I sincerely apologize for not posting anything for a very long time. This is due to the reason of exams at my school and studying for entrance exams, which i am completely done. since my last entrance exam was just finished this last Sunday or yesterday. But, no worries, even though i did not post, i made a lot of chapters, so possible every month or two weeks there will be a new chapter, for both my stories.
“Master, what is this place?” as the child asked, while his eyes we’re sparkling looking at the view before him.
“This is my clan’s most precious, priceless treasure that we left here, before they went to the Central Continent” said Wei Jun, as he looked at the scenery before him, with a bit teary eyed.
The scenery they we’re looking at was a small circular area, with pure bliss of nature with the sun hitting everything, and the weirdest thing about this was the pond that occupied seventy percent of the area had a strange red liquid, instead of the ordinary water. This intrigued the child very much and why would his master’s clan abandon this kind of treasure.
“I know what you are thinking. Before, we start our training, I thinks it’s good for you, if I we’re to explain my past and what that liquid really is” said Wei Jun as he looked at his disciple.
They both went to the nearest tree, sat down, and his master began telling his story, but of the more private things we’re omitted by Wei Jun.
“My Wei Clan used to rule this Eastern Continent with an Iron Fist. We we’re at the top of prime, produced geniuses of geniuses, no one could stop us. But, we know that getting greedy means death, so we never thought of conquering other continents. And do you know why my clan had this kind of thinking? It was because, of the red liquid, better yet, it should be called by its proper name, Ashura’s Blood! This pond contains our ancestor’s blood that contains strengthening and healing properties of an unimaginable kind. As well as, my Wei Clan’s most kept secret skill, a Martial Body Skill that will slowly make you into an unstoppable force, but only those chosen could have kind of chance to attain.
However, everything changed when the other Clans and Sect from the four continents started to barrage us with continuous waves of attacks and everyone one of those damn cultivators we’re at least Heaven Realm. In reality, even with our martial body skill, it was not enough we we’re simply too few and overpowered. My Wei Clan made a hard decision and decided they would seal this treasure and take everybody with them to the Central Continent. However, I was left alone in the rubble, to die, imagine that your family left you to die because, like you my dear disciple, I was weak, the weakest actually. But, gladly enough I had enough strength to push myself out of the rubble and retreated for safety. I haven’t seen my family since, but that’s later in the story.
After a while of journeying alone, which was a fun and exciting experience on its own way. I entered a small sect near here, it’s called the Calm Sect, instead of raising its reputation and enjoying battle, it prides itself by gaining knowledge, even the simplest ones are sacred. At first I was apprehensive, but as soon as I got into it, I felt like I found my purpose in life. And though I said, it’s more on knowledge, the elders protecting it are stronger than my own ancestor. I was surprised by this and knowing that I stayed in that sect. My days in the sect we’re very simple, reading, meditating, practicing, and talking to all the elders and fellow brother and sisters was all I could ask for. But, I know in my heart, that even though my family abandoned me, I cannot abandon them.
When I had reached 10th or Peak Heaven Realm by my late nineties, I went talk to all of the elders of the Calm Sect and gave me approval of this journey. After all, I have to tell my family what I was going to do right? Right! First I traveled to the Center Continent, and I have to tell you, traveling that far by foot and being old is not a good combination. But, as soon as I got there, all I saw we’re destroyed buildings and all of my Wei Clan member’s bodies. I carefully lifted their skeletal body and buried them side by side. There and then, I was truly at a loss on what to do, but I knew that just mopping around and doing nothing won’t bring any changes, so I started exploring the Central Continent.
That was when I had saw the most surprising thing in my life that almost gave me a heart attack. A 1st Devil Realm Golden Ape, using one of the Heavenly Temple Clan’s Martial Skill, Heavenly Palm. I truly did not believe on what I was seeing, I knew that demonic beast could cultivate like us but, I never heard on demonic beast using martial skills. Then, my inner scholar got the best of me, I got to curious and started to investigate it deeper. I once recalled a book I read in the Calm Sect, it was about the history of the Martial Skills. In simpler terms, by the book’s decree, martial skills are derived from nature and living things, all made by our so called “ancestors” of the past.
I believed on what the book said and never doubted it that was until I saw the Golden Ape using a martial skill. That was when, I started to question everything, what if, we weren’t the ones to create the martial skills, and those depicted in the martial book or scrolls are only copies of what they have seen from demonic beast, every movement, action, nature, everything comes from them. I thought, I was going crazy, but reality speaks for itself. Of course, I never disclosed this information to anyone, until now that is.

