Filipino Got Isekai'd with a Twist: "Only I Can Summon Those!!"
Chapter 3:Guns vs swords!
As the last wolf crumpled to the ground, I felt a wave of relief wash over me. The adrenaline from the fight still coursed through my veins, and I couldn't help but grin at my teammates. We had done it! We had taken down a pack of greater wolves, and I had played a crucial role in the battle. And w're all received a system notification. As Keith, Jos, Vismond, Chris, and Cain look into it.
"System notification!
You have received Greater Wolf loot.
Greater Wolf's Fangs - 9/9
Greater wolves hide -9-9
Greater wolves medium meat-9/9
"Wow, we really cleaned up!" Keith exclaimed, his eyes wide with excitement as he examined the loot. "These fangs could fetch a good price in town, and the hides... we could make some decent armor!"
Josh, always the strategist, chimed in, "We should split the loot evenly. Each of us gets a fang, a hide, and some meat. That way, we all benefit from the spoils of our hard work."
Vismond nodded, his brow furrowed in thought. "But what about the meat? We could cook it and restore some health. I say we keep the meat for ourselves and use it for our next adventure."
Chris, who had been silent until now, finally spoke up. "I think we should also consider what we can do with the fangs and hides. If we can find a blacksmith or a merchant, we might be able to trade them for better gear or supplies."
Cain, the quietest of the group, looked at the loot with a contemplative expression. "What if we use the fangs to craft weapons? I’ve heard that they can be used to make some powerful items if we find the right person."
As the group debated the best course of action, I felt a strange sensation wash over me. It was as if the world around me was shifting, and I could sense a presence nearby. I glanced around, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
"Nah, we should sell it and buy some gears, but we can use the meats," Chris suggested.
"Yeah, we should. Besides, we already have our legendary weapons, so we don't have to craft a weapon," Josh added.
"Hey, guys," I said, trying to shake off the feeling. "What do you think we should do next? Should we head back to town or explore a bit more?"
And we explored deeper into the forest and grinded some levels. At the end of the day, I raised my level to 7 while Josh and the others were able to reach level 10 and were able to unlock new elemental skills of their class. I was jealous of them. (Tsk) For my summoner class, I was able to unlock more weapons now, but I didn't buy any weapons yet. I saved it for later so I can decide of what weapon I'm going to unlock first. As we enter the castle quarters, one guard enters our room and tells us that the emperor wants to have an audience with us, so we agree, and the guard leads us.
As we followed the guard through the dimly lit corridors of the castle, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had settled in my stomach. The grandeur of the castle was impressive, with its towering stone walls and intricate tapestries, but the weight of the emperor's summons felt heavy on my shoulders. What could he possibly want with us at this late ?
The guard finally stopped in front of a large, ornate door, its surface carved with intricate designs depicting battles and mythical creatures. He turned to us, his expression serious. "The emperor will see you now. Remember sir heroes to show respect."
With a nod, he pushed the door open, revealing a lavish chamber filled with golden accents and a large throne at the far end. The emperor sat regally, his presence commanding and intimidating. He was an older man, with a long, white beard and piercing blue eyes that seemed to assess us with a single glance.
"Welcome, back our heroes," he said, his voice deep and resonant. "I have heard of your exploits in the forest. You have proven yourselves capable against the greater wolves, and for that, I commend you."
We exchanged glances, a mix of pride and nervousness washing over us. I stepped forward, feeling the need to speak. "Thank you, Your Majesty. We were just doing what we could to help."
The emperor raised a hand, silencing me. "Your efforts are commendable, but I have a more pressing matter at hand. There is a growing darkness in the land, and I fear that it is only a matter of time before it reaches my kingdom. And as this world renowned heroes, I need you to go to Vuena Village because the demon lord's army is coming around there."
The weight of the emperor's words hung in the air, and I could feel the tension in the room rise. A growing darkness? A demon lord's army? It sounded like something straight out of a fantasy novel, but here we were, living it.
"Vuena Village?" Cain echoed, his brow furrowing. "Isn't that the place known for its rich resources? Why would the demon lord target it?"
The emperor nodded gravely. "Precisely. The village is a vital part of our kingdom's economy. If the demon lord's forces take control, it could spell disaster for us all. I need you to travel there, gather information, and, if possible, thwart their plans."
Josh stepped forward, his expression serious. "What kind of forces are we up against? Do you have any intel on their numbers or capabilities?"
The emperor leaned forward, his blue eyes narrowing. "Reports indicate that the demon lord's army is vast and varied. They have been seen recruiting monsters and dark creatures from the surrounding areas. You will need to be cautious and prepared for anything."
Vismond crossed his arms, his mind clearly racing. "What resources can you provide us with? We may need supplies or reinforcements for this mission."
The emperor waved a hand, and a servant stepped forward, carrying a small chest. "Inside, you will find potions, food supplies, and a few enchanted items to aid you on your journey. Use them wisely."
I felt a mix of excitement and anxiety. This was our chance to prove ourselves, but the stakes were higher than ever. "What about the villagers? Should we warn them?" I asked, my voice steady despite the turmoil inside.
The emperor nodded. "Yes, if you can,and if you can reinforce the village using your knowledge from your world if you allow it sir heroes and can you warn them of the impending danger. They may have valuable information or resources that could assist you. But be careful; the demon lord's scouts may already be in the area."
