It has been one hour since the group started their journey to the Pasjače village, and they were currently passing by the Urbus mountain, the highest mountain in all of Beodor, in order to arrive at the village, they would need to travel for 700 meters.
"Hey, i heard that vampires live on the mountain" said Ivan, his intentions were to scare the group.
"What, where?" said Azra with fear and hid in Katarina's coat.
"Wait, you mean those guys who drink blood?" asked Andrej to go with the joke.
"Yes, i heard that they found a corpse here not long ago" replied Ivan.
"Scary"
"I also heard that they like to hunt fairies and similar beings the most" added Ivan, which made Azra more and more afraid.
"It's just…. a joke" said Ivan, and Katarina smacked him in the face.
"It's not even funny anymore"
"How so, see we ever arrived faster" Ivan said and pointed to a beautiful looking small village, where a lot of different races lived, from humans and elves to fairies and orcs.
"There are fairies here, are you from here perhaps Azra?" asked Katarina.
"I don't know where i'm from, sorry" replied Azra quietly.
"Don't worry about it" said Katarina "Do any of you two know where Anya's house is?"
Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.
"No" replied Ivan and Andrej.
"What do we do now, we can't just knock on every door asking for her, it would take too much time" said Katarina and at that time Ivan got an idea, so he ran over to one of the residents, it was an elf girl with green hair.
"Hey, do you know where a rough girl about my size lives, she has red hair and eyes?" asked Ivan.
"Oh, you are talking about Anya right?" the girl asked, and Ivan nodded "She lives here" she pointed to a house behind her.
"Thank you a lot" said Ivan, and the group went to Anya's house, Ivan knocked lightly on the door, and a gigantic woman, about two meters in size opened the door.
"Who are you scrubs?" she asked with a raspy voice.
"W-we are Anya's friends, we came for a visit" said Ivan quietly in fear.
"I see, come in then" she said, and the group walked into the house's living room, there they found a man sitting in a chair and reading a newspaper, he quietly looked up.
"Hello, are you Anya's friends?" he politely asked.
"Yes, my name is Ivan, and they are Andrej, Katarina and Azra" Ivan introduced them.
"My name is Alexander, Anya's father, nice to meet you, and the big lady you saw earlier, that was her mother Zvezdana"
"I see, nice to meet you too" said Andrej and then Anya came from downstairs.
"Well, you finally came idiots" she said.
"Nice to see you again too" Andrej said and he and Anya shook hands.
"How have you been?" Katarina asked as she also shook Hands with Anya.
"It was pretty boring to wait for you, how have you been?" Anya asked, but they just remained silent, until Ivan spoke up.
"Didn't you hear about the flood?"
"Oh, so it's true then" she said, and they nodded "I see, if you don't want to talk about it that is fine"
"Enough about that, let's go" said Andrej.
"Go where?"
"An adventure duh! We are going to become adventurers"
"Ooh, i'm going too" said Anya.
"Then let us go"
"How about a lunch before you go, i'm sure you kids are hungry from the journey here" said Alexander.
"Yeah, that's a good idea" said Ivan and sat on a chair, the others following him, and they all had a good lunch.
After lunch, Anya was packing her stuff for the adventure, when her mother entered the room.
"Anya, did you finish packing, don't leave your friends waiting for you"
"I'm done now" said Anya as she put her stuff in a leather duffel bag-like container, she strapped it over her shoulder.
"Stay safe my daughter, i will pray for you"
"Do not worry mom, nothing can get through me!"
"That's my daughter!" they briefly hugged and then Anya left for the journey.
Five of them left the village quickly, and were off to their next destination.
"Now, we should get the hero, so our party will be fulfilled" said Ivan.
"Well actually, he wrote to us, but the letter only made it to me. It seems he is currently in Graymore with his family" Anya said.
"Oh, then we will pick him up when we go there" said Andrej enthusiastically.
"Then, let's go to the capital, it's near here so we won't have to travel much" said Anya.
"That is a good idea, let's go" said Ivan, and their journey continued.
