5 months later

Karen says its time...time,..... Time for what i wonder.. Walking over she once again bashes me out of the holder i am in… with a snap i fly out with electric arching off of me. Snatching me out of the air with a flick of her wrist.

We go to a wing of the house and there is a tiny hospital ward with a medcapsule and liquid filled chamber. Inside is this prune fuzzball looking creature...it is ugly like a screwed up monkey.

Dropping me from several feet up into a contraptions. i roll around down a funnel until i am placed in a wire catch basin.

Within seconds of settling a robotic hand reaches over and firmly grasps me. Very firmly...am i going to get lucky with a robot…. I heard japan was trying to make sex robots… this inane thought pops into my head.

With a quick sweep i am laid up against the creatures back a small scalpel cuts the skin i am shoved into the body. I feel a wave of healing magic…

I lost track of time in here all i can hear is a baby heartbeat… the heartbeat is surprising very slow.. Over time i start to feel connections to different parts of the body… still everything is surprisingly difficult to do.

Finally i feel a connection that familiar… i am connected to the mana net, mage net, internet.

Yahoo i have wifi….do they call it wifi here. I never did ask. I notice i have eyes… well i am connected to cameras.

I can see my ugly body inside the tank. After looking around i am already bored …. Manga calls me. I think i should point this out… what i call manga… is nothing more than adventure tales from hobby writers… they don't actually have true manga… to be honest i think it is better that they don't. I guess i should call this light novels or something.

A few hours later and i notice i am getting sleepy without thinking about it. I slept before but i never felt the need to sleep i did it because i was used to it. This is the first time i fell asleep with out wanting to do so.

I wake up to someone lifting me out of the chamber…. I clearly hear them say oh he so cute… i am not connected to the wifi at this moment so i can't see who is talking to me. I am swung around a few time then laid in a cradle… woop i have connection again. There i snap on cameras and see several women hanging around my cradle and there a few more cradles around me.

I also see a hoverchair… that honestly looks awesome… it got mechanical arms...and one of those baby basin things instead of a seat...its like a little f-22 raptor with short stubby wings and hover disks instead of engines… okay so maybe not a f-22… its awesome looking… looking around i spot karen try to speak….no voice...looking around i find a speaker.. (mc)Hey karen is that hoverchair mine.. With a bit of surprise she looks at my bundle of joy….okay just me. (karen) yeah that's yours.. You are going to be the heir after all.

Okay turns out my core was not placed in my skull.. They decided it would be better to place it behind my heart and lungs near the spine also i have a mixture of mana lines and nanites that move to my back creating a tiny antenna i guess there layered under my skin.

Think those little baby heat pads… they stick them in the cribs and seats for me and as long as i am leaning back against them. I am connected to everything. I also have something like a holder inside the body that i currently inhabit. As i get older my connection to the body will actually increase.

the antenna on my back will grow. Basically all they did was body augmentation… nothing new really, they just started me younger, than most. Ill grow with this body. Go to school like normal kids. My dungeon core will not grow at all it has been permanently stunted.

My hover chair and house i reside in, my future dormitory rooms will have mana crystals.

So basically i'll have only external magic unlike most mages...however i'll be able to store more mana then they will. And honestly while throwing fireballs and all is cool… how often will i need to do that when i already found other ways of fighting that does not directly in danger myself.

I have mixed genetics so i have a long long life expectancy.

this should hide that i am a dungeon even more then other things.

Melody going to be installed under my seat.

so me and her will work together for are family and clan.

After all i am becoming fully adopted. While it is possible that Karen will meet a guy. Have kids.. I am already the heir. Her younger brother.

Guess that means no chance for me to just be the spoiled younger brother in this story.

Okay because every reincarnation has a baby story here is my baby story…

A few months after i had gotten used to my hoverchair crib.. I had a thought… it was funny.

My hoverchair had some really cool features such as. Holoprojector… smoke, chaff, awesome acoustics. Everything a childish man-child needs to get in trouble true i was pushing 30 when i died. But still i am a man when you give me cool toys i want to play with them.

My crib also had bulletproofing. So nothing could hurt me if someone got scared and lashed out.

Perfect. I had recently found out that there are some scary looking magical beast that are instantly killed if found in cities. They looked like predator..  Understand this was the 10th month of the year. Last day of the month in the spirit of halloween i dressed up as a magical beast.

I charged in on my hover crib with full holoprojectors screaming like i was hunting into the house… at around 11 o'clock. The security was switching out and karen was there talking to the head.

Bursting through the doors … well there automated. But i messed with them so that they swung fast. The security guards paused looking at me. With a mental press of the button my mask roared..

Shaking their surprise off they lifted their guns in unison. Flipped the selector off. Then flipped it again… and lit me up… apparently security has armor piercing… which is the correct method of taking down this particular magic beast… most of the guards aimed at the head….. Not all. And my hover crib was sitting dead center of the body.

My holoprojection flickered off in the face of karen throwing this enormous fireball. The flames were very pretty white with blue edges…

Within seconds i was peppered my crib feel to the ground the temperature was burning me up.

Everything shut down… i could hear the recorded messages playing. trick or treat… give me something good to eat.

I was quickly feeling weak… looking down i noticed i was missing a leg.

Two weeks later i woke up… apparently they had to call in some real magically healers… i would not be getting an allowance until i was 15 years old. And from now on i would have to help out around the house….

