designated as Lolilandic Ambassador to the Alfkhaishan Federation relays the Orders from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The orders were to "accelerate the Military Buildup of the Alfkhaishans" which is already not easy to do.

Marina: Aw c'mon. Fasten it up? The training process is like 89% complete. Ugh!!!!!

To add to the headache, the Constitution setup for the Alfkhaishans were slow to adopt, mostly due to the fact that everyone were new to the concepts stated by the Constitution setup, such as Economic Policy, National Security, Military Hardware and Procurement, Healthcare System and etc. Luckily, LPA Division Commanders and some of the old friends from the One United Party are to help her relay the Orders, regardless how ridiculous it sounds. Marina even advise to the Foreign Minister that "the process will be slower than our Recovery from the Civil War and Constitutional Rebirth" which the reply was........

Which to Marina's surprise, is something to worry about. What if Alfkhaishans weren't fully familiar in LPA's tactical level? To Amphibious and Parachute Landings? And more. Again, with the backing of LPA Advisors, the order can be done in no time.

Soon, the sudden Military Buildup couldn't no longer kept secret, both inside and outside of Lolilandia. While the Public plausibly believe it was all for preparation for the Next Solo Khoungya Exercise Next year and also for a Special Joint Military Drills between LPA and the AFA (Alfkhaishan Federation Army) scheduled in 6th of Leoan, the CAP Countries knew better, and decide to order sudden Buildup as well, under the Guise of the Joint Military Exercise, and with the case of Fairopia, Orentsia and Amazonia to "provide assistance training for the Aflkhaishans" which is alone had an awkward suspicion, but welcomed regardless. And due to the Sudden Military Buildup by Lolilandia and her allies the resource harvest and demand gets bigger each time passing. The Divine Realm also catch in the wind of this too, with Goddess Cinnamonia concluded one thing.

Goddess Cinnamonia: Another war is coming to Anmius. But still hopeful not a repeat from the one 200 years ago.