"Why you say we can warn them ,like the people don't need to know about the impending attack?" Josh ask.
"The emperor pinch his nose." Because we don't want the people to panic. We have so much on our plate so we don't need to add a mass panic in it." As he explain we all nodded and bow
As we prepared to leave, Chris turned to the emperor. "Your Majesty, if we succeed in this mission, what will happen to the village and the kingdom?"
The emperor's expression softened slightly. "If you succeed, you will not only save Vuena Village but also earn the gratitude of my kingdom. I will ensure that you are rewarded handsomely for your bravery."
With that, we bowed respectfully and exited the chamber, the weight of our new mission settling heavily on our shoulders. As we walked through the corridors of the castle, I couldn't help but feel a sense of determination rising within me. This was our chance to make a real difference.
Once outside, we gathered in a small courtyard, the sun shining down on us. "Alright, team," I said, trying to rally everyone. "We need to come up with a plan. We can't just rush in blindly."
Josh nodded, his eyes scanning the horizon. "We should gather more information about Vuena Village and the demon lord's army. Maybe we can find some locals who can help us."
Keith chimed in, "And we should definitely stock up on supplies before we head out. We don't know how long this mission will take."
Vismond added, "I can use my skills to scout ahead. If we can find a safe route to the village, it will give us an advantage." (He has now a skill called stealth.)
Skill: Stealth. Mana consumption: 10 per minute. Cooldown: 5 minutes. Cooldown will reduce if you level up the skill.
I nodded, feeling the weight of our mission settle in. "Alright, let's split up our tasks. Vismond, you scout ahead and see if you can find any signs of the demon lord's scouts or any locals who might have information. The rest of us will head to the market to stock up on supplies."
The group agreed, and we quickly made our way to the bustling market square of the castle town. The vibrant colors of the stalls and the lively chatter of merchants and townsfolk provided a stark contrast to the serious mission ahead of us. I felt a mix of excitement and anxiety as we navigated through the crowd.
"We're camping out tonight. Josh set up camp. Chris gathered wood, Vismond scouted the perimeter while I prepared food, and you, Keith, sliced the wolf meats while I prepared rice," Cain ordered. But as Vismond is about to head out, I call him and pull out an item from my item box. "What...ow is this? Has night vision? He asked.
"Yeah," I answered.
"I didn't know you could summon an item like this?" he asks again.
"Yeah, me neither. I just discovered it down to the lowest of my summons list," I explained. He just nodded and headed out.
As Vismond slipped into the shadows, I felt a sense of pride swell within me. It was moments like these that reminded me of the unique abilities I possessed as a summoner. While my friends were busy honing their combat skills, I had the power to summon items and weapons not of this world. "I'm not a weak summoner. I'll become this world's strongest summoner. I just need to level up more and unlock more advanced weapons. And maybe one day I'll have something to shock this world," I said as I sliced the meats into small lengths.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the campsite, I couldn't shake the feeling of anticipation that hung in the air. The crackling fire illuminated our faces, and the aroma of cooking meat filled the space around us. I glanced at my friends, each of them focused on their tasks, and felt a surge of determination. We were on the brink of something monumental, and I was determined to prove my worth as a summoner.
"Hey, Cain," I called out, breaking the comfortable silence. "How's the rice coming along?"
"Almost done," he replied, stirring the pot with a wooden spoon. "Just a few more minutes, and we’ll have a feast fit for heroes."
"Speaking of heroes," Chris chimed in, "what do you think Vismond is finding out there? I hope he’s being careful."
"Knowing him, he’s probably blending in with the shadows like a ghost," Josh said with a chuckle. "But we should keep an eye out for him. We don’t want to be caught off guard."
Just as he spoke, Vismond emerged from the darkness, his expression serious. "I found something," he said, his voice low. "There are scouts, but not the demon lord’s.
"Then what did you see?" Chris asked.
"Bandits"
The atmosphere shifted instantly. "How many did you see?" I asked, my heart racing.
"At least five as what I can see at the area, but they seemed to be on high alert. They’re searching for something—or someone," Vismond replied, his brow furrowed. "We need to be cautious. If they catch wind of us, it could spell trouble."
"Great, we got the demon lord problem; now we have this shenanigan. What a wonderful night," Keith muttered, his excitement from earlier fading. "What do we do now?"
I took a deep breath, trying to think clearly. "We need to gather more intel. If they’re searching for something, we should find out what it is. Vismond, can you sneak closer and listen in on their conversations?"
He nodded. "I can try, but I’ll need to be quick. If they spot me, I won’t have much time to escape."
"Be careful, Vismond," I urged. "We can’t afford to lose anyone now."
As he prepared to slip back into the shadows, I felt a surge of confidence. "And if things go south, remember to use the night vision goggles I summoned. They’ll give you an edge."
Vismond gave me a grateful nod before disappearing into the darkness once more. The rest of us resumed our tasks, but the tension lingered in the air. I couldn’t help but feel a mix of pride and anxiety. This was the first real test of our abilities, and I was determined to support my friends in any way I could.
And 30 minutes later vismond came back
"Report" Cain ask.
"Before they're were small numbers but now there more ." He said.
"What level are and how many?" Josh asks.
