Chapter Start!!!

Annelia POV

When I saw all these weird things I knew my son will be special. There are legends of that tattoo in my family. They state that anyone who has ever gotten it will be immensely powerful, their growth rate outstanding and that every single one ascends to a higher realm eventually.

I wonder what was that change in his eyes? I have never heard of someone having such eyes. Is it a rare mutation? That coupled with the intelligence I saw in his eyes, he will definitely be someone who will shake the world to its core.

What should I name him?Something related to his eyes would be most fitting. They looked like a galactic halo so Halo. What a nice name if do say so myself.

‘’Hello little Halo can you understand me?’’

Halo had a confused face.

What am I even thinking he was only just born how would he understand me haha, I can be so delusional sometimes.

Annelia thinks he was confused on what she was saying but in fact he understood her! His face wasn’t of confusion but of surprise at both understanding her and then at blue flashing light which was a pop-up box!

Seff POV

When my mom saw me trying to talk she calmed down and even smiled after having a good look at me, she named me Halo, I wonder why? That question can be answered in the future,more importantly.

I can understand her?? How?... This is a different world she can't be speaking english. That much is obvious! Then I noticed a small blue dot flashing right in front of my hand I touched it and the game like box flashed in front me.

Translation system installed. Installed Dragonic and Common Language for free every other language will cost you stat points if you wish to use this perk. The rarer and harder the language to learn the more stat points you will need to spend. Dead languages cost the most.You will also be able to read the languages.

That's a nice perk in the system, it will surely be useful in the future it certainly is now.

But how will I differentiate? Another mystery I guess.

Anyway if I can't read a book I won't be able to get the skill if there is one recorded there, I would need to get the corresponding language most likely.

*Boom!!!*

The door to the room which Halo and Annelia are in exploded and turned into splinters! Luckily the door was located at the corner of the room and they were at the other corner. Close to the door and not in the way of the splinters!

The door to the room me and my current mom are got broken down!?Or should I say exploded? Damn it I nearly got a heart attack! I thought I will die from the shock.....it’s still not too late though.

At the door there is a big man with long red ears and the scales on them were shining like my moms do. His eyes were also red like his ears and they were quite bloodshot, his hair was light brown,short and disheveled it was like he was a ferocious beast. That’s how he looks to me at least.Then he looked at me and....

Suddenly Perseus with a thundering voice lets out his frustration!

‘’DAMN IT ALL TO HELL!!! I DIDN'T MAKE ON TIME!!!’’

Perseus collapses on his knees and headbuts the wooden floor leaving his face inprint, which depicts anguish perfectly!

When the man at the entrance shouted I suddenly felt a bit of pressure but, I almost got a heart attack again because of the sudden shout, damn! Can you stop scaring me damn it!

Like do you mind?! I was born just 5 min ago, can you revive me if I get a heart attack with this infant body?! I was about to die TWICE,Twice I say! From stupid startles.

All of a sudden the man which is probably my dad had a blue face and was sweating profusely, I looked at my mom but she was still smiling like before, I was turning to my supposed to be father and in the corner of my eye I saw my moms face change, it was like I was sent to hell and the devils were going to rip me apart, then burn me in agonising green flames. Extremely terrifying…

That must be the most terrifying thing I’ve ever seen. I will never anger my new mom it seems just a bit too dangerous.....

Halo-*hiccup*

F*** now I have hiccups because of all these scares the biggest one being my mom.....

In an Ice cold tone Annelia calmly says.

‘’Perseus if you make anymore loud noise I will cut off something you hold very precious’’

Annelia smiles widely but there is no humor in her eyes. She is deadly serious!

Perseus's face becomes as white as a blank canvas. Recollecting his bearings he immediately answers his wife.

‘’I'm sorry honey..... I swear I didn't want to scare our child I would never ....... Please forgive me......’’

He earnestly pleads Annelia from the bottom of his heart. (Seriously)

Annelias face and tone return to normal after the sincere apology. With a slight smile at the corner of her mouth and a gentle soothing tone, putting people at ease.She asks:

‘’Well what are you waiting for aren't you going to come and hold your own son you barbarian hahaha.’’

She asks in in her normal tone with a bell like laughter.

My dads face changed from terror to pure bliss and he was next to me,

Wtf(what the F***) I couldn't even see him move! My mom passed me over to him carefully and my dad took me in his strong and big arms. I looked at his eyes and he looked at mine and then I felt some pressure out of nowhere it became harder to breathe but I was still more than able to. Then I gave him an annoyed look and he noticed. The pressure kept increasing,building up like there is increased gravity pressing down on me and it started becoming harder to breathe, then it was gone. The pressure I felt was gone. My dads face became blue again and started sweating bullets(again). Then a cold and detached voice came from behind me...

Annelia isn’t able to hold her anger any longer and explodes!

‘’What do you think you're doing to our son?!?! So you really don't mind me cutting it off then?!’’

There was silence you could probably hear a pin drop if one did.

Perseus gives and awkward smile and tries to explain himself.But gives the poorest excuse on the planet.

‘’It was just a small test to s.....see how strong..... our son is....... I'm sorry......I was just too excited to have a son.’’

Damn it I'm late, those damn beasts kept me too long I won't make it in time. I'll kill the biggest and strongest one then go to my son, the soldiers should be able to take care of the small fries.

I finally killed, it damn! I'm even more late than I expected I need to get there as soon as possible I'm already failing as a father ....

Finally reached the palace, a guard bowed to me and told me my son has already been born and the birth went smoothly that's good.... Wait DAMN! I missed the birth!!!

Perseus used his speed skill and shot off to where his son is

Because of my strong emotions I broke down the door to the room and my wife is staring daggers at me I hate it when she does that she has no idea how scary she is. Then I noticed my son, beautiful golden hair, cute small sharp blue ears the scales almost look like their glowing and deep blue eyes filled with intelligence.

I sure have a beautiful son and he seems really intelligent…. I must be imagining it. I was releasing my pressure by accident and when I noticed I saw my wife was having THE face. Opps….

THE face is her scariest one where you feel like you have been dragged to hell and a demon will rip you to shreds and then burn you body in eternal green flames, after that, heal you and repeat.

(author- yes son and father think the same thing the chances aren't that astronomical, maybe... xD)

I was threatened I will loose mini me if I make anymore loud noise so I tried to calm down and I apologized immediately.

Later when I was holding my son I found out he was quite sturdy and had a good physique and constitution. I got excited again and exerted a bit of my pressure he didn't even react then I released my usual one which was the one I had when I entered the room he narrowed his eyes at me and looked annoyed so I started to exert more and more before I could release my strongest one my wife had THE stare so I stopped and of course I apologized. I’m scared what the future holds for me...

But I was very impressed with him, my son. It feels good to think and say it. MY Son. He sure is a little monster any low ranking beast would have passed out from this much but he was just born 20 minutes ago.

‘’Waaaa waaaaa waaaa’’ Halo starts crying (if you have a better idea about the crying you’re welcome to tell me x’D)

Oh he started crying… my little monster is after all still a baby. I look forward to seeing him kill his first beast.

‘’Well he was just born now.....ahahaha...... ‘’

Ugh.... seriously my husband can be so dense sometimes!!! What if something happens to my son?! Anyway it seems like he's hungry time to feed him~ <3
