The Second day of the Khoungya Military Exercises starts with Naval Forces firing shells and Missiles on "targets of interests" followed by both Paratrooper and Ground Troops being deployed from air with their Parachutes. Behind them were APC's, IFV's and Tanks being Airdropped. After landing, everyone went to charge attacks. At the Air, Choppers were continue sweeping other "targets of interests" and providing "support" for others on the Ground. LPA Officials from the Podium were hastily scribbling down every actions of the Participating Forces. While General Brezhneva were just simply watching with her binoculars. Meanwhile, as the Military Drills were going smooth as planned, Government Officials issues notifications to LPA Officials that Several Military Commanders from other countries will be also attending to Observe the Khoungya 20 NLC Drills. If no then that's fine by me. We can still do trade between our Nations and provide security to your Borders though.

Queen Elysia: I'm in. As token of Gratitude for Lolilandia's help in freeing my Nation we will join in this Alliance.

Eveyone: Hmm!?

Elflandic President: Same here. We will join as our thanks for saving and even bringing back our missing citizens.

The invited Leaders took good time reading it, and was amazed by the contents of the paper. They read it as it follows:

Article 1 of the Alliance Treaty: All State Members shall be have Representatives that fits the role of Economic Coalition and the Collective Armed Force. One Economic Expert, or former Economic Minister and one Military Official. This to ensure the functionality works perfectly and accordingly.

Article 2 of the Alliance Treaty: Should any State Member faces threat from the Outside Force, the rest will treat it as a threat to the Entire Alliance. Thus the Collective Armed Force will act accordingly to deal with the threat.

Article 3 of the Alliance Treaty: If the threat is from inside, the CAFCAP can be called as an option, specifically if situation is at worst and devolve into Civil War to any State Member.

Article 4 of the Alliance Treaty: Any misunderstanding between State Members shall be solved by Lolilandia alone to prevent worst outcome. Diplomacy and consideration is the key.

Article 5 of the Alliance Treaty: All goods trade will be required less tax than before. Additionally under this Article, goods from Lolilandia will be tax-free while goods from all other State Members will require only 1 of any currency depending where it came from. Example would be 1 Elf Gold if goods from Elflandia will be sent to Lolilandia. This applies to all kinds of Goods/Items.

Article 6 of the Alliance Treaty: Cooperation on Multiple fields, including Space Flights and Oil Exploration is obligatory. This will ensure the growth of all State Members and also securing Natural Resources as much as needed on affordable prices. Additionally, Military Cooperation is also obligatory as to ensure that Armed Forces of the State Members will be prepared in case of conflict arises, be it from inside or outside.

By the time they were done reading, they were all pleased. Never thought in their lives that the Alliance would be like this. Not to mention, Goods from Lolilandia will be tax free which means people who wish to buy items from Lolilandia, like Digipods will only have to pay the Original price only without extra charges. Queen Elysia also finds the last part of Article 6 pleasing, as this essentially means the Orentsian Royal Army will be fully ready and have access to support from Lolilandia whenever possible. The Amazonia and Elflandic President were also pleased about Article 2, as for them, it meant that should they were threatened by Khaistan Empire, Lolilandia and others will respond and view it as a threat against them also from the Empire. They all agree in one thing. This Alliance is perfect, and so they signed.

Queen Elysia: What would be the name of the Alliance, Dear Premier?

Premier Higgins: I will call it, the Cinnamonian Alliance Pact. For if we have to please and Glorify our Goddess Cinnamonia, we have to stand together to survive and grow altogether.

Elflandic President: Sounds good to me

Amazonian President: Cinnamonian Alliance Pact. What a perfect name. Our Goddess will surely pleased.

As they chatter, they bow down and bid farewell to Premier Higgins.

Premier Higgins: Thanks again everyone. See you next time.

The Exercise went with smooth results until 4 of afternoon. With that, they called the day again and allow rest. Masha went to see Natasha again however....

Natasha and General Brezhneva went on a private discussion.

Natasha: Yes, Comrade General?

General Brezhneva: I see you're okay with this. I'm surprised.

Natasha: I have no reason to rant as to why remove me from Commanding 212th AMC. I'm too stressed to handle it as of this rate.

General Brezhneva: That's surprising.

Natasha: Yeah. Anything else I should know?

General Brezhneva: Nothing. I just wanna know your exact thoughts but I guess you're good already with the Captain. You may dismiss, Sergeant.

Natasha leaves the tent. Not knowing Masha was just waiting.
