KEIICHI MIURA
Sitting atop the inn’s roof, a myriad of thoughts swirled through my mind under the enchanting gaze of the blue moon, giving the scene an almost magical, fairy tale-like allure. My journey in Limbo was originally embarked upon to unravel the enigmatic nature of death, yet it turned out to be a cosmic irony that death itself became my nexus.
Initially, I tried to avoid embracing this ominous power, resorting to using it only in dire circumstances. However, my naivety almost cost Wallace his life, as the uncontrolled power surged within me during our encounter with the skeletal whale.
Finally, in the Inner Sanctum, I came to understand that the path to comprehending the true nature of death would only reveal itself if I fully accepted my nexus as a part of me. I realised that to truly understand death, I needed to coexist with it and live with it.
Even after the intense events and battles that unfolded in Niafell, my goal remained unaltered. I was resolved not to depart from Limbo until I could unravel the truth of ‘death.’ This path was my own, and as I journeyed alongside my companions, I pledged to support them while treading my own path.
Yet now I had another goal etched in my heart, and it was a vow to avenge Baek.
"I shall bide my time, Indikar... and when the moment comes, I will end you!" I proclaimed it to myself, feeling a surge of determination well up inside me.
I couldn’t escape the reality that my own recklessness had led to his demise. If only I hadn’t left to seek Indikar, I might have noticed his presence behind Baek and potentially saved him from that tragedy. I had to face responsibility for the consequences of my actions and not shy away from Limbo when it was my actions that had caused the situation in the first place.
With a fierce determination swelling within me, I vowed to grow stronger, aiming to reach the level of Baek and confront the cowardly Indikar. He would not escape the consequences of his actions, and I would make sure justice was served for Baek and for the burden I carried as the one responsible for it all.
A lingering thought in my mind revolved around the enigmatic individual known as ‘Mrizem.’ Somehow, he had a connection to Wallace and, from the indications, to the void order as well.
My responsibility was to keep a vigilant eye on Wallace, ensuring that Mrizem could never take control of his body again. Though I sensed no malevolence from Mrizem at that time, it wasn’t necessarily a guarantee of good intentions. It seemed as though he was bound to protect Wallace, and if he failed to do so, dire consequences might follow.
I couldn’t forget his assurance that he needed only a few months to find a solution to this matter. More than a month had already elapsed, and I remained uncertain about the outcome of his endeavors. The risk of something happening to Wallace was still present.
Thus, I took it upon myself to be the guardian, the one who looked out for him in this intricate and uncertain journey.

ELSIE WOODWARD
In the past few months, I have experienced the most exhilarating moments of my life. Escaping the confinements of the Avlyrra , a birdcage of a realm, and venturing into the uncharted territories of unknown realms thrilled me beyond measure. However, the tragic events that unfolded in Niafell left an indelible mark on my heart.
Despite the upheavals, my determination remained unwavering. The allure of exploring Limbo beckoned me, even if it meant facing perilous situations.
Furthermore, I felt an inexplicable attachment to Wallace and his journey of self-discovery. Witnessing him find his path firsthand, I understood that he couldn’t achieve his goals alone. He needed steadfast friends and companions who would support him when he stumbled, empowering him to rise again.
I recognised the significance of offering my support, along with Kei’s, to propel him forward. In doing so, I realised that by aiding him in his quest to protect Limbo from the void order, I could indirectly fulfil one of my own wishes—to avenge my father.
I remained cognizant of my limitations and acknowledged that I wasn't formidable enough for such a task. Nevertheless, I had unwavering faith in my companions. I firmly believed they would grow stronger over time, eventually attaining the power to confront the void order on equal footing.
Hence, I pledged to assist my friends in every way possible—acting as a protective shield, providing information, and offering unwavering emotional support. Rather than cowering in the face of the Herald’s demise, I chose to harness its impact as fuel to propel my own growth and resilience.
As I lounged at our inn, a myriad of thoughts swept through my mind, and one in particular captured my attention.
"Earth truly is an extraordinary place," I whispered to myself, relishing the taste of the freshly brewed coffee in my hands—a luxury exclusive to the City of Easrich in Limbo.
Having spent a whole week on Earth, I found myself captivated by its wonders and mysteries. For someone who had never set foot in this realm before, every aspect of it was a marvel to behold. The vibrant colours of the landscapes, the bustling cities, and the vast oceans all seemed like a breathtaking painting come to life.
Unlike Limbo, Earth exuded an unparalleled vitality, as if every corner of this world brimmed with life and energy. It was a sight to behold—the majestic mountains, the sprawling forests, and the picturesque lakes all painted a mesmerising portrait of nature’s splendour.
Moreover, the technology on Earth was beyond anything I had ever encountered in Limbo. The bustling metropolises were adorned with towering skyscrapers, and the streets hummed with the sound of vehicles and gadgets that seemed to be propelled by sheer magic. It was a world where science and imagination intertwined, giving rise to innovations that pushed the boundaries of human capability.
The thought of settling on Earth filled me with a mixture of excitement and tranquilly, and a soft smile played upon my lips.
"After all of this is over," I whispered to myself, savouring the taste of the idea that had taken root in my mind, "after I have unravelled the mysteries of Limbo and embraced my destiny as a Paladin, maybe it’s time for a new chapter in my life—a life on Earth, in peace."
As a Limbo native, time was measured differently for me. Our race was gifted with longevity, living up to 200 years. However, the prospect of living a human life—a life that felt fleeting compared to mine—captivated me. Witnessing the cycle of birth, growth, and ageing like humans did intrigued me, for it was a journey that imparted its own wisdom and joys.
"My mind is racing far ahead of the present!" I chuckled, feeling a touch of embarrassment at my own daydreaming, as if I were an eager child lost in fantasy.
Shaking off the whimsical thoughts, I rose from my seat, determined to focus on the tasks at hand and prepare for the upcoming journey. Little did I know that the path ahead would be fraught with unfathomable challenges and tests that would push us to our limits.
