Chapter 7: The A Team
Pacific Village had a small police station. Karen Walker was about to go home for the night when the phone rang. She picked it up and looked at the time. It was 8:29. One minute left on her shift.
“Hello, please, send someone to Thunder Park, the abandoned park. There’s a spaceship, it crashed right here and there’s something, an alien. It killed a person.” Kayla screamed into the phone.
“Listen, you kids better stop calling here.” Karen shouted. The time was now 8:30.
“I’m serious! Send someone, please?” Kayla begged.
Karen hung up the phone with a frustrated sigh. She grabbed her handbag and walked into the back office. Two police men were sitting there.
“Guys, we got a couple of prank callers talking ‘bout some UFOs or some shit down at Thunder Park. Sounds like a couple of yahoos and drug addicts, but you better go check it out, just in case.” She said, then she waved cutely, jingling her keys and she walked out of the police station to go home.
The officers looked at each other.
“Stop at Fishy Joe’s for a coffee and a powdered donut?” Ryan said to the older officer. They were both quite round.
“God damn it, you son of a bitch. You read my mind.” Sheriff Bronson said to the younger officer. “I’ll get my coat.”
The two officers left the messy police station, hopped into one of the police cruisers and started to drive away.
Chapter 8: The Ghost Train Rollercoaster
There was a small dark ride in the park that was also a rollercoaster. They had heard the screams coming from here. The alien’s roomba turtle walked to the building and showed movement inside the walls. The haunted house had a large tree on the front yard, and a rusted 1950s American muscle car. The car had two wings on the rear, and cracked, rotted white wall tires. The haunted house was a slow ride and a rollercoaster. The ride was slow for the first half, but then went quickly when it was outside the house. It used to circle a lake with a sunken ship and then dive into an artificial cave like it was a jewel mine. It was a voodoo themed ride with lots of mannequins in costumes.
The alien looked at the cobweb covered house and started to walk inside. Luke started to follow and the alien snarled.
He snapped his teeth and pushed Luke back. The alien held his gun and tried to tell Luke it was dangerous.
Luke just walked in front of the Alien and held up his own alien blaster and a flashlight. The Alien shrugged as Matt and Michael walked past him holding heavy steel fence bars. They were tipped with a Victorian design, and snapped off the fence due to the rust.
They followed the turtle roomba towards the movement. Matt pulled out his phone to record. They walked past the train coaster, which had been parked at the station.
It was a black steam train, and the rollercoaster cages were supposed to be mine-carts.
The train usually meandered through a few spooky Victorian rooms, they followed the alien’s tracker through the maze of corridors the train followed.
The alien looked very curiously at the assortment of cryptid monster costumes. The vampires and the zombies that stood still, covered in cobwebs.
The turtle robot started to beep loudly. Luke heard the sound of an alien breathing. It sounded like a squid out of water. It was horrific to hear. They could not see it.
The alien stopped the teenagers. He shone his own alien light at a large pool of blood on the floor. The alien tiptoed to a corner. He looked around and then jumped into the next room. He locked his eyes on the monster and started shooting.
He emptied a clip and then stopped shooting. He looked at the creature. This wolf creature was hairy, it was a mannequin. Luke looked around and they all walked inside. The alien had been shooting a werewolf display.
“You got him,” Matt joked.
Meanwhile, inside the spaceship, the second creature let go of the roof of its cage and began to ram at the cage’s steel bars. It had survived the plasma bullets by hiding at the top of the cage under the black cloth and staying still. After ten attempts, the creature’s willpower and strength broke the cage. The monster rushed to the other cages, looking for food. It saw the cow and it grabbed a fistful of the beast’s flesh and ate some. It smelled the air and walked to the cockpit. It saw the alien hunter and began to unhinge its jaw to eat the alien whole.
Inside the haunted train ride Luke, Matt, Michael and the Grey Alien heard a growl nearby and the alien sprinted ahead. Luke and Matthew heard gunfire ahead and breaking glass. They entered the next room to see the alien looking at a broken wall. The monster had escaped.
Laying on the floor was a very chewed body. Christian.
The alien looked out of the broken wall in disgust and walked past Matthew and Luke towards the entrance. They wandered back to the rest of the group, who were waiting outside.
“Did you guys see the monster come out yet?” Luke asked.
“No, but we heard something. We heard some shooting.” Troy said.
“It escaped. It broke through the wall.” Matt grumbled.
“We should fucking leave.” Kayla said.
“That’s right.” Luke said. Elise grabbed his arm.
Luke grabbed her hand.

“Lets fucking run.” Michael said.
All of the highschoolers started running, the gray alien followed, just in case.
Daniel, the missing footballer, lost and alone, runs through the park looking behind him and all around. He saw the ufo and froze in awe.
Then he saw a clawed hand reach from the cockpit and a snarling beast riddled with wounds stepped from the broken windshield.
Adam hid behind a trash bin.
“All girls are the same, they're rotting my brain, love
Think I need a change before I go insane, love”
His phone rang, Troy was trying to call him. Juice Wrld was blasting out at maximum volume across the quiet park.
