World War Academy is set in a futuristic modern setting, specifically 2178 AD, in a society where two more world wars had occurred (WWIII 2150-2159 / WW4 2165-2168). During this time, the discovery of other sentient life was found, and contact and peace with the West Atlantic Treaty Agreement (All of Europe, NATO Allies, and Russia) as they were still fighting against the insurgency, now growing as a coalition and soon a government. New technologies and new ways of fighting were introduced and the discovery of supernatural powers were being experimented with soldiers, trying to finish what their enemies had started. After long years of war, the world was finally at peace, at the cost of many lives and homes. A new UN like alliance that brought all the countries and powers together was formed as the United Falsea & Federations of Earth Pact or UFFE has been formed.

Akani Kizuato. He is an 18 year old that recently started to live on his own to get away from life. With his sister and father dead from the war as they fought in it, he tried to continue life and tried not to let it get in his way. It may seem that way but with his whole life planned out, it may not seem to be. He had been rejected from all universities within the nation despite being top of his class, which is very unusual because even local colleges rejected him. It was as if he was banned to go to any of those places. As he ranted, and relieved stress on the school rooftop, he had thought he gave up. Eventually with a turn events that lead up to his mysterious encounter with people who are there to take him, it may be quite a ride.