"They're all at level 10, and one of them is at least at level 15. I think we can handle them pretty easily, so how about that? he said.
, his voice steady despite the tension in the air.
"Level 15?" Keith echoed, his eyes widening. "That’s a significant jump. We need to be careful. If they’re organized enough to have a higher-level scout, they might have some tricks up their sleeves."
"True," I agreed, my mind racing. "But if we can catch them off guard, we might be able to take them down before they realize what’s happening. We have the element of surprise on our side.
"Ok, guys, let's prep. In 1 hour we'll be moving!" Cain ordered. If you wonder why he's giving us an order, it's because he is the captain of the party.
After we eat, we extinguish our fire and prepare for our assault on the bandits.

As I scan my summons, I can't decide what I could unlock first for my new summon with my current points (2500 points). Thanks to those two monsters, I was able to have this many points to use. I need to be careful of using these points of mine if I want to summon a powerful weapon at the next stage/grade, as what I can see is the system is preparing me to do so.
As I pondered over my options, the weight of my choices pressed heavily on my mind. With 2,500 summon points at my disposal, I had the opportunity to unlock something truly powerful, but I needed to be strategic. The upcoming confrontation with the bandits—and potentially the demon lord's army—required me to make the right decision. "Bruh, level 15 bandit is no joke, even if it's just one."
I took a deep breath, trying to clear my mind and focus on the task at hand. The bandits were a real threat, and I needed to ensure that I was prepared for whatever lay ahead. I glanced at my summon options again, weighing the pros and cons of each potential weapon.

I stared at the list of summons, my mind racing with possibilities. Each weapon had its own advantages, and I needed to choose wisely. The bandits were a real threat, especially with one of them being level 15. I had to ensure that I was equipped to handle whatever they threw at us.
After a moment of contemplation, I decided to prioritize versatility and defense. The Basic Leather Armor Set would provide me with some much-needed protection, and it was only 10 points to unlock. That would leave me with 2,490 points to work with for offensive options.
"The armor, even if it's leather, can boost my defense even if it's a little."
The Basic Leather Armor Set (effects)
Defense +5, Agility +2, Attack +1
I made my decision and summoned the Basic Leather Armor Set.
System notification!
Do you want to equip the basic leather armor set? Yes, no?
"Yes."
As I confirm my purchase, a warm feeling of a rush of energy as the item materializes in front of me. The armor looked simple yet sturdy, crafted from tough leather that would offer decent protection without sacrificing mobility. I quickly donned the armor, feeling the weight settle comfortably on my shoulders.

Defense: +5

"Nice choice," Cain said, glancing at my new gear. "That should help you take a hit or two if things get rough."
"Thanks! I feel a bit more prepared now," I replied, adjusting the straps to ensure a snug fit.
"Alright"
With my armor equipped, I turned my attention back to the summon list. I still had a significant number of points left, and I needed to decide on an offensive weapon. The basic flintlock and basic pistol were tempting options, but I wanted something that could give me an edge in combat. So I decided to buy the crossbow and its arrows because it's nighttime, so we need to be stealthy this time.
I took a deep breath, feeling the weight of my decision as I scanned the summon list once more. The basic crossbow was a perfect choice for our current situation. It would allow me to engage the bandits from a distance, keeping me out of harm's way while still contributing to the fight. Plus, the stealth aspect of using a crossbow at night was a significant advantage.
"Alright, let's do this," I muttered to myself, my fingers hovering over the summon option.
Basic Crossbow: 90 points to unlock
I confirmed my choice, and the familiar rush of energy surged through me as the crossbow materialized in my hands. It was lightweight yet sturdy, with a sleek design that felt comfortable to hold. I quickly examined it, noting the smooth mechanism and the sturdy string that would allow for powerful shots.
"System notification!"
Congratulations!
You have successfully summoned the basic crossbow!
Do you want to swap Basic Shotgun shotgun Cimarron 1878 to your the Basic Crossbow? Yes, No?
"Yes."
As I equipped the crossbow, I felt a sense of empowerment wash over me. This was the weapon I needed to help my team. I glanced at the remaining summon points and saw that I still had 2,400 points left. I needed to make the most of them.
Next, I turned my attention to the arrows. The basic crossbow arrows were essential for my new weapon, and I knew I had to summon them to be fully prepared.
Basic Crossbow Arrow: 300 points to unlock (locked)
Do you want to summon basic assorted arrow crate?
Yes,no?
Yes.
I frowned at the point requirement. Dang Mr system this is way too expensive for just an arrow quiver!. But what ever I really need arrows for my crossbow, can use this crossbow as a bat for my enemies " I joke to myself still frowning.
But as I am regretting my decision, another notification pops up.
System notification!
New system feature unlocked!
You can now change ammo/arrow.
"Huh? Are you joking?"
You can now choose at

Your arrow crate is currently 50/50. Level 1
New arrow heads will be unlocked after upgrading the crate.2000 summon points needed.
You can level them up them using your summon point. (ammunition upgrade requirements)reach level 15.
I stared at the new system notification, my heart racing with excitement. The ability to change my ammunition type was a game-changer. Each type of arrow had its own unique properties, and I could tailor my attacks to fit the situation.
"Explosive arrows could deal significant damage," I thought, envisioning the chaos they could cause among the bandits. "But gas arrows could incapacitate them without drawing too much attention. Flare arrows would be useful for signaling or illuminating dark areas, while acid arrows could corrode armor and weapons."