Troy was at the entrance with the other footballer Adam. Adam was standing by the phone waiting to hear Daniel pick up his phone. Everyone was waiting for him.
The alien monster approached the bin where Daniel was hiding. It moved silently and with a terrifying speed. It looked over the bin and saw nothing but a cell phone.
“Ten minutes, she told me it would take ten minutes
To break my heart, oh, no, she didn't,” the beast saw the device and roared. It sprinted for the national forest.
At the fence, everyone heard the roar. The alien ran toward the sound, leaving the teens behind.
The teens start leaving but are stopped by two police officers, who start beaming the kids with flashlights.
The teens panic and start to explain the situation, the monsters.
“Please, call the army or the FBI to come have a look.” Matt begged the officers.
The officers, having seen alien movies, laughed it off and told the kids to shut up.
Troy got pissed off they didn't believe it.
“Fucking, do your job, there’s a spaceship right there!” Troy shouted. He got up in the face of the young officer. The cop decided to push him against a fence and pulled out some handcuffs.
“Calm down, son.” The officer said.
“Uncuff him, we have to go!” Brian shouted. “The aliens will kill us if we stay here.” Brian tried to grab the young officer and he was hit with a baton. The old sheriff handcuffed Brian and the police officers put them in the back of the police cruiser.
“This is so fucked up,” Kayla said. Adam punched the old guy in the eye and he was pepper sprayed. He was manhandled into the back of the police car.
They were all interrupted by Daniel’s screams. The beast roared after that and everyone got chills.
The officers got uneasy then laughed.
“That’s a good prank. Bluetooth speaker?” The older cop laughed.
“We better check it out just to be sure, though.” The young cop added.
“Can you let them out of the squad car? They’re sitting ducks in there.” Luke shouted.
“Fuck up, or I’ll put you in the back with them.” The young officer shouted.
The two police officers started walking inside.
“Was that blood on the ground back there?” The young guy asked the old chief.
“Karen told me it was a prank, could be some syrup, but, let’s just do a sweep, it’s kind of cool out here. I’m glad we stopped for donuts.” The Sheriff said.
Chapter 9 The Paranormal Investigator
In a bar in a nearby town, a government agent sat on a stool nursing a whiskey. He was talking to the bartender.
“I can afford to drink all the time because my job involves the big hairy guy living in the forest. Let’s just say I may have seen bigfoot with my own eyes.” The agent said. His name was Agent Harrison Cage. The bartender laughed it off.
“Yeah right.” The bartender said, smiling smugly.
Harry looked at his phone. He had an important message. Harry told the bartender to order him a taxi.
Luke, Michael, Matt, Elise and Kayla sat inside the four wheel drive. They had parked in the back of the parking lot, waiting for the police to return. Brian, Adam and Troy were still in the back of the police car.
Out of the woods nearby, a monster appeared, walking slowly with intention towards the police squad car.
Luke noticed this and he put the keys in and started the car. The footballers were all screaming, trying to unlock the doors with no luck, trapped inside. They finally got a good look at the alien. It was tall, with shiny black skin, it had a monstrous jaw that could not fit its long, sharp teeth. Its claws were very long, It had powerful canine legs that ended in velociraptor feet. Its mouth was dripping with blood and gloopy saliva.
Meanwhile the police officers inside the park were walking along, joking about something when they stopped in their tracks.
Emerging ahead of them stood a massive, tall monster.
They spoke into their walkie talkies to try to request backup.
“Send backup to the abandoned Thunder Park. There is a m-monster here, it is not a prank,” The old officer whispered and they both hid behind some bins.
The officers looked back and saw the creature had disappeared. They pulled out their guns and hightailed it back to the police cruiser to wait for backup.
The creature in the parking lot was almost at the police car now.
Luke’s car slammed into it at high speed, which broke his car and sent the monster airborne. It fell to the ground and slid along the asphalt.
It stayed on the ground for a while, then it leaped to it’s feet, screamed and ran at the car.
Luke tried to start the car but it wouldn't work. They sat paralyzed in fear as the monster ran towards them.
When it got close it was pelted by a huge barrage of laser bullets.
It went down.
The Alien stood in the open main gates of the park, his weapon was gently steaming. He then ran to the car, jumped on the roof and shot it again a lot. The grey alien turned the monster’s face into a blue and purple gore puddle.
It was officially dead.
The teens all got out of their car and stood around the body.
The head puddle was gently smoking.
The officers arrived and looked down at the body, then they both noticed they were standing next to a short gray alien. They jumped at this and reached for their pistols but the teens all stopped them.
“He killed that thing.” Matt said.
“He might be good.” Luke said.
They all heard another screech from inside Funland. The officers put down their pistols.
The police officers opened the car and removed the handcuffs from the students.
“Sorry we didn’t believe you, It’s a unique situation. An alien spaceship is hard to believe, so I apologise.” The old sherif said, bluntly, trying to avoid a lawsuit.
As they were talking a taxi appeared in the parking lot and a very drunk man exited from the back. He walked closer and looked at the alien on the ground.
“Holy shit.” Agent Cage said.
