Mania was carrying Alice to the moon where they had first met. Mania had a warm smile on her face as they flew through the void. When they landed, Alice saw three chairs and a table two of which were already occupied. One of them by Lyssa and the other by a strange giant of a man.
The man was rather handsome, but also looked like he was almost 7ft tall with snow-white hair like Alice. His eyes were the same color as hair his hair white; he didn't even have pupils or irises. It was pretty creepy to Alice, who looked at Mania for an explanation.
Mania looked at the man and said: "You should introduce yourself."
The man responded with a nod and stood up "It's a pleasure, Alice, my name is Atum god of life and the beginning."
Alice still put off by his eyes said: "Nice to meet you."
Lyssa burst out laughing and said, "Atum I told you your eyes were weird look at how creeped out she is!"
Alice snapped "Stop reading mind dammit!"
"Become sane then."
Mania cut in "Lyssa don't bully my little one."
Mania put Alice down and sat at the table and said: "Atum if you would be so kind."
With a wave of his hand, he instantly healed all of Alice's injuries. Alice stood up but noticed something wrong and asked: "Where am I supposed to sit?"
Lyssa grinned and said, "Who says you get a seat small fry."
Before Alice responded Mania retorted "What did I say about bullying her and to answer your question my lap of course."
Alice wanted to refuse but before she could speak some force picked her and plopped her right Mania's lap. She could feel the stupid grin on Mania's face and thought "Why do I feel like more of a pet than a daughter."
It was Atum's turn to laugh, and Alice glared at the giant. When he finally noticed her glare he spoke: "You misunderstand Alice I'm not laughing at you but at Mania. When you're around her personality changes in an extreme way."
Mania just shrugged and spoke "Well let's get to it then. First off good job Alice were all happy with how it all played out. But please stop taking risks like that I almost came down there to save you, when Walker put his hand through you."
Lyssa spoke up "She isn't kidding she nearly ripped Atum in half trying."
Maria blushed and continued "Anyway let's get to the rewards you wished for a home, freedom, and power correct."
"Yes."
"Ok then we're going to put you on the world we govern directly it's called Atia. It's much larger than earth, so there should be plenty to do. Also, the system exists on Atia, unlike Earth."
"What system?"
"Well put simply it's a spell that we use to manage the universe and we carve it into the soul so anyone can use it. We blocked its use on Earth because it would cause humans to gain strength to quickly. You'll see it once we give you your rewards."
"Ok fine so what do I get?"
Lyssa smiled and explained "We each are giving you a different reward shrimp I'm going to give you a home and you can't reject it. I'm breaking all the rules on this one. You're going to become a new type of dungeon!"
Alice lost it when she heard. If it weren't for Mania holding her, she would have jumped over the table and strangled Lyssa. "What the fuck do you mean me becoming a dungeon! I would be stuck in the same place forever. Not to mention I would also have to fight anyone and everyone who comes to kill me. Until someone powerful comes along and finishes me off, no way in hell am I accepting that! Let go, Mania, I'm gonna kill this bitch!"
"Calm down brat I just said I'm breaking all the rules for you. You'll be a Roaming Dungeon you're gonna be able to leave your dungeon any time you want to go out and explore. You can even create an entrance wherever you want. Think of it as having a personal army protecting your house at all times. I'll let the system explain all the details later. It's not so bad right but one more thing it'll still have a core and if it dies so do you, think of it as your other half."
"For God's sake fine what about my freedom and power!"
"I wanted to give you that too, but Mania doesn't want me to give you my blessing. She thinks I would use it to influence your mind. Shit a new type of dungeon, and it's not even under my control, so unfair."
Mania spoke up her voice sending shivers down everyone's spine "If you even try to bless her I would have to end your existence. You're still young for a goddess, and you've only held the position Chaos goddess for a few millennia. I would hate to have to find a new one so soon."
Lyssa froze and frantically spoke, "No way sis I would never do that. I respect you way too much to mess with your kid."
"Good." Mania's tone became much softer as she began to address Alice again "Atum and I are going to handle your other gifts, first will be your class I created just for you. I got the idea while looking through your worlds legends. You'll be the Pale Rider and my representative on Atia."
"What do you mean a class why do I need that?"
"Oh, I forgot to say a class is something you get by meeting certain conditions and is very hard to change. They define someone's life and profession in the system."
A little confused Alice responded, "Ok, what's next."