I weighed my options carefully. The bandits were likely to be on high alert, so stealth was crucial. I decided to prioritize the gas arrows for their ability to incapacitate enemies without causing a ruckus.
"Alright, let's go with gas arrows," I muttered, selecting the option from the list.
System notification!
You have successfully summoned gas arrows (Level 1).
Ammo count: 50/50.
I felt a rush of satisfaction as the arrows materialized beside me, neatly arranged and ready for use. I quickly loaded one into my crossbow, feeling the weight of the weapon in my hands.
"Now I’m really ready," I said, glancing at my friends. They were busy preparing for the upcoming confrontation, but I could see the determination in their eyes.
"How’s everyone doing?" I called out, wanting to ensure we were all on the same page.
"We’re good!" Cain replied, checking his gear. "I’ve got the campfire extinguished, and I’m ready to move out. Vismond should be back soon with more intel."
"Great! I just summoned a crossbow and some gas arrows," I said, feeling a surge of confidence. "I think we have a solid chance against those bandits."
"Who thought You can't equip any weapons besides your staff," he asks, eyes wide.
"Yeah, thought that too, but it turns out I can equip anything as long as I'm the one who summons it," Keith replied.
Cain raised an eyebrow, clearly impressed. "That's a pretty unique ability. It gives you a lot of versatility in combat. Just make sure to use it wisely."
"Absolutely," I replied, feeling a sense of camaraderie with my friends. "We need to work together if we want to take down those bandits and gather intel on the demon lord's army."
Just then, Vismond emerged from the shadows, his expression serious. "I overheard them talking. They’re looking for a specific item—a magical artifact that was rumored to be hidden near Vuena Village. If they find it, it could give them a significant advantage against us."
"An artifact?" Josh asked, his interest piqued. "What kind of artifact are we talking about?"
Vismond shook his head. "I didn’t catch the details, but they mentioned something about it being powerful enough to turn the tide of battle. We need to find out more about it before they do."
"Then we have to act fast," I said, my mind racing with possibilities. "If we can intercept the bandits and learn more about this artifact, we might be able to use it against the demon lord's army."
"Agreed," Cain said, his voice steady. "Let’s move out and find those bandits. We’ll take them by surprise and gather as much information as we can."
With our plan set, we gathered our gear and prepared to head into the night. The moon hung high in the sky, casting a silvery glow over the forest as we made our way toward the bandits' last known location. The air was thick with tension, but I could feel the adrenaline coursing through my veins.
As we approached the area where Vismond had spotted the bandits, I signaled for everyone to halt. "Let’s take a moment to assess the situation," I whispered, scanning the surroundings for any signs of movement.
Vismond nodded, his eyes sharp. "I’ll scout ahead and see if I can get a better look at their camp."
"Be careful," I cautioned. "We don’t want to alert them to our presence."
Vismond slipped into the shadows once more, moving with the grace of a predator. The rest of us crouched low, waiting for his signal. The anticipation was palpable, and I could feel my heart racing as I thought about the confrontation ahead.
After a few tense moments, Vismond returned, his expression serious. "They have a small camp set up, and I counted at least five bandits. The level 15 one is their leader, and he seems to be the one in charge of the artifact search."
"Do you think we can take them?" Keith asked, his voice low.
"If we catch them off guard, we have a good chance," Vismond replied. "But we need to be strategic. I suggest we split into two groups—one to create a distraction while the other flanks them from behind."
"That sounds like a solid plan," Josh agreed. "I can use my elemental skills to create a diversion. If I can draw their attention, we can catch them off guard."
"Perfect," I said, feeling a surge of confidence. "Vismond and I can flank them while the rest of you create the distraction. Let’s move quickly and quietly."
As he said that, another notification pops up.

"Man, this is a big deal if the reward is this good," Cain said.
"Yeah. I think the system deemed this mission achievable if it's not telling us not to run," Josh added.
"Well, another reason for us to do this quest," I chime in.
"Alright, enough with the chitchat; let's head out!" Cain ordered.
As we prepared to execute our plan, I felt a sense of unity with my friends. We were a team, and together, we could face whatever challenges lay ahead. With a final nod, we split into our designated groups, ready to confront the bandits and uncover the truth about the artifact.
As Josh unleashed his elemental skills, creating a burst of fire that lit up the night sky, I felt a rush of adrenaline. The bandits were caught off guard, their attention drawn to the flames as Vismond and I moved swiftly through the shadows, positioning ourselves for the attack.
"Now!" I whispered, signaling Vismond to move in. We charged toward the bandits, our hearts pounding in our chests. The element of surprise was on our side, and I was determined to make the most of it.
With my crossbow loaded and ready, I took aim at the nearest bandit, my breath steadying as I prepared to fire. The night was alive with the sounds of battle, and I felt a sense of purpose wash over me. This was our moment to shine, and I was ready to prove myself as this world's new strongest summoner.
As the chaos unfolded around us, I knew that we were on the brink of something monumental. The fate of Vuena Village—and perhaps the entire kingdom—rested on our shoulders, and I was determined to rise to the challenge.