Karen also had a streak of grey hair…

Baby story number two…. I had a maid a bodyguard…and the designated childhood friend.

So one of the ladies that waddled. Had been designated to be my caretaker… are first conversation was something like this.

Karen - hey mike guess what we decided that you will have a maid from now on….why everything i need to do can be automated.. I can almost wipe my own ass with this mechanical arm.

Karen  gave me a look that said.you been trying with a disgusted expression...ah no i replied with a guilty expression… i was actually to afraid to try it and mess up while squashing me so far i been practicing juggling eggs….

(Karen) Ah that why the cooks are always upset the eggs are gone… and the maids are upset that they have to clean eggs off the ground in the storage room.  from now on. That is no longer allowed.

Anyways follow me. Following her I head out into the hall way down the stairs to the receiving hall. There i notice one of the ladies i rode around with in the buss before i became the heir..

Turning up the external volume of my hover crib so i can greet her properly with enthusiasm.

Hey i cry out i remember you… you're no longer fat… where you cured. You look so much better. Right then i felt karen wrath… peeking at her out of the corner of my eye i see her reach to her wrist and press a button…

I was zapped it hurt so much… then i was zapped again. Then a third time… with a sobbing voice i asked why karen.

Oh i don't know replied karen with a tight smile then with a voice of death she says think about it.

But karen i was saying nice things about her she looks alot better without the parasite.

Karen stabbed down hard. Zapp zapp zapp zapp zapp

With my wails creating music to karen's ears. She and the maid talked soon after a security guard showed up.. This was to be my bodyguard… wow karen can pick them...she was a dusky skinned beautiful women ….green eyes… tall but with a petite body… wow i loved looking at her ass. As she walked around me to meet the maid and karen. Forgetting in my troubles that i still had the external speaker on i mumble to myself… that is a ass i would follow around...thinking i had mumbled to myself….

While i am sure karen did not hear it, i notice the ears of the maids twitch. And the guard almost lost her step.. But recovered well. Karen walked over. Again and introduced me to my guard.

Her name was Alexis… well the name was truly long i shortened it immediately to alexis. She was a desert nymph. She did not come from a tree but rather a fern… when i meet her other half… to be honest i was not impressed it was a few sharp green leaves. With a giant bulb. And lots of roots. Apparently from now on we will be sharing a room. And the fern will go in the courtyard.

The maid's name was amelia. It was not a name i heard recently but some reason it felt like i should link it to something.

Turning around i saw a baby on her back… ah a baby i sputter. Karen looked at me and said we are a family friendly business okay… with a glare at me. I Immediately reply no problem i like kids...  It’s a lie  and karen knows it's a lie… with a knowing smile she says good because that child will be with you until she turns into an adult.

You will have the same schools go shopping together.  Just so you know your maid and guards will all be long lived races from now on. I won't be pairing you up with high humans or normal humans.

In the future the branch families and main families might have problems because until now we where all humans.

Each year you get older i will add one more bodyguard. Also right now your allowance is to help you buy magic tech. So you can augment your lack of natural strength. Since you already have a young man mind. This should help you plan for you future as your body gets older.

As a side benefit your maid has some brute strength.know some healing magic and normal small magics that good for the home. She is not a bodyguard however. Should not be used as such.

Alexis has nature magic and is also good with plant magic and restorative magic… she can also do some space magic… just not a lot. As she gets older and more powerful she will be able to do more with her magic and again you can't not ask her to store stuff for you. You're the employer provide for yourself.

Also i should let you know if you ever get a ship in the future the modification to let you keep your body and also run a ship are extremely expensive right now the clan does not have the money to get you a new ship. In a couple of years are midterm investments will start to come in.

How much of a allowance would i get each year…

You can expect around 40,000 a year. However you played that prank and now you will not get an allowance directly until you are 15. Your employees will be paid your normal bills will be paid and your school lunch and mandatory activities will be paid.

You will also get around 200 a month that is to be used to purchase gifts for employees and friends that you will make in school. To purchase birthday presents and such. This is not your money it is the clan money to keep up appearances. You screwed your money.

Do you realize how expensive your body is. Then months after getting your body we had to go back to the same experts to regrow a leg and replace the outer layer of skin because you were shot and burned… that was incredible embarrassing.

The hush money was incredible… we had to pay so much. So i did not get reported to child services.

After those talks and many others. Things settled down when i am five i will go to my first prep school.

That was also when a branch family hired kidnappers… they did not make it as far as they could have however I lost three bodyguards. That year.

The family struggles increased then decreased for who should be the leader… Karen fought to stay in control. Eventually her midterm investments would bear out.

Amelia daughter was with me all the time.. She was 6 month older then me and as a child she never let me forget who was older.

Her name was melly. I honestly think it is a terrible name… however i had learned something.. Keep my mouth shut.. Both the bodyguard alexis, and Amelia my maid had wrist comms with that evil zapper button.

Several times i had thought about getting rid of the button.. However i realized i truly had deserved each zapp i endured.

Occasionally i see that flat chested redhead bodyguard. Thankfully she stays in the background as a static character. I see the other waddler ladies there all now skinny again.. Most of them are employees and such on the admin side.

While things are not always good… Are clan somehow manages to find the funds to keep face… For my education… well the clan did not quite have the funds to send me to prep school… however several branch families gifted the main family with money they had saved up.

I really wonder if this is normal..for rich families...the in fighting and such.
