2 hours of general boredom later, Pep-Ri appeared in a small clearing within the city of Rhodium. Immediately upon appearing, a list of pop up messages assaulted Pep-Ri.

'What the F*** Forget that!' Keith or now Pep-Ri, he assumed he should call himself, was only a ladies man. Yet again he cursed the stupid computer program that forced this gender on him!
With the end of the pop up barrage Pep-Ri was finally able to let it all sink in. Sweet this is awesome! With all these stat bonuses, new skills, and even a hidden quest Pep-ri could almost forgive the fact that being a pixie character, with the name of well Pep-Ri, was not what had been planned. He also had two skills to unlock! One, for being the first pixie, and the other for being the third player to register an account. Not only that but Pep-Ri could explore an entire city all by himself until someone else reached it!
Calling up his stats, He was shocked at both the good and the bad.

'What the! What was with the low health, strength, stamina, mana, and intellect stats!! And my wisdom, luck, and agility are through the roof for a beginner. I also have some magic resistances on the offset of being extremely weak to dark magic. When I had gone through my planning stages I knew being an elf would have made him physically weaker by half. But being a pixie has left me incapable of wielding probably the lightest of weapons! I also can't run for more than a few minutes!'

Thinking about it some more Pip-Ri decided to look up the skill he had gained.
Patience (beginner level 1): This skill allows the user to wait silently until the perfect opportunity to strike. It increases your chances of getting a critical hit based on how long you waited to strike. As you raise your skill level you can decrease the waiting time needed before getting a critical hit. Higher levels can also raise the damage of a critical strike. No skill points can be added to this skill
Pixie shot (Racial skill, beginner level 1): All arrows, stones, or weapons thrown have a 1% chance of causing confusion on top of any other effects created by other skills. This skill naturally grows alongside other reanged skills such as archery, throw, and magical attacks. Effect chance rate will be raised with this skills level. No skill points can be added
Illusionary haze (Racial skill, beginner level 1): You can create a magical mist in your surroundings that will conceal and protect you. This skill has often been misunderstood as an invisibility spell. In fact it is created as magic is released, in the sweat a pixie excretes, and mixes with the surrounding air. The pixie does not in fact disappear. The magic released into the air interferes with an opponent’s vision long enough for pixies to quickly make an escape. 10 mana per second Higher levels of this skill can increase the potency of the pheromones to battle any resistance which an enemy may have. No points can be applied to this skill
All in all Pep-Ri was going to be starting out at level one with a few more skills and stats than most people. Other Gamers who started out as the first of their species or first in a kingdom might have similar results, but overall he was going to be better off than most pixies would whenever some joined. He also had his 10 bonus stats that he could apply, 5 that he would get at level 5 along with two more skills. Adding the immediate 10 points into stamina and agility, Pep-Ri looked around at his surroundings for the first time.
The city of Rhodium was beautifully crafted and the structure of the buildings were all so different. Admiring the city and its statues as he passed through the city he was yet again bombarded by messages about how he had witnessed, admired, and enjoyed some such art work or another. In total he received 43 art stat points, 17 more wisdom, 8 intelligence, and 2 stamina. As the first player to see some of the pieces he received additional bonuses such as a permanent 5% per hour increase in health regeneration. Most of which were temporary though. Pep-Ri even found a couple of copper coins drifting in a central fountain.
Looking around yet again Pep-Ri finally made it to the town gate. Preparing to exit, so to best take advantage of the temporary increase in experience from the surrounding fields, Pep-Ri was caught by a city guard.
"Where do you think your going little girl? Newcomers to Versails continent are only permitted to leave after spending 4 weeks inside the city.
Deciding that since she could do little else till her afternoon meeting with Jenkins Pep-Ri shrugged off whatever mental tiredness was left in her body. Looking at the fountain statue again she quickly formulated a plan on how to quickly build up stamina and agility. ‘If this statue here can restore my stamina and keep me from falling dead then it is perfect for spamming during exercise!’ Starting off at a jog she ran up and down the streets of Rhodium frequently making stops at the fountain for water and to eat. Running throughout the night Pep-Ri raised her stamina and agility each by 11 points! He even gained a new skill running, which admittedly only decreased stamina usage.
After the bright morning sun rose over the crest of the surrounding hills, NPC’s and a few players began to flood the previously abandoned streets. Having watched her ability to raise agility and stamina stats at double the normal rate she realized something. ‘Pixies are only good at running away aren’t they. They have great potential to be faster than a cheetah or run longer than a wolf. But they can’t build up any strength! A warrior class is useless to me like this! I would never be able to deal the proper amount of damage needed to defeat my enemy. Besides pixies also have naturally low health starting out! Half the normal starting rate for a new player. I only have 50 HP! And while it is good to build up stamina and agility they were useless in a fight without health, strength, and the necessary skills.’
Becoming crestfallen Pep-Ri fell against a wall in the middle of the street. Many NPC’s looked at Pep-Ri curious to see a young man and sometimes a poor girl sitting down looking as if the world had turn against her/him. Thinking about it many of them came to the same conclusion “Maybe he lost his way to a con man and chose a bad class” or, “She must have gotten stuck with being a sculptor”.
Having no idea why Pep-Ri was really upset they each placed a few copper coins and even one silver at her feet, as they passed by. While in all reality, Keith had logged out leaving his character unprotected on the streets.