With a steady hand, I aimed my crossbow at the nearest bandit, my heart racing as I focused on my target. The flickering flames from Josh's elemental attack illuminated the scene, casting shadows that danced across the ground. I could see the bandits scrambling, their surprise turning to confusion as they tried to assess the situation.
"Now or never," I whispered to myself, releasing the tension in my fingers as I pulled the trigger. The crossbow twanged, and the gas arrow flew through the air, striking the bandit squarely in the chest. He staggered back, the gas quickly enveloping him, causing him to cough and choke as he fell to the ground.
"Nice shot!" Vismond called out, moving swiftly to engage another bandit. I could see him darting in and out of the shadows, using his stealth to his advantage as he took down one of the bandits with a swift strike.

I couldn't believe the rush of notifications flooding my mind. Five levels gained in one battle? It felt surreal. The thrill of combat surged through me, and I took a moment to catch my breath, my heart racing with excitement.
"Keep moving!" Vismond urged, his voice cutting through the chaos. I snapped back to reality, realizing that the fight was far from over. The remaining bandits were regrouping, their expressions shifting from confusion to anger as they realized they were under attack.
I quickly reloaded my crossbow, the gas arrows still fresh in my quiver. I had to keep the pressure on. I glanced around, spotting Josh unleashing another wave of fire, forcing two bandits to scatter. Cain and Chris were engaged in close combat, their weapons clashing against the bandits' crude blades.
"Vismond, let's flank them again!" I shouted, my voice steady despite the adrenaline coursing through my veins. He nodded, and we moved in sync, darting around the chaos to find a better vantage point.
But one bandit managed to get near me, and as he's about to strike me with his sword, I quickly react by stepping back and unequipping my crossbow and equipping my shotgun (my Remington) and unloading its two shots at the bandit body.
The shotgun roared to life, the sound echoing through the night as I pulled the trigger. The blast sent the bandit staggering back, his eyes wide with shock as he fell to the ground, lifeless. The power of the weapon surged through me, and I felt a rush of exhilaration.
You have gained 200 experience points.

Quest: Defeat the bandits 2/20
"You've got some serious firepower!" Vismond exclaimed, his eyes gleaming with admiration as he dispatched another bandit with a swift strike. "Keep it up!"
The adrenaline was still pumping through my veins as I took a moment to survey the battlefield. The chaos of the fight was palpable, with flames flickering and the sounds of clashing metal filling the air. I could see my friends holding their own against the remaining bandits, but I knew we had to act quickly to maintain our advantage.
"Vismond, let's keep pushing!" I shouted, reloading my shotgun and preparing for the next wave of attackers. The thrill of battle was intoxicating, and I felt a surge of confidence with each bandit I took down.
"I'll change to cross bow again! I'll cover you Vis(vismond) I roared and quickly change my arrow to explosive arrows.
As we moved forward, I spotted another bandit trying to flank Josh, who was busy charging another elemental sword strike. Without hesitation, I aimed my crossbow at the bandit and pulled the trigger. The blast echoed through the night, and the bandit crumpled to the ground.
The explosive arrow detonated upon impact, sending debris flying and creating a cloud of dust and smoke. I could see the shock on the faces of the remaining bandits as they realized they were outmatched. The chaos of the battlefield was now in our favor, and I felt a surge of adrenaline as I prepared for the next shot.
"Keep it up, team!" I shouted, my voice ringing with determination. "We can take them down!"
Vismond nodded, his eyes sharp as he darted between the remaining bandits, using his stealth to strike from the shadows. I could see him taking down another bandit with a swift, precise movement, and I felt a swell of pride for my friend. We were working together seamlessly, each of us playing our part in this chaotic dance of battle.
As I reloaded my crossbow, I glanced over at Cain and Chris, who were engaged in a fierce struggle with the bandit leader. The level 15 bandit was a formidable opponent, his movements fluid and powerful as he parried their attacks. I could see the determination in their eyes, but I knew they needed backup.
"Vismond, cover me!" I called out, my heart racing as I sprinted toward the fray. I had to help my friends take down the leader before he could regroup and retaliate.
"On it!" Vismond replied, slipping into the shadows to flank the bandit leader from behind.
I took aim with my crossbow, focusing on the bandit leader as he swung his sword at Cain. The moment was tense, and I could feel the weight of the situation pressing down on me. I steadied my breath, my finger hovering over the trigger.
"Now!" I shouted, releasing the arrow just as Vismond struck from behind. The gas arrow flew true, hitting the bandit leader squarely in the back. He staggered, coughing as the gas enveloped him, and I seized the opportunity.
"Finish him!" I yelled, my voice filled with urgency.
Cain and Chris pressed their advantage, launching a coordinated attack against the disoriented bandit leader. With Vismond's stealthy strike and my gas arrow, they were able to land a series of blows that finally brought him to his knees. But the bandit leader doesn't know when to quit, grabs both of them, throws them away, and kicks Vismond in his stomach and brings him to his knees.
The sight of Vismond crumpling to the ground sent a jolt of panic through me. The bandit leader, now enraged and fueled by the gas, was a force to be reckoned with. I could see the determination in Cain and Chris's eyes as they regrouped, but the leader was still standing, and he was not going down without a fight.
"Vismond!" I shouted, my heart racing. I quickly reloaded my crossbow, my mind racing with options. I had to act fast. The bandit leader was strong, but he was also vulnerable now that he was disoriented.
