This is a story about Thyssa, a disgusting monster who becomes a pretty girl with the power of a sinister, possibly cursed amulet. It would be very convenient for those around her if she'd realize she doesn't need the amulet, and learn a valuable lesson about Being Yourself. But she...does not do that. Instead, she keeps the amulet, unwilling to part with her humanity, however artificial. And anyone who wants to take that from her, well, she'll just have to fight them.
