While it takes hours to get the vessel's systems back there is information still coming in. Alexis keeps on the bridge to listen to the changes. The second gun's shell is removed as it never fully launched out of the barrel and is disarmed.
The first main gun's shell is detected as it gets close but the Station. Its target could not move to dodge without tearing itself apart. Point-defense weapons fire out but are ineffective as they were designed to stop thin-skinned explosive missiles not a meter long, 30 centimeter wide hunk of metal with explosives deep inside it. It smashes in to the Station which leaves only a small hole. That is not the real issue as it starts its explosive charge on impact with the Station. It clears over half the Station before it detonates. The minor damage from the entrance changes dramatically as nearly a fourth of the Station is shredded by the explosion and much more is compromised venting air. Bodies, materials, and items are flung out in to space all around the Station. The survivors are a paltry amount of the population, mostly ones wearing suits or in sealed sections on the side the rod hit. Their distress calls would be hard to deal with as the debris coming from the Station would make going to it hazardous to most ships.
The first missile hits another of the Stations who attacked the Fateful Hour. The missile was not detected and detonates destroying a good third of the Station and destabilizes it. The Station over the course of four hours rips itself apart from interior explosions and pressure buildup in various systems. The population of this Station suffers a lot of causality but only a quarter are lost with the survivors taking to various other vessels and even a section of the Station cut off and towed away from the doomed construct.
The last missile had the longest leg to travel was detected and intercepted by a gunship that sacrificed itself to protect the targeted Station.
The massive damage done to the Stations has huge impact on the orbits around Earth. Debris is flying around and many other Stations and Habitats are on alert and if possible are moving their orbits to avoid the spreading fields of shrapnel.

A small number of vessel go out towards the debris fields spraying a foam jell to intercept some of the deadly debris in what a few powers planned should just an occurrence happen. The revolutionary idea and a few others might just be enough to prevent a cascading snowball of damage and debris from spreading to all the orbits around Earth.
Communications are going all over with this huge event. News coverage from the event is very negative towards the Fateful Hour. It is mostly fear of what such a ship would do, and to the balance of power many factions on and around the planet and even system will entail. A few are calling it a massacre and not a battle for how much loss of life has occurred and the damages that are still coming in as the debris fills the sky.
The Great Country had long become a third rate power but with the presence of such a combat vessel a number of other power blocs have turned to them with a lot of diplomats rushing to the old, and possibly once again great power.
The remaining two Stations have signaled they are no longer hostile to the Fateful Hour and the Great Country. They wish to speak of peace and will cease the normal tithes from vessels going to and from the planet.
The other space powers around Earth are filing complaints about what happened. Many are demanding compensation for the damages wroth upon from the after effects.
The Fateful Hour gives only a short message of agreement of cessation of hostilities but nothing else to all the other calls to it.
Power is restored to almost all levels and the ship once more fully combat capable a few hours before it gets in to orbit of Earth. Unit 2 along with some ship personal tracked down the issue of the second gun and it seems there is a design flaw that the main guns can only singly and they have to wait a while between firing or else they overload the electrical grid of the vessel. This was only exacerbated by the aged power-plant of the vessel causing the system overload to occur when Alexis ordered the second gun to fire. It is currently offline and they think they would have to go back to Epsilon to have it repaired.
Fateful Hour arrives in high orbit clear of the mess that is happening in orbits lower. Alexis had gotten a rest cycle before it arrived on orders from one of the doctors. She looks at the bridge personal and gives the call they have been waiting for.