"Atum and I made two weapons for you the first one I made myself, it's a battle scythe. I named it The Scythe of the End it'll eat part of the soul when it kills someone so it will grow along with you. As for the other, it's something me and Atum made together."
Atum began to speak next "These are called The Chains of Samsara, we created them to act as your defense. They will protect you from harm on their own and will also act as a weapon to bring punishment to anyone that tries to harm you. Be careful with these they were hand created by both of us and have no rival in their potential."
Alice was surprised to see Scythe appear in front of her. It looked like it was made from pure darkness and felt like it wanted to devour everything without exception. Just looking at it made you feel; the cold inevitability of the death. Alice loved it.
As the scythe faded away and entered Alice's chest, what followed were strange chains. They shot around Alice, looking like ebony snakes, they looked like they wanted to strangle her but they felt warm and protective. Different from the scythe that just wanted to devour everything they slowed and faded into her body. Alice looked at Atum and Mania with a rare genuine smile on her face full of happiness and said: "Thank you."
Mania's jaw dropped to the floor she had watched Alice ever since it was decided she would become her daughter. And she had never seen Alice smile like that. A few minutes later Mania snapped out of it and said: "Oh about your last wish we can give you the tools, but it's up to stay free."
Alice didn't even care, she was busy playing with her new toys and just said: "That's fine."
Lyssa decided to cut in "Wait I don't get a thank you!? What the hell, I even let Atum use my cores to make that fuckin horse thing living in you right now!"
Alice ignored her turned to Atum "So you created it thanks, what is it anyway?"
"Don't ignore me you shit!"
"It's a spirit I created for you. You can't be the Pale Rider without a mount after all. It's like your scythe it'll eat parts of an opponent's soul and grow with you, it can also take the form of any animalistic non-major races you've killed." Atum replied.
"Major race?"
Mania jumped in "Atia doesn't have one major race in it. There are a lot, but some of the major ones are humans, dwarfs, elves, and beastmen. There also plenty of sub-species like white dwarfs, dark elves even hobbits. You'll be sent to the Kingdom of Asura it's a very tolerant country and has a policy of leaving passive and or profitable dungeons alone."
"Ok sounds um interesting so is it time to go?"
"Not yet we still have to activate the system. It'll start up in a minute just stay calm Atum, and I will take care of everything."
"What about me!?" Lyssa screamed.
"Don't you even try." Mania responded coldly.

Alice felt like something just looked at every part of her and either took or added a lot of things in her. It was disturbing, to say the least, but she looked at Mania and asked: "Is that it?"
"Yes, and you can look at your stats now if you'd like just think of it."

Alice looked at her stats but didn't know how they compared to others, so she disregarded them. But two things caught her attention the letters next to her skills and the journey thing. "Whats with the journeys and the letters?"
Surprisingly it was Lyssa who answered "Well small fry its simple journeys are a way to get powerful skills and unlock classes, they also tell a good bit about yourself to people you show your status to. And the letters are just a grading system it goes from, C for Common, UC for Uncommon, R for Rare, A for Ancient, L for Legendary, and G for Godly. The Unique is stuck before to let you know you're the only one who can possess it, items work on the same system. Now can we please send her away I want to see my new dungeon built."
Mania glared at Lyssa but agreed "I wanted to spend a little more time together, but fine take her to her new dungeon. Alice if you ever want to talk head to the Church of Life they understand what I represent and have a shrine dedicated to me in every main hall."
"Ok, she gets it let's go already."
Alice couldn't say a word before she was grabbed by Lyssa and headed through a portal.
Alice was dragged by Lyssa through an abyss she felt herself black out from time to time and tried to resist, but in the end, everything went dark.
Lyssa smiled "Finally I thought you'd never knock out. Now then no point having you go to Atia if no one knows you're there." With a mischievous grin, Lyssa gave commands "System Admin Override. System-Wide Message, Location planet Atia, Content: Warning the Daughter of Mania the Pale Rider has been born into the world. The Harbinger of the end comes for all who cross her path. Content End. Send Message."
Confirm Message- Warning the Daughter of Mania the Pale Rider has been born into the world. The Harbinger of the end comes for all who cross her path.
Send Yes/No
Lyssa smiled as she said "Yes."
At that moment every intelligent being on Atia received the message from Kings to peasants they all grew nervous. There had been children of gods before but never one of Manias. It was known even on Atia that Mania was never able to create life only end it. And none of the god's children certainly ever warranted a warning from the system itself. Some prayed others prepared to kill the rider and some accepted end. There was just one constant fear.
