After some long discussion, the Sector-2 as a Dedicated Joint Military Research Facility has passed the required votes to be approved. Now, the Sector-2 will be of course, split into 5 parts, the Elflandic Zone, the Fairy Zone, the Amazonian zone, the Orentsian zone and the largest being the Lolilandic Zone. The Glacians were about to question where is their part, until the Alfkhaishans reminded them that they already have one in Sector-1 with them. Yet even after the split, there are still pockets of resistance. Locals whom dislike the idea of their homeland "stolen" and turned into a Research Facility. The only ones were resisting are Orcs and Kobolds, as the rest were surrendered or killed during the invasion. As a means to solve this issue with the resisting orcs, the CAFCAP deploy its small units to find their settlements and bombard it with White Phosphorus Munitions and any other Incendiary/Thermobaric Weapons or to wipe all out themselves. One Artillery Unit were conducting a bomb run on an Orc-filled City that is recently abandoned weeks earlier.
Orc Resident's POV.
?: Can't believe these humans run away in fear. Do they understand our power?
?: Nah. More like they don't wanna die from whoever is invading.
?: I don't get it.
?: Have you heard what happened to those Whalesland Imperial punies?
?: No.
?: They were invaded and destroyed by some unknown but strange looking invaders. Then they burn almost everything in this world to the ground.

As they chatter, the Orcs finally discovered on why the Humans on this ruined city run away. They were running to avoid the massacre as they found one coming in.
?: Woah woah. Hey there, human. What happened to you?
?: Get away. Get out of here before they killed you all.

?: The invaders. The ones who destroy the empire. Run if *gets shot in the head*
The orcs were surprised. They saw the human die in front of them. With some feel involuntarily scared.
?: Ahhhhhhhh!! They're here! The invaders are here. Ready to fight them *gets shot in the head*
But before they could do anything, they were already being gunned down without mercy. An Armored Personnel Carrier surrounded by Soldiers with small stature appears
LPA Platoon Leader: Shoot them!! Make sure this city is captured. Our Commander needs this site secured.
LPA Soldiers: Yes, Comrade Madam.
The orcs were surprised to see who is killing them and cannot believe it. Never thought in their lives that a group of Soldiers with strange clothing, weapons and mixed species were altogether come here to wipe them all. Worst, some were human, some were with animal ears and horns, but the common thing they have were they are all small enough to mistakenly identified as brats. These were the Soldiers of the Lolilandic People's Army.

The Orcs attempted to surrender to no avail. The LPA Soldiers were still killing them without showing mercy. The Orcs couldn't do anything but accept their death mercilessly and without honor. This is same goes to the other CAFCAP Units being deployed.
Whalesland Imperial Capital. 1 hour later.
At the heart of the Whalesland Empire, a construction is in progress. The capital itself were vouched as a part of the Elven Military Research zone, were the surviving captived men were to endure harsh forced labor with no food, water or even something to rest on. This goes to the other sectors, as the Officials decide that the entire Sector-2 locals were punished to work till death due to damages in the Oil Facilities at thr Khaistan Continent. The surviving women however, were given a different treatment. They were undergo training as civilian staffs in Research facilities, and even go as far as to indoctrinate them based on Modern Anmiusian standards.

In Lolilandia, the Officials simply announced that the Incident was "fixed" and reported it as "Minor Technical Failures" to ensure that the General Public weren't aware of what they are doing in Sector-2. Same goes to the rest of the Countries.

Back to the Sector-2, the Orc Purges continues, this varies from Burning them to ashes.
*Noises of Explosion and Orcs' death scream*
To CAFCAP Troops mercilessly gunning them down.
*Noises of Gunfire and Orcs' scream death in higher pitch followed by distinct chatter*
The Orcs that tried to fight back were failed as well, unable to even draw blood from the CAFCAP Troops as the guns were faster than whatever they could get their hands on. Even in numbers didn't do anything too, regardless how many of them. In other words, the Orcs of Sector-2 faces extinction and nothing can stop it. This is where they realize their doom.

*Thermobaric Explosion Noise*
The other sentient species of Sector-2 who happen to witness the massacre were all too shock. They can't describe exactly how they feel nor understand it. The unfolding situation were too sudden that they all stand like statue. Some were both happy, for the Orcs have finally dealt with at last, and fear, due to possibility of being targeted too by this massacre.
?: I hope those little girls don't kill us with whatever kind of weapon they have.
Of course, not everyone were supportive to this move. Some of the "cooperative" civilians questioned this act of Orcocide (Genocide on Orcs) and all they told were this:
"We are just doing post-maintenance test on our weapons. Nothing to worry about, ladies and gentlemen."
The Orc women and Orc children were especially targeted by this systematic killing. Most of them being simply run over by the Tanks and Armor, crushing their body parts before being shot of. To make matters worst, Officers turned blind eye to these cruel acts with justified reasons. After all, Orcs are, as Lolilandic Government describes, an absolute threat no matter what kind of indoctrination were planted to them.
LPA Tank Driver: Let's just run them over and have them die under our tank's tracked wheels rather than wasting precious ammo on them.
LPA Tank Gunner: Okay!
*More Orcs screaming to death while LPA Tanks run them over*
The Gods of 3 worlds can't help but to chuckle at this cruel situation. As they find it hilarious on how the supposedly menacing species, were helpless when it comes to the Modern Military weapons of Lolilandia and her allies. As the Soldiers of CAFCAP continues to hunt down the Orcs. Though, some other sentient species decide to intervene as they "cannot tolerate" such action.
?: Stop that killing, they cannot resist anymore *throws rocks*
The troops had to put the protests down and arrest the rioters, while calling them "ungrateful"
LPA Platoon Leader: Your hypocrisy is insane, but we'll hold no grudge on you all.
With that, they continue their "clean-up" duty.

10 days later, while the Orcocide were in its last phase. The construction of various Research Facilities were finished and ready to use, ranging from would-be new Tanks and Armor, to Spacecraft Engines and other necessary items for Orbital Weapons. Here in the Lolilandic Zone, a specially commissioned research were about to conduct its series of test and were given top priority clearance courtesy from the Office of the (Lolilandic) Ministry of Defence. And in addition, the rioting civilians that were arrested earlier were ordered to be treated as "subjects" for "harrassing the authorities"
