An unusual event is taking place in the Border Regions between Elflandia and Lolilandia. As it turns out, a huge supply convoy were passing through. The said supply contains bulk of "Tubes" (Manpads) that Elflandia purchased a while ago. According to the documents inspected by the Elven Border Troops, the Tubes were supposed to be supplemental weapon to the EPA Troops fighting "Flying Targets" in case of absence of SPAAG and Air Assets. In addition, the Elven Military Research Institutes didn't have spare time to develop their own Manpads due to focusing other important matters. Luckily, Lolilandia were willing to sell the Manpads to the Elves, partly because for preference design in case they decide to. The Manpads were in fact, Mana-powered Version. Albeit it requires a long charging before had to aim it and fire. Other than the Manpads, were additional procurement of R34W and other Mana-powered guns produced from Lolilandia's Netheran ESR Machinery Plant. Both Border Troops were unsure why Elflandia needing to buy more R34W than it need to. Until the last part of Document reads out:

Due to Elflandia's prioritization of needing to acquire license production of other Important Hardware, such as the N-20 Aircraft. The Elven People's Army will continue to rely in purchasing R34W from Lolilandia until further notice.

The Supply Convoy move after getting the go signal. They were heading to the Eastern Military District.

The equipment were delivered and received. It did go well, and so does the rest of the Military Districts later on. But it doesn't end there.

7th of Leoan. 36th NLC. Springwood Airspace.

2 Large Transport Aircraft were flying and about to land in the Southern District Airbase. Inside them were Lolilandic-made Ballistic Missiles Elflandia buy months earlier. And like earlier. It did went as well.

Additional Ballistic Missiles were delivered in to Elflandia as well, this time, some of them were from Amazonia and Orentsia. This is were the CAFCAP Officials decide to ask what was going on in Elflandia.

General Tukachevskaya: What is going on in Elflandia, buddy?

General Summers: Yeah. We are all starting to worry why you Elves go shopping spree.

General Steiner: To be honest, we just receive intel regarding these.... rumors. So yeah. Shopping spree and all of production thing.

General Steiner: Yes. And since Elflandia can't produce guns and Ballistic Missiles we have to buy for now. Total of 30 Missiles and possibly thousands of guns.

Upon hearing it, they were chattering, but all agreed this meant the situation is urgent and the Alarm must set to the highest, knowing what damages it can cause should the so-called rumors were true.

General Tukachesvskaya: Hmm. Very well. Just be sure your Economy is stable enough to do such thing like this.

The Elves just continue to purchase the Guns and Missiles from its allies. Much to their delight, Lolilandia announced that they'll be going to "emptied their R34W stockpiles" to both Elflandia and Fairopia. As well as its Ballistic Missiles at "lowest price" and when asked, they simply stunned the fact that Lolilandia overproduce their Guns and Missiles, and were stuck on how to "get rid of them without having to destroy as option" making the Elves breathed in peace. Other State Members chuckled at this finding, but decided to help out Lolilandia in solving their issue of overstocking of Missiles and Guns.

Elven President Anne Honecker decide to inform the public on the recent shopping spree of guns and missiles from Lolilandia.

Anne: My dear Elven People. As much as I don't want to alarm you. But it has been reached to the Highest Officials that there is a threat looming from the Forbidden part of the Anmius. The place called Red Abyss Island. Even though Arghansus is permanently destroyed, the threat of the other Demon Lord is no laughing matter to us. In fact Certain Military Intelligence suggest that there is another Demon Lord possible to emerge. And this info confirmed by the captive members of the Demon Lord Cult. Again. I'm sorry for the panic I'm causing now.

Unfortunately, the speech indeed cause panic, as State Media shows some walls with strange inscriptions found from remains of the "Captured Cult" Insurgents. Many Elves in the Internet begun to connect this dot to Elflandia's recent purchases of weapons.

?: So that's why I saw lots of planes and trucks going to Military District. Makes sense. This one might be stronger than that Arghansus monster.

With a looming threat inevitable that puts Elflandia on highest alert, as the Goddess observing the Situation with extreme caution. Peace is once again hanging in a thin thread. Fortunately, they have one century time table for preparation. But being cautious is better than negligence.
