Kapitolo VI: Soffio di vento

*ೃ༄

Floyd watched her boyfriend arranging his old stuff on his boxes, she saw something dropped on the floor so she pick it up and her eyes widened at how different he looks. He was a former musician? His appearance seems not the same one he used to be, he has a thick neckline-length blackish short hair with long bangs over his amber eyes and wears sunglasses. He wears a black fancy collared long-sleeved shirt with a cross necklace around his neck, his shirt tucked into his black pants with black belt and wears black laced boots as well. He still maintained his pale complexion with a little touch of the light shades, giving him some similarities.

"Um, Zen? You're very handsome right now..."

Floyd whispered, before feeling a blush on her cheeks. As the photographer saw her face, he scoffed and chuckled. "Ohh, you like my appearance back then?" he teased, she grumbled and shook her head when he reached out to poke her cheek. Then, he closed the box and turned around. "I stopped becoming a singer because of a certain 'incident' in the music industry, during my teen years," he revealed.

This made her curious, yet it make sense why he has a lot of... money and connections in music industry. He suddenly went to her direction as his stare looks like an intimidating. Not sure what to do, she was the one who kept silent between their pauses. But his expression softened, showing her the pendant as the 'Z' is written with letters in a form of a circle. "Z for Zen, I made it myself," he said, before he explained. "You see, back then. My friends and I formed a group, but because of the contract that ended bad and some sort of 'behind the scenes' with people that I'm suspicious at, I... can't continue my career as a singer, no matter how much I get motivated to impress the audiences. But there is someone who inspired me to pursue in photography," he added.

"That's me, isn't it?"

Zen smiled as he ruffled her hair, their eyes are gazing at each other before she blushed. The violinist breathed in, smelling his musk before she felt his hand moving down to hold her cheek. Their lips are mere inches away, his eyelids half-opened, making her heart skipped a beat. There's no sign of resistance and instead, Floyd accepted it. They both close their eyes slowly, before their lips met. Pressing into each other, they closed the space between their bodies, embracing each other tight as Floyd put her hand behind his neck and the other intertwining his hand. Then, he pulled away as he spoke. "Someday, I might make my return if I can... overcome those pains."

"You'll have the courage, Zen. Be strong."

And then, they kissed again with standing on her toes with his help. "I know you can do it, just... take it slow like me. Okay?" she asked, making him nodded.

The feeling that makes her relaxed when she's with her lover, always giving her the tender love and affection, supporting her through hardships, the love is a new discovery for her and Zen—more closer than ever, despite its difficulty. And for all the broken hearts that they've received, they're strong enough to let it go and don't stuck on the past. "Why are you so beautiful, Floyd? That's a question from all the times when you appear in my dreams. Like, damn. I love your appearance every single day, maybe this is why I'm jealous. Of course, no, everyone are beautiful and worthy."

Zen spoke that made her smile, seeing her long eyelashes fluttered and her chest getting warm. "Stop... you're teasing me," she replied in her whisper tone and hit his biceps, while he chuckled. "Hey, just want to tell you: I'm lucky to meet you, and this is what the present has given to us. Our choice is unlimited, same destination of goals, dreams and ambitions... we'll always stay together, will not be torn away. We've changed... to something better. Aren't we?"

"We can live anything we dream of, from happy and sad--I'm willing to give everything for our future."

Floyd pondered for a moment, until she recalled one of his old photos has him wearing braces--it made her grinned. "Do you wear braces until now?"

Zen was shocked, his blush made her laughed at him. "Well, no. I'm done with it years ago," he muttered, grumbling as he pinched her cheek and making her yelped. "OW OW OW! HEY!" she stammered in pain, unable to resist from her beloved one. They were enjoying every moment and spending their time together until they realize that there is still hope and reasons to smile and laugh. Zen was always bringing the positive side of her, helping and supporting her along the way. So she feel free to cry, but Floyd is NOT alone--they will go together.

The next morning...

"Zen, wake up sleepyhead."

