Wein could see nothing, he was sure he was dead, or was he under some spell? He could think of nothing for now. The fear of being stuck in this place made him scared, he tried to move his body but, nothing happened, it felt like he had hands but they didn't move, he tried to look at his hand, but it was pitch black.
He looked at his arm, it was skinny but white and elegant, he also noticed a bed frame surrounded by a silky veil dividing him from the outside area. He moved away from the veil to notice a huge room, it was huge and walled with the whitest of marble as blue marks gave it some definition. He left the bed, ‘Did I become short?’ having difficulty walking, he went in front of a huge mirror. It was a young child, with bright red eyes, long black hair and the body of a 6-year-old, having no energy to question his current existence, and needing answers he left the room. Opening the huge birch door, a few maids took notice of him. They dropped everything and came running towards me.
“Young master, you are awake” A maid cried out in happiness.
“Are you still feeling unwell?” another one asked.
“A little bit” Clyde replied.
“Quick call for master and mistress!” One shouted, a maid a bit far, ran away to call them.
“Are you having a fever?” a maid asked.
“No”
“That’s good”
“CLYDE!” A woman came crying down the hallway and immediately hugged him tight.
“Aw my son, thank god you are ok”
“I am fine, mom” It really felt weird calling this woman his mother.
“Where's the father?”
“He is on his way. Why don't we go back to your room?”
“Ok”
The woman or 'mom' and Clyde went to his room. As they sat down she kept her forehead on his', “No fever” she commented with a smile.
“Mom what happened to me?” Wein played risky move here.
“Can we not talk about that now? I feel sad”
“Sure. Can you open the window?”
“Are you sure? It's cold outside”
The time now is different from the time he fought the heroes, from the woman's statement it can be assumed that it was probably winter or near, but during the time they fought it was summer. Wein needed answers but for now he assumed he wouldn't be left alone.

The doors opened with a bang, as quite a muscular man entered the room and rushed to hug Clyde. “You okay?”
“Yeah”
“Nice, nice…. Do you need anything?”
“For now, no”
“I see” ……
“Father can you let go now”
“Oh sure” The father let go of Clyde.
“So how do you feel?” The 'father' asked
“Still pretty weak. But I will be fine”
“That’s good.” Clyde kept on answering more their question with yes and nos.
“Mother, father can I have some time alone ?”
“Sure son. Please relax yourself and if you need anything meet me at my office. I will be working” the man was about to leave but seeing the woman still seated he pulled her, “Let’s go Maya. Let’s give our son some breathing room”
“I…I guess you are right.” The woman stood up to leave.
“Oh, by the way.” Clyde stopped them. “Can you bring me something to eat?”
And “Ok homey!” 'mother' a giving smile, the couple left the room, letting Wein leave a big sigh. 'Now let's see what I know. My name is Clyde, the time period is different, I am in someone else's body and have parents, the mother's name is Maya. It seems the boy's family is pretty rich' Wein walked towards the window, he looked to see snow topped trees and snow filled road. He also noticed some soldier training with swords, but it was nothing special. For now, Wein didn't know his goal, he just looked down at the soldier training.
Wein heard a knock on the door. “Who is it?” he asked.
“It's me, the head butler”
“Come in”
A rather young-looking man entered the room, he brought a large food cart with him.
“You look rather young to be the head butler”
“Haha. I am old, 60 at that. It's just a miracle of Sir Mais”
“What!” Wein was taken aback, his head felt dizzy, the head butler came running and supported him. “Are you ok?”
“Probably no” He carried Clyde to the bed to rest. “You need to some time gain some strength. Wait, I will be back” The head went out and brought a food tray and kept it on the bed, bringing the dishes onto the table, making Clyde drool, there was a whole roasted chicken, some corn soup, rice and cooked mixed vegetables.
“Eat up, you need some energy”
“I guess I need some master Mais' magic. Do you know where he is right now”
“Haha. You don't him you are pretty young and I think currently he is teaching at the Cloquet Academy”
“I see. He's teaching the best of the best in the continent. He is great”
“Haha. You are right. Let's talk about that later. Why don't you eat up”
“Yes”
“Good. Once you are done just call for a maid she will take the plates away”
“Ok”
As soon as he left, Wein realised everything what had happened, he couldn't bear his anger. 'I have travelled back in time' But before he can plan further his hungry stomach was killing him. The chicken was nothing he had ever eaten before, the vegetables were seasoned to perfection, while the soup had the perfect warmth and texture. After eating he called a maid who took away the empty plates.
'I have travelled back in time, and it seems to be the time before the heroes went crazy. Then isn't it the perfect time to prevent the things that will happen in the future. All those children, to be honest , I don't want anyone else to go through the same torment we went through. But before that, I need to join the Cloquet Academy. Didn't master say there was an age requirement, and that nobles had to pass a test? It won't be easy”
Wein left the bed and tried to use magic. He chanted for 3 seconds and a fireball appeared in his hand. He cancelled the fireball and chanted for another one, this time it took no time at all. “What!” He was surprised normally it would take another two chants, but now it only took one, isn't this body amazing? But only after three changes the body grew tired. “Well that's something I can work upon”
