Chapter 02 - Life as a Genius is Hard
"I will finally tell my parents everything" That were my last happy thoughts, before the nightmare began.
Why is that so? Ok let's look. It began with me seeking my parents and I found them in the garden. They were sitting at a table and were drinking tea. I walked towards them and as I stood in front of the table I called out to them [mom, dad I have to tell you something] and looked deep into the brown eyes of my mother.
[Darling let's hear what he wants to tell us hmm?] my mother said to my father and he just gave a nod. [ Ok Alex tell us what you want to say we will listen] after that I began to tell them everything. How I was able to think clearly since I was born, my clear understanding of swordsmanship and magic, that I have read every book we have , that I can already mediate and that I want that my father trains me in swordsmanship.
It took me actually nearly a complete hour to tell everything and the expression my father normal has started to crumble after I told him that I can already mediate. I don't know why but I think it usually is rather hard to learn how to mediate. My Mother was shocked and angry, shocked because I have read every book and angry because I wasn't honest to her.
After I finished and they waited for about five minutes they stood up and said to me [ Little Alex wait here. Mom and Dad are going to discuss something inside the house] obediently like I am always towards my family I waited and waited. I hope they bring me a device for testing my mana affinity or a wood sword for training. Or both hehe I want to begin training immediately.
I think it took my parents about half an hour to finish what they were talking about until they then walked into the garden. With........ a WOODEN SWORD F*UCK YEAH, I wasn't allowed to enter the weapon chamber in our house so this was the first time I got to see a weapon I probably was allowed use.
They walked to me and stood in front of me, well I think I felt fear in that moment. I don't know why but when your parents stay in front of you and have a rather mischievous look on their face.
You will not feel well.
My mother was the first to speak [ your father and me have decided how to train you. You told us you want to get a Dual Swords and Magic King right?] I nod and she speaks again [ Ok if it's like this then from today onwards you will train with father until you reach the first bottleneck.]
I was very grateful but why did I still fear something?
The answer came in an instant. [Little Alex you will learn how use Magic from your mother from today onwards, more importantly we came up with a training plan.] I was shocked this was actually the first time my father spoke more than three words to me and he noticed my shocked face and began to laugh.
Because I was curious I wanted to know what my training plan looks like. Well afterwards I knew that it would have been better not to ask. The plan was like HELL, yes the plan was like F*CKING HELL.
I mean wake up at 5.30am push- ups and sit-ups until 6 am than breakfast until 6.30 am. afterwards swordsmanship knowledge and practical training until 1 pm. I mean for sure you are just a lump of flesh after that and need rest but NO you won't get rest.
Well ok 1 pm -2 pm is lunch but afterwards 2 pm -7 pm Magic training well I don't need knowledge about magic, to be honest my mother can't teach me knowledge because I have already every book in our house.
7-8pm was nothing special just dinner.
The best part of the training was 8 pm - 5.30 am sleep. honestly I think I will forever pray to the god of sleep.
Well they finished telling me the plan and so dropped I on my knees and to the ground.

I was completely destroyed.
I mean I can no longer spy at that cute girl like I used to do for the last year.
But there was no time to relax my father pulled me up and couldn't stop laughing.
He gave me the wooden sword and walked behind me and then brought my body into the right stance. Then he wanted me to do as many sword strokes as possible.
I began to count 1..2..3...4...5....6.....7......8.......9.........10.......11......12..............13
I couldn't do more than 13 strokes. HOLY SH*T I am so f*cking weak.
I got furious and started to do the strokes again and again.
About two or three hours passed by and I was covered in sweat and my body ached.
[ That should be enough for today, tomorrow we will also start learning sword knowledge]
I look at my father and could only nod because of my exhaustion.
About fifteen minutes later I got some of my strength back and walk into the house, I smell food and go immediately into the dining room.
My mother don't likes it if you are late for eating.
Today's lunch was something new, some sort of meat in dough with I think a sauce made of tomatoes. The taste wasn't bad but the consistence of the food was something completely new.
Lunch was over and Mom told me to come into her library.
So I walk to mom's library open the door......and drop to the floor.
Sh*t what happened did I slip, have I lost my balance?
I look up and my mother is shaking because she is laughing so much.
She mumbles some words and the pressure I feel is away, wait what... was that magic just now?
Puzzled I stand up and look to my mother, which is still laughing, I think if I get children I do the same this looks like it's fun. Hey just because I just got 3 years old doesn't mean I can't think about getting children!
After I think ten minutes my mother got a hold of herself and said [ just now I manipulated the gravity with the Water Magic Spell " Water Control ", so you should understand by now that I am a Water Magician]
I don't know how, but I thought only Earth Mages can manipulate Gravity. Therefore I ask for an explanation.
My mother seems happy and starts [ In the Air around us is water by controlling the flow of this water I am able to create a small amount of pressure which is almost the same as controlling gravity, but Water Control can only be used inside of buildings]
Because I am curious about the term "can only be used inside of buildings" I ask for a method to do the same outside.
The smile my mother has got so wide I thought she is a monster with just teeth and eyes.
[ Of course there is such Magic it is called "Water Force" but unfortunately you have to be at least of Rank 6 and since I am only of the fourth rank I can't use it].
She then wants me to sit in the couch and instructs me to start the mediation while she is observing me.
I immediately start the mediation and feel the mana entering my body and the refreshing feeling it gives. I don't know how long I sat in this position but after some time I hear the voice of my mother. [ You can stop now follow me into the kitchen were going to prepare dinner] . I open my eyes and stand up, then mom and me go into the kitchen to prepare dinner.
Like this almost three years passed and next month I am going to be send into the Academy.