Floyd whispered, before she grins amusingly at him and gently jabbing his side. "Hm…?" he mumbled before opening his eyes slowly and sit himself up, rubbing his head like a mess before looked around and turn to see her. "Oh, Floyd's here.. What's with that smile, sweetheart?" he teased, smiling. His fingers reached for her cheeks, squishing them slightly until he earned a sassy voice from her. "I-It's jusht eashhy teashhing thang thu pout!" she said in muffled tone, eventually giving him a smile. "Ohoho, why are you being blushy a moment ago, mhmm?"

"Argh, stop teasing me!"

She giggled before she give him a light slap on his face playfully, before scooted closer. "Come here…" he murmured with a small chuckle, reaching his arms out to hers and pulled her into a hug. "I just find out that Robin is... he told me what I haven't had known, and he didn't tell me because I didn't ask!" she whined. Then, he replied, looking up at her. "It's okay, it's normal. Now that Robin is moving forward and dating with his girlfriend," he said, raising his index finger. "I'm telling you to move on now, you can't handle on who Robin going to date is now to his lover, got it? You aren't his parent to ask everything about their lifestyle. You said that you're ready to let him go, right? So let him be."

Zen spoke which convinced her since Floyd had let Robin go, before she give her hugs--which he reciprocated gladly. "I get it... as long as Robin is happy, there's nothing I can say if I'm... a stranger. So please, I hope the situation will become better soon..." she said, chuckling softly. He patted her back and hummed pleasantly, before leaning back from their hug. "Did you just wake up?" he asked curiously, Floyd nodded as she pulled his wrist from the blanket. "Si! Come on, take a shower first because I already did, I made breakfast for you y'know?" she said with a smile.

"Fine fine..."

Meanwhile...

Maria Hirano or Maria; the twenty-two years old Japanese-American pianist and music teacher in the music school came back to the homestead, where she lived with her roommate since they lived together. She's a young woman with a long black hair with her bangs fell to her cheeks and her upper bangs almost covering her violet-blue eyes, she has porcelain complexion and wear glasses. She wears her brown trench coat to cover her white-collared shirt with black vest and knee-length skirt with black tights--she also wears a black heeled Mary Jane shoes and carrying her bag. Maria is known for her shy and taciturn disposition but very kind despite doesn't smile a lot, she also very strict when she was teaching her students.

Dean Fujioka or Dean; the twenty-three years old Japanese-American music lecturer in college to bachelor's degree and Maria's roommate was in the living room, grading some papers on the table with his pen. He was a tall young man with a short dark brown hair with bangs almost covering his hazel-colored eyes and he has alabaster complexion, he wears a black denim jacket covering his white shirt and dark blue jeans with black shoes. Dean is quiet and lack of emotions but his tone shows that he also kind and caring, he also doesn't smile a lot and always seen like an introvert--but he will try to open up if it's necessary to do so. "Oh, you're back."

Maria heard her roommate Dean greeted her, she look back at him as she adjusted the folders on her arm. "How was your lecture?" she asked him, since they lived together (as friends for now). They met when they were in the music seminar in Starfast University of Music; a prestigious private university that's located on this city where Maria and Dean studied music and eventually Maria fell for Dean's calm and stoic nature, the latter have a crush on her for her kindness but they're so shy that neither confessed their love. "It went well I guess...you know how boring these are. I'm glad we get a break next week," he answered, scoring the marked exam before putting it on his bag. Maria nodded. It's nice that both she and Dean could take a rest, but this meant that they will have winter vacation.

Dean look up at her before she yawned while she checked the papers of the music sheets that she wrote down in class, she sighed and take off her glasses to rub her eyes as she placed the papers inside her folder. "Ugh, I can't believe that I didn't even realize that I got so tired until now..." she murmured. Both of them shared some familiarity, they were bullied in high school for being half-Asians and it only makes things harder because they had to endure the discrimination--until they meet each other at a music academy. "We can go out tomorrow if you like," Dean suggested to Maria. "You've been cooped up here all week, I think a change of scenery will be good for you."

