The Holy Crusader ‘Slate’ is the very definition of a trashy pathetic thug, he could be anything but ‘Holy’. An unlikeable drunk church worker with a helmet on his head which he never takes off, he's branded a notorious gambler, pervert, and all-around troublemaker. Ridden with guilt, shame and dishonour from his past, Slate lives a pleasure-driven life pathetically as an adventurer in a rural town. With no desire for redemption, he will soon come to face the issue he’s been avoiding whether he wants to or not; because it was right in front of him this entire time, right under his nose! He’s no strong foreign hero like the ones in the Capital City, nor is he a brooding and edgy anti-hero protagonist with a crazy strong power. He’s just Slate, an unliked troublesome pathetic delinquent Holy Crusader! I’ll order a blessing for our holy delinquent crusader, please!