Lyssa spoke softly "They may have made you sis's kid, but you were made from my cores. You should have also wished for a peaceful life because now that's never going to happen. Be sure to stir the pot as much as you can down there it'll be a great show."
Alice woke up in a dark cave with a floating gem in the center. The gem looked the same as her eyes a rainbow being swallowed by the darkness. She looked over to see Lyssa grinning at her in the corner "About time you woke up I didn't think traveling through the void would do such a number on you but eh live and learn now come shrimpy let's get started."
Alice felt she had gotten run over by a truck but spoke: "So this is my dungeon such a rip-off."
Lyssa smile twitched "Hey you little shit I'm sorry if I haven't built the place for you. I only created an entirely new species of dungeon just for you."
"Ok I get it I have to build the thing so where do I start?"
"Simple it works the same as your status screen just think of it, and it'll pop up. You can do whatever you want with it a classic room by room, a labyrinth, open room, ecosystem, even a city whatever you want. You can kill everyone outright or lure people in with rewards and gradual difficulty. I recommend the second no kingdom allows the kind of outright death dungeon to live long. You can also send your monsters out to destroy everything but even rival kingdoms will go as far as to band together and send armies just to wipe you out and if your core dies you die. And don't worry about the deaths you cause inside the dungeon a lot of kingdoms like to use dungeons as a way of limiting the population and killing off the poor. Not to mention they use them as a way to make a quick buck. By the way, I left a little parting gift, you can make two floors however you want with no mana charge needed, aren't I awesome? Now that my explanation is over, see you later." With that Lyssa vanished through a portal.
Alice needed to take a minute to process the information she just got "Shit she couldn't explain it more clearly Lyssa you annoying bitch."
"Calm down Alice I managed to get the gist what she said. We just need to make ourselves profitable to the kingdom and not spew out monsters every second."
"We can kill anyone who walks in who isn't strong enough, we just have to let some go with a decent amount of rewards."
"Ok, I rather kill everyone outright but fine."
Alice thought of her dungeon screen, and sure enough, it appeared.

Alice read through her stats happy when she saw some unique skills and the unlimited mana, but none of it gave her an idea of what she wanted to do with her new dungeon. As it was now it just a 10x10 cave with a tunnel going up to a swirling portal.
"Seriously what should we do with this thing."
"We should start with the design of the floor and then worry about the monsters later. But what should it look like we won't be living up here so it shouldn't be very accommodating."
"Let's just make the whole thing be under water will just watch them all fuckin drown!"
"No you moron there are spells to counter that plus we are trying to be profitable, so the kingdom doesn't destroy us."
"Fine how about a desert then we can watch them all bake to death as they wander around."
"That's actually not a bad idea Alice we could make one giant desert and cliffs breaking up each part. The sections of the desert will be the rooms, and we will have bridges connecting them."
"I like it, but we still need to think about what's going to be living in there and how is it going to be survivable."
"We do have the skill dungeon store so we can always look through that."
With her first floor decided Alice combed through the store, there were surprisingly not just monster there were normal plants and animals as well. All of it cost mana, but she had a cheat this time around. But it was like the store knew about it because some options weren't available. She tried to buy the Fire Dragon, but the store said just said insufficient mana.
"*Sigh* Guess you only cheat so much."
After a few hours picking and comparing she chose a few cactuses, desert trees, and a few miscellaneous plants to make up the plant life on the floor. There were also some plants she hadn't seen before, they turned out to be herbs of some kind she picked them up too because of their healing and poison effects.
Next, she picked out some normal animals, she bought snakes, spiders, scorpions, birds and few mammals. She read the description of evolution, and she had some fun ideas for these little guys.
When she finally got to the monster section next they were all stereotypical monsters and what was available was pretty boring, to say the least, but it was free. Alice bought goblins, orcs, trolls, golem cores, even mummies but nothing of really interested her.
"Ok shopping is done time to expand this hole in the wall!"
Alice cleared rock away at an astounding rate she ended up 100 miles across and 1 mile high in free space before she was stopped. It looked and felt like she could go further, but the mana cheat just wasn't letting her.
After that, she began to grind the surface rock into the sand until it was well over 15 feet deep in some places. After that, she started to dig out canyons and hardened the rock on their sides. Alice dug them over 40ft deep and as far as 15 ft wide. She left some hardened rock as bridges connecting them, but when all was said and done, there were over 70 desert islands they spanned from a half to 4 miles in circumference. The shortest route took you across 40 of them but still made you cross 70 miles of desert.