"Yeah, sure...but I really should finish these papers and then I should practice, I haven't been doing my lessons either," Maria answered to Dean who nodded, before she went back to her room, while Dean sighed as he went back to grading papers.

"You can take a break after you're done with this, you know. I just want to get everything done before the winter break, but you can do whatever you want," Dean told her, making Maria looking back at him--before she glanced at the calendar and glanced back at him. "I don't have teaching class tomorrow," Maria spoke to him, finally--after moments of being silent (since it usually is with this girl) like usual. "So, that means we can hang out together," she added, almost smiling at Dean, to his shock--but he found it a bit cute. 'Was this the first time she tried to smile a little?' he thought with widen eyes, even he rarely smiled but this girl smiled once in a while in front of him when they were alone.

Maria is a pianist and music teacher in the music school, known as Symphonia Music School. Ever since they were college students and their last years of music majors, Maria has always been praised by her professors and the teachers due to her works and assignments and she always tops for her knowledge in the music, she also works very hard at her career and student teaching to become a certified music teacher. She was the eldest of two siblings, one younger sister named Maya Hirano who was a high school student and one younger brother Kamiki Hirano who was in middle school--her father is Japanese and her mother is American.

Dean is also a pianist and college lecturer in the university, majored in Musicology and Ethnomusicology. He was a son of a Japanese mother and American father, he was raised in Japan and lived there until his childhood, after his father's job, he and his family moved to the United States to live there, he was 12 years old when he first came to the United States. He has two younger siblings, one younger brother named Hikaru Fujioka in high school and one younger sister Karin Fujioka in the middle school.

After they finished their work yesterday, Dean and Maria went to the park together in the morning. Maria was texting her friends on her phone, even her younger sister Maya who was exact opposite of her--cheerful and bubbly. Maria is quiet and taciturn, she rarely talks, but she's not rude or mean, she's actually very kind and considerate, she listens more than she speaks. She's rather reserved and quiet, but she isn't the type of person who keeps things inside. "Are you texting your sister?" Dean asked, sitting beside her on the grassy hill in the riverbank.

"Yeah, she keeps asking me if I'm free or not because she always curious about my work and sometimes worrying a lot, we're close even to our youngest brother," Maria replied, making him sighed as he look forward. "It's so nice to have a sibling asking if you're okay or not, my younger brother only calling me when he needs help with his homework," he stated.

"Is that why you're helping him with his math, last month?" Maria asked him, raising an eyebrow.

"He's smart, but he's so lazy to do his math assignments..." Dean said to her, before he noticed her checking her phone and he suddenly lean closer to her--because they were roommates; there's no privacy for both of them. "That's your sister?" he asked, making Maria blushed when he leaned closer to her side as he saw her picture on the phone. "Y-Yeah," she replied, before Dean realized that he was so close to her, he could easily hear the sound of her heart beating. He tried not to stare at her and look at the photo on her phone. "She looks like you."

"Thanks, I think so too," Maria said, feeling him retreating as he adjusted his glasses--embarrassed that he was so close to her. "Sorry about that, it has been my thing to be close to you," he replied, looking back at Maria who take off her glasses--she look so adorable without her glasses. "Really? You don't seem like the type of guy who does that."

"I am not," Dean admitted. "But I couldn't help myself. Your eyes are beautiful," he said with a small smile, making Maria blushed upon hearing his compliments. Her ears were red as hell, she felt like a tomato as her cheeks burned up. "Your eyes are so cute...and so are yours..." Dean said to her, making Maria gulped because this is the first time a man compliment her appearance. Even though she don't talk nor express her emotions openly, her eyes were expressive enough to show her feelings. "I-I'm blushing, you know," she confessed, feeling embarrassed and shy. She was about to hide her face with her bag, but Dean gently stopped her. "There's no need for you to hide your beauty from me," Dean told her.

Both of them stared into each other's eyes, her face went bright red, as if her body were trying to heat itself up. She is so cute, even so beautiful when she's blushing. After all those time, he thought she was always too cold to talk to him, but now he just knew that it wasn't the case.

Few days later...