"Ohh… what we have here…( his eyes glow looks like he use his appraisal skill) hahahaha a weak summoner. Let me give you an advice kid. Go home and mybe you'll able to live to tell the tale." He said while mockingly laugh at me.
"Huh, am I a joke to you, big-ass gorilla?" I replied as I readied my next arrow, but now it's was a flash arrow.
The bandit leader's laughter echoed in the night, but I could feel the fire of determination igniting within me. I wasn't about to let his taunts get to me. I had come too far and fought too hard to back down now.
"You have gut, kid. What's your name? Tell me," he asks.
"Huh, why should I talk to a talking gorilla like you?" I sneered.
"Well, here in our country we have a custom: if you challenge someone, you need to give your name for honor and respect," he explained.
"Heh, honor and respect? You, a low-ass bandit, have it? Don't make me laugh," I replied.
The bandit leader's expression shifted from amusement to irritation, his eyes narrowing as he took a step closer. "I think you don't understand the situation here, midget (and now my brow is rising because of annoyance because he called me midget). You think you're clever, don’t you? But you’re just a weak summoner who wants to play hero. I’ll show you what real power looks like."
I could feel the tension in the air as the bandit leader's words hung between us. His bravado was palpable, but I refused to let it intimidate me. I had come too far to back down now.
"Real power?" I shot back, my voice steady despite the adrenaline coursing through my veins. "You think throwing around insults makes you powerful?"
"Hahaha, ok, I'll play with you, little man. I'll go first: my name is Kaliskto of the Kariga gang. Prepare yourself; this is your—" I cut him off and say,Yeah, yeah, yadayadayada. Why do all of you bad guys have a long-ass monologue? "
"Just get on with it!" I interrupted, my patience wearing thin. The bandit leader's bravado was infuriating, and I could feel the adrenaline surging through me, urging me to act.
Kaliskto's eyes widened in surprise at my audacity, but then a smirk crept across his face. "You’ve got guts, I’ll give you that. But guts alone won’t save you from me."
"Maybe not," I replied, my voice steady. "But I have something you don’t: the element of surprise." With that, I quickly loaded the flash arrow into my crossbow, aiming it directly at him.
"Flash Arrow!" I shouted, releasing the arrow with precision. The arrow flew through the air, bursting into a blinding light upon impact. Kaliskto staggered back, momentarily blinded by the flash.
"Now, Vismond!" I yelled, hoping my friend was ready to capitalize on the distraction.
Vismond, who had been recovering from the bandit leader's earlier attack, sprang into action. He darted forward, using the shadows to his advantage as he struck at Kaliskto with a swift, precise blow. The bandit leader, still reeling from the flash, barely had time to react.
"Get him!" I shouted, my heart racing as I reloaded my crossbow with another gas arrow. I aimed carefully, knowing that this was our chance to take him down.
As Vismond engaged Kaliskto, Cain and Chris joined the fray, launching their own attacks. The bandit leader was now surrounded, and I could see the panic beginning to set in on his face.
As I turned my head, I saw the remaining bandit members and opened my summon shop and brought out a basic rifle and took aim at them.
"Finish him! I can handle these guys," I shouted.
With a steady hand, I aimed the basic rifle at the remaining bandits, my heart pounding in my chest. The chaos of the battle swirled around me, but I focused on my target, determined to eliminate the threat before they could regroup.
"Take this!" I shouted, pulling the trigger. The rifle roared to life, the bullet flying through the air with deadly precision. It struck one of the bandits squarely in the chest, sending him sprawling to the ground.

The bandit charged at me, his sword raised high, but I was ready. I quickly stepped back, my heart racing as I unequipped my rifle and summoned my Remington shotgun. The familiar weight of the weapon felt reassuring in my hands, and I aimed it squarely at the charging bandit’s chest.
“Not today!”I shouted, pulling the trigger.
The shotgun roared to life, the blast echoing through the night as the shot hit the bandit squarely in the chest. He stumbled back, his eyes wide with shock, before collapsing to the ground in a heap.

I quickly scanned the battlefield, my heart racing as I took in the chaos around me. Vismond was still engaged with Kaliskto, dodging the bandit leader's powerful strikes while landing quick, precise blows of his own. Cain, Chris, and Vismond were behind while Josh was parrying; all his attacks were working together, their attacks coordinated as they pressed the advantage against the remaining bandits.
I quickly reload my Remington shotgun and quickly change into my crossbow and equip another.
You have unlocked a basic tick grenade and thrown it. The tension in the air was palpable as I prepared to throw the basic stick grenade. I could see the remaining bandits regrouping, their expressions shifting from confusion to determination as they realized they were losing ground. I had to act fast to maintain our advantage.
"Cover your ears!" I shouted to my friends, my heart racing as I pulled the pin from the grenade and hurled it toward the cluster of bandits. The grenade sailed through the air, landing right in the middle of their formation.
The explosion was deafening, a burst of sound and light that sent the bandits reeling. I could see them stumbling back, disoriented and panicked as the smoke and debris filled the air. It was the perfect opportunity for us to strike.

As the dust settled from the explosion, I felt a rush of exhilaration. The battlefield was chaotic, but we had the upper hand. I quickly glanced at my friends, who were all focused and ready to finish the fight.
