Chapter 2: The thirst begins

Its been a year sinse that day me and my best friend went our ways. I ended up moving to Chicago I broke up with my girl and got a job.

I have recently been having this massive thirst for knowledge. In an attempt to quench it a started learning basic survival skills or at least the knowledge of the skills without the practice.

Meat does not need to be refrigerated it can actually be brined or salted and then but in a cool part of the house. Or a barn its better if your in a cold environment but not necessary.

I learned the basics of fire starting. Crop rotation. A few videos on how to make swords. Just enough for survival.

I learned many things and I had finally saved enough money it was time.

I called a taxi and told them to go to the airport. I only took 2 roles of toilet paper a tooth brush 4spare clothes and a survival manual.

Once I got to the O'Hair airport I booked a ticket too

Nepal once there I would begin my treck to the himilayas.

After security I had to run to my turminal not a common site but something that isn't exactly uncommon. I just barely made it the doors were about to close I gave the woman my ticket she stamped it and told me to hurry.

I jumped the plane and took my seat which was actually just behind first class.

The plane ride was supposed to be a 15 hour flight.

So I put my head phones in as well as my charger.

Food came around after 6 hours. It was simple enough. A burger with a salad on the side.

The plane touched down and I nearly kissed the ground.

"Sir will you be needing assistance to a location." A rather elderly man said obviously one of the cab drivers. But I was not so naive.

If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.

"Yea can you point me to the nearest hotel," I asked.

"Oh that is simple just go about two miles north and take a left after that when you see the fountain take a right if you go past the town hall you went to far." He said and then held out his hand.

I the man a small tip" kinda cheap aren't ya,"

"That amountbus generous someone else would have told me free of charge I said as walked past."

He meerly grumbled to himself.

Instead of the hotel I bought some rations which includes an Axe, rope, water, a flint, jerky and some caned fruits.

Someone bumbed into me.

I grabbed the person by the arm and twisted then checked my pocket yup it was gone I took a knife out and said loud enough for those around to here.

"Alright thief give it back, and I will consider not slitting your throat."

He started speaking in another language I simply pressed harder and said thief. Blood begin to draw he gave me the walate but I wasn't done just yet I checked the wallet sure enough my social idea and money were missing.

I stabbed him in the leg then took the money after a quick search but could not find the passport or social passports are stolen all the time so I can only assume that when he is gotten rid of they won't suspect too much.

I took a can of gas spread it on him then lit a flint and walked away. (You may think it is cruel but I know napal is a ruff place.)

I began the hike up the mountains my training begins my solatude begins.