In the New Year Gala Party in the Mayflower Ballroom of the city all in Illea, Floyd came with Zen in their New Year attributes—she wears a long dark blue strapped dress with black nylon sleeveless turtleneck underdress; a thick furred white coat, black tights and white heeled shoes with feet bracelets. She wears a necklace from her parents when she was a child, then her diamond earrings along with wrist bracelets. Her makeup was modest in color with pink soft-lips, a light color and her light blonde short hair, with dark blonde hue in the below part and has a white strands hue on the upper, a unique gene from her father. Her hairstyle was reaching her below neckline, with several bangs framing her forehead and bangs between her face reached her below chin. Zen puts his hand on her hip as he walked with her after getting out from the limousine by V and the bodyguards.

Zen wears a black glittery suit and vest with some buttoned black shirt under his clothes, his brown short messy hair was slicked back messily with his bangs framing over his left eye messily--he also wears sunglasses over his amber eyes and wears black pants with polished black shoes with bracelet on his wrist as a gifts from the family he was raised when he was little. "V, they need to close the area. There's a rumor that there's a riot in the meeting," the driver of the crew told him as he kept going, although the bodyguards immediately inform both of them. Floyd admired the scene with a smile, feeling her boyfriend's embrace on her body.

"You look amazing tonight, Floyd."

She blushed from his compliment as she smiled slightly, cuddling closer. This woman loves the way Zen showered her with affection such as hugs and kisses. This made her heart fluttered and flustered, trying her best not to think dirty before the date arrives. Everything is going so well, as the crowds waved their hands as the both of them greeted back and exchanging a few words. When they walked towards the reception, a couple of their college friends and acquaintances were there. "Wow, thanks for coming! Long time no see you two," Kayla said, pulling herself to talk. The both of them nodded as they let their bodyguards doing their things, so they can focus on the reception before the meeting or something. "Adam and I got engaged!" Kayla said happily, showing her rings. Adam smiled brightly and shyly, then shaking both of their hands before they mingle and exchanged hand-shakes and small talk, having a socializing conversation. "Nice, but good luck on that. Wish you the best," Zen replied.

"Hey hey, congratulations!" Floyd said happily, before she continued. "Wow, you both got in the ceremony as well?"

"I found the perfect location and time before we have the preparations for our wedding, it will be next March. A rather perfect day in summer before Christmas," Adam replied with a huff as Kayla linked their arms together, giving a pout at him. "Gee, calm down! I know, you're always prepared for everything," she joked as they ended up laughing.

Yukio was trying to charm on his crush named Akiko Nakagawa as both of the couple greet the others; some of their friends are all in the university, so it makes sense they're hanging out. Danny and Julie are laughing and chatting before their close friends came by. As many of their acquaintances had approached and greeted them. The majority of his former-colleagues turned out they had found good career opportunities, life and passion. As they were wandering around, they were stopped by the reporter that interviewed her. After talking for a few minutes, an hour had past.

Floyd could feel Zen's hand was shivering, as she squeezed his fingers. "What is it?" she whispered, seeing his gloomy yet hesitant expression made her panic. She felt like someone is watching her and him. "Look," he replied, while she glanced upwards the direction where he was looking. There she saw, Robin with his hand touching a couple of females' hips and chest, smiling and his facial expression was full of excitement. "SHIITT--" Danny whispered, obviously surprised by what had happen. This makes Yukio's mood dropped too, the dark green-haired man is speechless and unable to mutter anything. Meanwhile, Floyd went limp and silent from the shock, not believing what she had seen. Her ex-acquaintances were shocked too, either way. "Rose's gonna be pissed," the secretary said softly.

He used to act and dress like an ordinary person, a human. He wore whatever kinds of clothing that is suitable to cover himself, while the personality part was the main concern. Though Robin appears to be confident and cheerful, it looks like the opposite on the inside. That night was supposed to be a festive party—a year beginning event. "Okay, let's not bring you to him right now. I am worried that you might have a panic attack," Zen told her as he walked with her, knowing she wants to go to her private room. He brought her there and both of them had a long, concerned gaze to each other after the door is closed.