"Let’s wrap this up!" I shouted, my voice ringing with determination. The remaining bandits were disoriented, and I could see the fear creeping into their eyes. They were realizing that they were outmatched.
Vismond took advantage of the confusion, darting in and out of the shadows to strike at Kaliskto. The bandit leader was still recovering from the flash arrow, and I could see the panic in his eyes as he struggled to regain control of the situation.
"Now, Vismond!" I called out, readying my crossbow once more to the remaining small fray bandits. Josh aimed at Kaliskto, who was now vulnerable. "Let’s finish this!" He shouted and unleashed his divine judgment at him.
The air crackled with tension as Josh unleashed his elemental attack, a brilliant burst of energy that surged toward Kaliskto. The bandit leader, still reeling from the effects of the flash arrow and Vismond's relentless strikes, barely had time to react. The blast hit him squarely in the chest, sending him staggering back, his eyes wide with shock.
As I took down the remaining two bandits, my teammates were now ready to finish Kaliskto.

With the remaining bandits dispatched, I turned my full attention to Kaliskto, who was now visibly shaken. The once-confident bandit leader was struggling to regain his composure, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he faced the combined might of our team.
"You're outnumbered, Kaliskto," I said, my voice steady as I aimed the rifle at his head. "Surrender now, and maybe we can come to an understanding."
Kaliskto's eyes darted around, searching for an escape route, but he quickly realized there was none. The fire from Josh's elemental attack still flickered in the background, casting an ominous glow over the scene. He was cornered, and he knew it.
"You think you can intimidate me with that little toy? I'll admit you're no ordinary summoner like the flies I usually saw and killed, but that toy of yours is nothing to me," he sneered, trying to regain some semblance of bravado. "I’ve faced worse than you lot."
"Is this guy drunk or something? Didn't he see what my guns can do?" I ask myself. "Well, maybe you'd face many foes, then us, but we aren't ordinary foes; we're the strongest! My finger hovers over the trigger. "But you won't be facing anyone else if you don't surrender. We know you're looking for something—a magical artifact. Tell us what you know, and we might let you walk away."
Kaliskto hesitated, his expression shifting from defiance to contemplation. "You think I’ll just spill my secrets to a bunch of wannabe heroes? You’re dumber than you look."
I narrowed my eyes, feeling the tension in the air. "You can either tell us what we want to know, or we can make this very uncomfortable for you. Your choice."
Kaliskto's bravado faltered slightly, and I could see the gears turning in his mind. He was weighing his options, and I knew we had to keep the pressure on. "You’re outnumbered, and your gang is falling apart. You can either cooperate or face the consequences."
"Fine," he spat, his voice dripping with disdain. "What do you want to know?"
I exchanged glances with my teammates, and we all knew the answer. "What artifact are you searching for? And why are you invading this small village, and who's behind it?"
"Heh, one of the high-rank nobles," replied
Kaliskto, his voice laced with bitterness. "They’re the ones who sent us to find the artifact. It’s said to be a powerful relic that can amplify the abilities of whoever possesses it. If we get our hands on it, they will surrender it to one of the demon lord's officials so they will grant them and us (the bandits) a safe passage; they won't attack us, and if we take control of Vuena Village for ourselves, they'll give the control to us."
The revelation sent a chill down my spine. A powerful relic that could amplify abilities? And it was tied to the demon lord's army? This was far more serious than I had anticipated.
"Where is this artifact located?" I pressed, my voice steady despite the gravity of the situation.
Kaliskto smirked, clearly enjoying the power he held in this moment. "You think I’d just give that information away? You’ll have to make me." I raised my brow and took aim at his leg and fired.
The shot rang out, echoing through the night as the bullet struck Kaliskto's leg. He let out a howl of pain, collapsing to the ground as he clutched his wound. The bravado that had once filled his demeanor was replaced by shock and fear.
"Damn it, but how can you pierce my body? I'm 5 times stronger than you," he spat.
"Well, I level up, and also my guns too, so that's why," I casually reply.
Kaliskto's expression shifted from pain to a mix of anger and disbelief. "You think you can just shoot me and get away with it? You’re making a big mistake, kid!"
I stepped closer, my rifle still aimed at him. "The only mistake here is underestimating us. Now, are you going to tell us where the artifact is, or do I need to make this even more uncomfortable for you?"
He glared at me, his pride clearly wounded. "You think you can intimidate me? I’ve faced worse than you. But fine, if you want to know, it’s hidden in the ruins near Vuena Village. But you’ll never get to it before we do!"
"Ruins near Vuena Village," I repeated, committing the information to memory. "And what’s stopping us from getting there first?"
Kaliskto grimaced, clearly realizing he had given away too much. "You think you can just waltz in and take it? The demon lord’s forces are already on their way. You’re too late!"
I exchanged glances with my teammates, the weight of his words sinking in. "We need to move fast," I said, my voice steady. "If what he says is true, we can’t waste any more time."
"Let’s finish this," Cain said, stepping forward. "We can’t let him go back to his gang. He’ll just warn them."
I nodded, feeling the adrenaline surge through me once more. "You’re right. Kaliskto, you’re coming with us. We’ll make sure you don’t cause any more trouble," I said as I took out one basic medkit to patch his wounds.
Kaliskto’s eyes widened when I took out the medkit. "You're a summoner, right? He asked.
