Certainly, here's the revised passage with dialogue in quotation marks and the mention of "little girlfriend" adjusted for a more natural phrasing in English:
The six gathered to discuss who would go where in the hotel.
"I and Justin will head to the kitchen," Gabriel said.
"First, what guarantees you there's a kitchen? Second, what guarantees you he wants to go with you?" Nora retorted.
"I'll go," Justin replied.
"Why?" Nora grumbled.
"Because I want to," Justin said.
"Alright then, the real ones, I know who they are. You're not even my best friend anyway," Nora complained.
"Nora, it might be dangerous. Stay here with Francis. I don't want you getting hurt," Justin justified.
"How about you stop talking to your little girlfriend and go already, Justin?" Gabriel quipped.
"Shut up," Justin said and went with Gabriel to search for a kitchen in the hotel.
The two turned left into a dark and cold corridor. The corridor floor was made of oak wood, which was odd since the entrance hall's floor was marble and smooth, one would easily slip if not wearing sneakers, which wasn't the case in the corridor. Justin turned on his cellphone flashlight to illuminate the corridor. They passed several doors leading to various rooms, like an old cleaning supplies room, a ballroom, and a room with various spices, teas, and coffees.
At the end of the corridor, they entered a kitchen with a black and white porcelain tile floor. It was large and had various items a regular kitchen would have: knives, forks, spoons, pots, and more. There was a refrigerator, it was running, which struck Justin and Gabriel as odd given that all the other appliances and lights were off or burned out.

"Hey, look at this refrigerator. Wasn't it supposed to be off?" Justin asked.
"Well, you see, dirty, yes, hungry, no," Gabriel said and chuckled.
"That was the worst joke you've ever made."
"Regardless," after saying that, a short creature lunged at Gabriel from behind. "OW, why would you do that, damn it?" Gabriel yelled.
"But I didn't do anything," Justin turned and saw the monster. "Look at this, it's like a blue dwarf," Justin laughed when he saw the creature, which was short, blue, and had large fangs resembling those of a saber-toothed tiger, just smaller. Gabriel looked intrigued.
"That's weird... uh... hello?" Gabriel said, trying to interact with the creature that emitted strange noises.
"I think it's not really in the mood for talking," Justin said.
The creature attempted to jump on Justin, who almost dodged, but the creature clung to his right arm.
"Help me!" Justin shouted. Gabriel then pulled the monster off, causing it to fall to the ground, and started kicking it until it became immobile.
"Dude, you didn't need to kill that thing. It could be a dwarf that got genetically altered," Justin pondered.
"Doubtful, its blood is black," Gabriel justified.
"But if it got genetically altered, its blood could be black."
"Yeah, sorry about that little guy, but he doesn't seem very conscious. He's almost like an animal."
"Indeed, it's quite strange. Dude, remember Eliza mentioned hearing about a ritual that happened here? What if..."
"Do you really think a group of people could manage to kill almost everyone in a town? Seems quite unlikely. It's much easier that this town was used for secret government experiments," Gabriel argued.
"Yeah, maybe, the problem is we're going to have trouble dealing with demons or whatever is here. And demons would be much worse."
After the incident with the small blue creature, Justin and Gabriel opened the refrigerator. It was old and dusty, like all the other things in that hotel. When they opened it, they found food that was still edible, which was strange considering the city had been abandoned for a long time, and no one would have gone to the hotel to leave food there.
"Food?" Gabriel said in surprise. "Dude, everything in this place is so strange, food in a place that's been abandoned for a long time, a weird blue creature that seems like a failed experiment, electricity. Everything in this place is so strange."
"I'm trying to understand why everything is so wrong. Anyway, I think it's better if we head back. Let's tell the others that we found food and hope they can provide an answer about what's going on."