Spending the rest of the time, both Zen and Floyd went down to the ground floor in the reception area and dining area. They walk as they exchanged the whispers, and seeing Robin noticed her. "Floyd," he called, making her flinched. The photographer hugged her immediately, comforting her by his actions. "Oh, Robin," she greeted, standing in front of him. How can she stay calm, but this is so weird. His smile suddenly changed ,once Zen joined with Floyd.

"You! We... never speak again," the male ex-friend said, glowering—exchanged the angered eye-contact. The rest had put the alcohol down and observed him, while Floyd was silent. For a brief moment, Zen wanted to say that it has his choice--and of course, his choice were better than anyone. It sounded ridiculous and a lack of perspective, which should be reasonable enough for himself. "Keep your distance," Zen said lowly.

Soon, Robin was glaring when Floyd moved over and grasped her boyfriend's hand. She turned her eyes to her former-friend, hesitating—but still keeping a smile. Her worries are very obvious when it's shown in her body language. The atmosphere was heavy, and it's worrisome. Robin got closer to her with a drunk smug, and the next thing happened; Robin lashed out at her and tried to swing at her, making the girls yelling—Yukio, Danny and the rest quickly moved up when they froze. Adam immediately embraced Kayla, asking her if she's okay while he glared at Robin, gritting his teeth. Zen grabs Robin's arm before he kicked him from his stomach, making him fall and crashed onto the drinks. "What the fuck was that for?!" he demanded.

While his lover was now facing her at the back, he couldn't help it but give her a hug. "You don't need to scare yourself. Come on," he whispered, when the security came and surrounded him. "What the hell have you done to Floyd Christina? What the hell did she do to hurt you?" one of the male security shouted. Floyd could not deal with this trauma and her crying is starting. Seeing how exhausted is her appearance, Zen knew that enough was enough, so he embraced her and walked away, ignoring the comment. All eyes of the people in the audience are locked at him, so did the camera that's documenting the process of the new year.

The security led the 'perpetrator' to another room with the help of the person who reported him. None of the people managed to record the whole ordeal. Some have but only managed to shot a phone video, which was so blurry. The crowds were murmuring to themselves, shocked on what was happening. Some of the staffs are already focusing back to their main task. Floyd didn't turn her head, entering the limousine as she sat down beside Zen. "Breathe, Floyd. Breathe and look at me."

Both V and the driver went on for the next ride, as Floyd tried to control herself not to have a panic attack. "Floyd, please..." her boyfriend reached for her shoulder, immediately embracing her to calm her down as she starts to cry softly, holding his hand tighter. Her breathing became slower, the tears sheds wet. "I'm not hurt anymore, you don't need to worry," he repeated over again until she nodded and mumbled her words, as he helped her sitting properly. She nuzzled against his chest, wiping her tears and holding on to him tightly, causing him to brush her hair. "It's alright... I'm right here."

Floyd sniffled as she felt his palm wiped her teary eyes, before she looked away from embarrassment. Then, her eyes stared up his soft amber ones as she took a shaky breath, and eventually hugged him tighter. With no words coming out of her lips, Floyd had pulled away and rub her eyes slightly. When she realized the tear had fallen on her face, Zen brushes it softly--only making her reddened. "Why is Robin like that? I never seen him like that... he once told me that he's a gentleman," Floyd spoke after some moments passed between them.

Zen let out a deep sigh, his other hand soothes her back. "Some people can hide the way they are behind the smile, and never show how damaged their soul is. Or instead, his anger was caused by... jealousy."

Floyd blinked with a furrowed eyebrows, looking to see him. Her thoughts had suddenly become messy, to the point she couldn't finish the sentence. "I don't see envy from him, strangely enough," V commented before he told the bodyguard-driver to keep an eye for her. Then, Zen told the assistant not to mentioned Robin's case yet, to maintain her innocence--V nodded. As Floyd rested against his strong build, they shared another glance before shrugging. "How do you know?" Zen asked, allowing his girlfriend to look away from him. "I..."