To test my theory out, I stayed in the Central Continent for almost five decades. And it bore fruit, I studied the multiple demonic beast and copied their martial skill, and broke it down, so I could use it for myself. And in those fifty years, I learned some important things, that we’re the absolute truth. First, martial skills are derived from nature and living things, but mostly on Demonic Beast. Second, only those demonic beast, who have broken through the Heaven Realm, could fully utilize their martial skills. Lastly, our martial skill prowess could not be compared to the demonic beasts. In short, let’s say my Heavenly Palm could destroy at least ¼ of a city, but a Demonic Beast’s Heavenly Palm, could easily decimate that city, and its surroundings.
When I found out about this I got jealous. I envy the power these demonic beast have, and I wanted it for myself, but at that time, my life was already set. During those years in the Central Continent I fought a Peak Devil Realm Demonic Beast, a Poison Cloud Centipede. I was only able to escape because, it was fighting another Peak Devil Realm demonic Beast, an Obsidian Night Crawler, but before I could escape, it bit one of my leg and injected its poison onto me. My life was at the end of the road, I was never able to take revenge for my family. However, I decided that if I was going to die, I’m going to die where it all started, to where the last remaining treasure lays, I will die there.
I used the last ounces of my strength to reach this Ashura Cave, and thankfully I did. I remember my conscious fading, and only my body falling onto the dry land of the Clan’s cave. But, surprisingly, once I woke up, I was filled with energy like my youth was back, and it did. From my old wrinkly face of a hundred and plus year old man, turned into that, when I was in middle-aged man, the face you’re looking right now, and since then, I haven’t grown old. I suspected it was because of Ashura’s Blood, but I was never even near that pool of blood, and even now I don’t know why I became like this. Though, I really didn’t mind much or even deeply investigated to what had happened to me, nor did I care. Because, of what happened, I developed a technique that will make reign over everything! And revenge within the palm of my hands! Sorry, I was getting ahead of myself.
Using this opportunity, I decided to go back to the Central Continent, to test out a new theory, can I use the bones of those demonic beast to increase my own cultivation and understanding of martial skills. I succeeded, but I do not know how much time has passed since then, all I know is I killed every single demonic beast in the Central Continent. But, this technique that I have created, came at a cost, I lost a very close and dear friend, I was blinded by my obsession to power. I lost my Qi Beast, I did not sever our connection, but it was eaten by the demonic beast that I consumed.
Though, one thing you should now is that my theory came from the people of the Central Continent, however the difference is my way can let you gain the knowledge and understanding of the demonic beast, yet for them, they bathe in their blood and bones, eating their flesh, truth to be told, I tried it and it increased my strength and cultivation by leaps and bounds, however power wise there’s nothing even to compare.
Now going back, after I got the power that I needed for my revenge, one by one I visited every continent, every clan, and every sect. Looking for clues, to who might be the masterminds to my Wei Clan’s downfall. And soon enough did I find my answer, all of them we’re pretty powerful, but against my Wei Clan they we’re nothing but ants, if they fought by themselves. I won’t say all of them because they are too many but, there are four main masterminds, who started this war against my Wei Clan, they we’re The Spiral Sect of the East, The Weapons Clan of the West, The Snow Lake Clan of the South, and The Demon Way of the North.
After I listed down ever clan and sect, that we’re involved, I sent out letters of challenges, and they have no choice to accept. Why? Because I blackmailed them, and some information would just cause a Continent War, even I was shock to what these sect’s we’re hiding. And you should know the rest of the story. Then, I went into a deep slumber, I was powerful, too powerful for that matter, and I can’t die by normal means, so I slept, that is until, you disrupted my sleep.
Ju Long was absolutely speechless as he continued to silently listen to his master’s story. He never expected, that like him, he would start off as a weakling and through hardships and strong will, he rose to the top. A lot of questions ran through his mind, but others just occupied his mind more and that was when his master said he was in deep slumber and he awoke because of me, what he did, he truly mean, did I do something to wake him up?
“I awoke because I felt a faint presence of a powerful being near here, it was the first time, in a long time, that I felt threatened, and that pissed me off” Wei Jun said with a large grin, but his face says otherwise. Seeing his master’s scary face, Ju Long back away until his back hits the tree trunk of the farthest tree, when they we’re under the shade. Wei Jun, laughed at his displays action, but then his face turned serious and stood up. Slowly, he slowly made his way in front of shivering disciple, put his hand on top of Ju Long’s head, and applied enough force, to make him unconscious, but before Ju Long fell to the ground, he caught him and once again, gently submerged him in the red liquid, known as Ashura’s Blood.