The only problem was it was dark, and although she manipulated the environment, she noticed it took a decent amount of mana to maintain. It was going to be a significant problem in the future and one that needed to be solved now.
"How are we going to fix this if we leave as is we will go mana bankrupt."
"Let's make a big fire that will fix it."
"No, you dumb ass then we will have to maintain it with mana constantly."
"*Sniff* Don't fight."
"Oh look you angry monkey you're making her cry."
"Screw you, you're the one who started it by being an idiot."
"Calm down you three I have an idea let's just evolve something that makes light, I personally recommend moss and a few trees. We could also make it so that they convert ambient mana into heat as well."
"No fair why do you think of everything."
"Simple I'm the brains, you're the impulsive and moron, she's the over aggressive ass hole, and she's the sweet little cry baby. Any questions? No good let's get started, main Alice do your thing!"
"Did the voices in my head just... No, ignore them you're crazy enough as is just focus moss and trees moss and trees."
Alice began to use her Evolution skill and created two new species, light moss and heat trees. They absorbed the mana in the air to do what their name suggests, plain simple. She spread the light moss all over the ceiling of the floor, and the trees were placed every few dozen feet. By the time she was done it over 100 degrees. Alice, in the end, decided to put clusters of them on 10 of the islands making the heat rise even higher but it was also where she planned to put the best rewards. The next plants to be planted were water filled cactuses they were spread all over, some she made lethally poisonous while others cured heat stroke instantly. She finished off the plants by spreading herbs over some of the islands. Some of them grew naturally in the heat and while others she evolved a bit. Some of the herbs, could be used in health or mana potions, were put by the clusters of heat trees. While less valuable herbs grew in small patches here there.
Alice decided to start mutating the animals next. She chose to use scorpions, spiders, snakes, hawks and desert cats as the main monsters for this floor. She started with one of the most common monsters on the floor snakes, and she started off with a typical cobra. When she began evolving the snakes, she found it to be a little more difficult than expected. There were limits to how much she could do. For example, when she decided to make the cobra over 10ft long, it exploded.
"Looks like even you have limits god why did they make so many restrictions."
She settled for making it just over 5ft and made it venom lethal enough only to kill after a few bites. She upped its speed and strength a good amount it could crush bone if it needed to but it would leave quite a bit of backlash on snake itself. Most importantly she made it a group ambush predator at least 6 of them stuick together at any given time. They were called Ambush Cobra's, not bad for her first mob monster all thing considered.
She did the spiders and scorpions next she made them both massive the scorpion reached 10 ft standings and it chitin was built rock solid. The venom could be injected directly by the tail or spewed out and absorbed through the skin it wasn't a lethal as the cobra, but the volume of venom made up the difference. It was solitary and wandered around or slept under the sand. As for the spiders, there were two types the first would live in the clumps of heat trees they would spread their web and attack quickly with increased speed there venom was also the most fatal of all the desert creatures. It was only a foot in size tiny compared to the other that was four feet in size. This spider lived in underground tunnels and would grab anyone walking by, it faster and quieter than the other spider but its venom only paralyzed. It gave a chance for people to save their friends if they wanted but only at significant risk to themselves. They were called Behemoth Scorpions, Heat Spiders, and Trap Spiders respectively.
Next was the other mob monster the Sand Cats she made them only 3 ft tall but they would be very aggressive. There hide would be tough enough to stop glancing blows from swords and arrows. Alice also made them pack hunters and increased their speed considerably. They lived burros under the sand and would attack anyone with up to 30 in each pack.
Last were the Hawks all she did to them was up there speed and strength a bit. She also made the feathers sharp, a lucky hit might cut someone's throat, but Alice felt like something was missing and left it at that.
The last thing she added was the monsters she decided to stick with goblins for now the others seemed too strong for the first floor. Alice decided to first and foremost fix their ugly ass face and disgusting smell. The one thing she always hated about the little green pests was being around them. So she tried to make them look better, and she succeeded to an extent. There were no more boils, and you could tell the difference between the males and females now, they also didn't smell like shit anymore. She added some height bring them up to 4ft tall. She also made them a lot smarter they couldn't speak to her, but they could communicate with each other. With an upgrade in strength and speed, there were as strong as a normal person and Alice gave them a tribe mentality. She changed their skin color from green to beige like the sand and named them Sand Goblins. She released few tribes into the dungeon and let the monsters sort themselves out.