Floyd choked back a sob, shoving down more tears while clutching her coat tightly. Then, without saying another word, she began to explain to them. "I heard several rumors a few days ago, he was... seen in a bar and a movie studio. In a group... together with his coworkers..." she trailed off. With the frown becoming a twisted expression, a feeling of shock flooded over Floyd. Then, the rest remained silent. After a couple of minutes, the vehicle had come to the mansion and V opens the door, hoping that they have calmed down.

Floyd need some time to think and take a break with her new album, but what's not missing is... her performances and the rest. "So, can you walk?"

"Give me a moment, V."

Zen replied his answer before carrying Floyd like a bride, her left hand was over his neck while right arm was around his shoulder, as her face blushed intensely. Without any words needed, he went upstairs into her room and places her body down onto the bed. She slowly gazed up at him, touching his hand gently as he kissed her on the lips softly. Floyd hummed happily, her limbs wrapped around his neck loosely. Their bodies felt heated up and warm, melting each other. "Zen, thank you," she whispered when the contact was separated. He looked deeply into her, causing her heart to flutter.

"For everything, you made me a person I really am. You saved me. I don't know if my late-parents are looking down, maybe they will. But, always remember this. If you ever feel sad about your past memories, or broken-hearted, remember this. You are going to overcome the tragedy, this is something I have learn from others. Also, try not to blame yourself too much. I understand that you wanted to. Floyd, you're perfect..."

He pushed the strand of hair from her cheek and jawline--hugging her immediately. Now, tears had manage to fall. As the sensation and warm atmosphere was emitting from both of them, both the couple could not hide their smiles. Zen said to her honestly, as a light chuckle came from her. 'Guess this is what parents feel, too,' she thought, caressing his dark-brown soft hair with a bright smile. "Now get to rest, okay? I'm right here," he whispered when the woman is laying down, causing her to nod.

Once he started walking away from the room, Floyd manages to say, "Stay, I will need your company."

"Of course."

Both V and the private guard stayed awake and continue their work, it was long since then. Floyd ended up sleeping from the exhaustion, and not wishing to awaken even in the earliest dawn. Some bodyguards also told Zen about Robin's news was big enough to catch some headlines. It seems that Robin has confessed his feelings of getting hurt, but Zen wouldn't buy it. In the morning, Floyd stirred from her sleep as she grabbed her smartphone to turn the alarm off. Once she groaned, her hand fumbled to find Zen's chest from his sleep. "Should I take a break from work?"

Floyd asked, seeing him still asleep but breathing normally. A smile crept to her face, before she checked her smartphone once more. Lots of messages from his colleagues, the rest of her fans, and for each of the clients--apologies. She skimmed through the messages and responses to her close friend group chat. Still the same, just going to be late. Zen grunted as he heard his girl's question, his arms hugs her gently while nuzzling his face and humming onto her, making her giggle.

"If you think it's the best for you, do it," Zen spoke with his voice sounded tired and sleepy. Instead, she turned to her left and pulled the blanket over their bodies. Floyd didn't want to waste time, but she thought of something else. Most of her previous plans were cancelled, and she had been busy—so she needs to focus and manage on her health first. "Heard that Robin was arrested, he was talking some nonsense," Zen said a moment after, earning a gaze from her. "Are you traumatized?"

Floyd nodded, burying her face on the pillow as Zen's hand hold her shoulder. "There are many things out there," Zen admitted, relaxing once their closeness is comforting. "I know... some had been worse than this..." she agreed, causing him to hear her sighing through her nose in content. After that, Floyd was practicing her violin which is Schubert - Symphony No. 5, First Movement in her studio--her favorite tune fuelled her soul and mind like nothing else. A kind of peaceful and sweet feeling makes her couldn't help not to breathe or not let go. The notes can't be wasted, so does her talents.

The next two weeks later...

