In the year 500 AD during the Empty Century, humans migrated to different planets to create cities known as Colonies, giant machines known as AEGIS were created to carry out acts of war. Eighteen-year-old Hollow Freedman is forced onto the battlefield where his morals and friendships will be put to the test.