"Yeah, don't play dumb that you never knew it; I saw you use your appraisal skill on me, I replied.
"Are you guys the real heroes?" he asked.
"Well, duh, yes, we are. Isn't that obvious? Josh chimed in.
"My god, if you're here, it's true that they're summoning the demon God! he said with a horrified look.
I felt a chill run down my spine at his words. "What do you mean by that?" I asked, my voice steady despite the unease creeping in.
Kaliskto grimaced, clearly in pain but unwilling to back down. "The demon lord is gathering powerful artifacts to summon a being of unimaginable power. If he succeeds, it won't just be Vuena Village in danger; the entire kingdom will fall. Please, sir Hero! Save us! Don't let them summon that being; you're the only hero among you who can stop that. Please, I beg of you, save me and my family."
The weight of his words hung in the air, and I could see the concern mirrored in my friends' expressions. This was no longer just a simple mission to protect a village; we were now entangled in a much larger conflict.
I took a deep breath, trying to process the gravity of Kaliskto's revelation. The stakes had just risen dramatically, and I could feel the weight of responsibility settling on my shoulders. "We will stop the demon lord," I said firmly, my voice steady. "But first, we need to secure the village and ensure that the artifact doesn’t fall into the wrong hands."
Kaliskto nodded, his expression shifting from defiance to a mix of fear and desperation. "You have to hurry. If the demon lord's forces reach the ruins first, it will be too late. They’ll use the artifact to summon that being, and no one will be able to stop it."
"Then we need to move now," Cain said, his voice filled with urgency. "We can’t waste any more time."
"Vismond, we need one of us to go back and tell the emperor what we discovered here. and grab some reinforcements because we need to fortify the village," Cain ordered.
Vismond nodded, his expression serious. "I can go. I’ll make sure the emperor knows what’s at stake and that we need help immediately."
"Good," Cain replied, his voice steady. "The rest of us will head to the ruins and try to intercept the demon lord's forces. We can’t let them get their hands on that artifact."
I felt a surge of determination as I prepared for the next phase of our mission. "Kaliskto, you’re coming with us. You may have been our enemy, but right now, you’re our only source of information about the demon lord’s plans."
Kaliskto grimaced but nodded, clearly realizing he had no choice. "Fine. Just don’t expect me to fight alongside you. I’m not a hero like you."

"No sir, I want to join your ranks to fight the demon lord's army pls let me."kaliskto ask while bowing while glance to each other and nodded.
"Ok Just stay out of our way, and we’ll get along just fine," Cain replied my voice firm. "Now, let’s move!"
As we gathered our gear and prepared to leave, I couldn’t shake the feeling of urgency that hung in the air. The fate of Vuena Village—and perhaps the entire kingdom—rested on our shoulders. We had to act quickly.
Vismond slipped into the shadows, ready to make his way back to the castle. "I’ll be as fast as I can," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Stay safe, and don’t do anything reckless."
With that, he disappeared into the night, leaving the rest of us to face the impending threat. I turned to my friends, feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. "Alright, team. We need to move quickly and quietly. The last thing we want is to alert the demon lord’s forces."
Josh nodded, his expression serious. "I can use my elemental skills to create distractions if we need to. Just give me the signal."
"Perfect," Cain replied. "Let’s stick together and keep our eyes peeled for any signs of the enemy."
As we made our way through the forest, the tension in the air was palpable. The moon hung high above us, casting an eerie glow over the path ahead. I could feel the adrenaline coursing through my veins, and I knew that we were on the brink of something monumental.
After what felt like an eternity, we finally reached the outskirts of the ruins. The ancient stone structures loomed before us, their crumbling walls a testament to the passage of time. I could see flickering torches in the distance, and the sounds of voices carried through the air.
"Looks like we’re not too late," I whispered, my heart racing. "We need to find a way to get closer without being seen."
Kaliskto, who had been silent until now, spoke up. "There’s a hidden path that leads around the back of the ruins. If we take that route, we might be able to get the drop on them."
As we enter the village, their chief (head of the village) welcomes us, and we don't beat around the bush and tell him the situation.
The chief of Vuena Village, a stout man with a weathered face and a determined glint in his eyes, listened intently as we relayed the information about the demon lord's forces and the artifact they sought. The flickering torchlight cast shadows across his features, highlighting the concern etched into his brow.
"You say the demon lord's army is coming for the artifact?" he asked, his voice steady but laced with urgency. "We cannot allow that to happen. The artifact is said to hold immense power, and if it falls into the wrong hands, it could spell doom for our village a
nd the entire kingdom."
"Yeah so we don't have any choice but to retrieve it." Cain reply
The chief nodded, his expression grave. "We must prepare our defenses and gather what allies we can. But we also need to act quickly. If the demon lord's forces are as close as you say, we may not have much time."
I felt a surge of determination. "We can help with that. We’ve already faced the bandits, and we’re ready to take on whatever comes next. But we need to know more about the artifact. What can you tell us?"
The chief took a deep breath, his gaze shifting to the ancient ruins in the distance. "The artifact is known as the Heart of the Ancients. It is said to amplify the abilities of its wielder, granting them unimaginable power. It was hidden away long ago to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. If the demon lord's forces find it, they will use it to summon a being of great destruction."