As she was doing a concert inside the Royal Albert Hall with her fans sitting and enjoying, while wearing a long sleeveless ocean blue dress, some slashes on the bottom from behind and some above her cleavage, with her white furred coat and black high heels, the crowds were singing with her when the climax part was ended. She took some photos before a few people from the backstage waited for her, Kayla, Adam, Yukio, Julie, Danny and the others. Seeing them on the after show, Floyd was still holding her violin and her bow, still excited about the performing. After every her friend is done commenting about her new dressing, hugging and exchanging small talks, Floyd finally turned around--blinking when seeing him. Her body is shaking as her lips were shaking, making her put down her accessories into the bag. "O—Oh my God!"

Seeing him approaching her, Floyd had tried to compose herself to greet him but because the thoughts, Zen hugged her and chuckling softly--kissing her in the forehead as his hand smoothing her soft short light blonde hair. "Relax, darling, that's alright..." Floyd buried herself and her head onto his chest, crying happily as his embrace slowly made her relaxed and sobbing as her way to speak and react to this situation. Everyone was looking with a bright smile, watching her mumbling Zen's name and kissed his neck. "It's going to be alright."

'Phew, I thought they'll tear me apart. This is what V have told us, and nothing happened when she just got back.' Zen let out a sigh. He decided not to attend her final performance due to his work, so he immediately contacted her friends and ex-colleagues from the university. So, the both of them had known about his meeting with the new company. Luckily, the flight had came on the early hours. "I made it... I'm tired... oh my God," he chuckled as Floyd sniffled and wiped her tears using the tips of her fingers, admiring his beautiful amber eyes. Zen stared down at her, his thumbs wiping the streams from her flushed and soft cheeks gently. "You got everything under control?"

Then, the girl nodded while inhaling deeply. He kept on with gentle rubs on her shoulder before hugging her again, knowing it was enough. "I always wanted to perform in a large and international theater. When I see people who clapped their hands, cheering up or even singing with me, especially the ones who knows the song. Plus, that was incredible..." she whispered.

Looking back up at him as she had the urge to kiss him, but in front of her friends--it made her bit her lip and felt helpless, now Zen is looking at her with those hypnotic honey-colored amber irises. Before she could break away from him, the photographer scooped and hold her waist, meeting his lips over hers. At the start, their kisses was gentle and deep as her eyes gazed at him in the same affection, and his are full of love and understanding towards her. When they pulled away, her hands were immediately held tightly by his--while both of their foreheads touched. "I had a great time."

"Glad to hear that, dearest."

They went to the fancy restaurant and had a dinner, chatting with her close friends and family over the desserts. "Floyd, can you speak something in Italian?" one of her friends asked, while Zen listening closely as he grinned. The young musical artist doesn't want to leave him out from the conversation, so she managed herself to pronounce the language. Afterwards, she smiled and whispered. "Mi amore, ogni volta che guardo nei tuoi occhi ho sentito la battaglia è così lunga sul strada. E invece, quando sono con te, tutto quello che abbiamo fatto è andare e dovere. Non ho riconosciuto alla fine. Tuttavia ho paura di non essere con te."

Zen only chuckled at his girlfriend as her cheeks reddened, while her friends were all awed. Her throat is a little sore and parched from all the performing, singing and speaking for a few days. With all the practice that was managed for one to two years, this is a new beginning. Everyone also loved her debut album, made her career has many chances for her. "Do you know what that mean?" Adam asked, making Zen cleared his throat.

"My lover, whenever I look into your eyes—I've felt the battle is so long dick, and instead, when I'm with you, all we've done is go and never, anything. I don't have recognized the end. Although, I was afraid of not being with you."

"Wha—ZEN!!!"

"GODDAMNIT, HAHAHA—"

The crowd giggled along as the girl blushed deeply, almost covering herself and the reason is her sudden boldness. But, her words did not surprised him even for a single bit, as Zen patted her shoulder after sipping the water, winked at her to calm her. "Sweetie, why did you say that? Man, you're so bold!" her sister-like friend poked her shoulder, making her hugged Zen and groaned while teasing her. Despite so, they finally moved on and continue the conversation to each other--with fun and lots of fun and joyful laughter.

But, there's something Floyd has always knew before she had heard from her best friend, Robin.
