“Everyone has been wondering for the longest time, how is the new “War of Armies” going to be different than the former version”

On December 12, 2027, some days before Christmas, Frisk Hyoner was being interviewed about “War of Armies: 9 Paths” by a reporter from WreckGaming News. Frisk Hyoner was also the main developer of both “War of Armies” game making him one of the biggest figures when it comes to the game.

“Well you now I can’t really say much about the game, the only thing I could say is that players and viewers will have to wait until the game comes out and play it for themselves to find out”

The new version of “War of Armies: 9 Paths”, needs users to have the full dive VR headset that allows players to completely feel as if the game was reality but to people who dislike pain, they are able to lower the pain settings and other personal settings if they want to but it is usually not recommended.

“Come on, just tell us some things about it, everyone is expecting big things about it. Just give us some of the details, it doesn't have to be big. Maybe you can tell us something about the character creation or the intro of the game”

Unlike most games out there, “War of Armies: 9 Paths” have not released a single trailer of the game and only a single poster which shows you nothing except the title and a small phrase that really tells you nothing of how the game will be.

“Okay, unlike the previous game, though there are many similar mechanics in the game, it will be much more ---”

“Oh come on we’ve been sharing the same thing over and ov--”

“Let me finish, this game will be much flexible and free than the previous. We allow players to explore some free reign but if we do see any exploitation of a bug that is not reported, that player will face penalties. The game is much more fantasy related than the previous game as players will be transported to a different world similar to Earth. The only difference is that this world will contain many mythological creatures from different myths and fantasies like orcs, titans or even sphinxes. They could even be based on some real historical figures, though they are exaggerated like Genghis Khan, Minamoto no Yoshitsune and even the Pied Piper.”

“Are you serious, is it really okay to tell us these things. I know we wanted information but you didn't have too if you couldn't.”

“Don't worry, everything I tell you was allowed by the higher-ups of the game because they are kind and they think that they’ve been egging you too much already. Plus all of this information will be easily found out in the introduction of the game and the game will be released in a some days so it's okay”

Swipe, Swipe, Swipe

The light of the morning shines through the blinds of the windows, bringing light to a formerly dark room that only had light coming out from a single phone. In the formerly dark room, the only sound that could be heard is swiping on a phone and some rustling caused by the movement of a person under sheets. The silence continues to ring in the dark until it was suddenly broken by the sound of knocking at the door leading to the bedroom. Accompanying it was a gentle and soothing voice coming from a women that looked to be around the age of her late 20s. Her name was Mary Morde and she was the caretaker that was hired to take care of Arlon by his parents. Mary is a beautiful caucasian woman who has blonde hair, blue eyes, wide-thin lips and an overall great package.

“Arlon it is time for your morning workout and training with you’re trainer, I know you're awake I can hear you touching your phone.”

Silence

“Arlon if you don't come out, I’m going to open the door and bring you out”

In response came out a humm that would barely be heard if it wasn't for the fact the whole place was silent.

“Mmmh, fine”

Coming out of the room, was the dishevelled body of a young teen that looks to be at his 17-18 of asian and caucasian descent. This young teen was Arlon Adrev, a child born from a family that most would say rich but not too rich, having a doctor as a dad and an architect as a mom. Though he is young, many people now of him because of his early investments into the company “FrekGem”. When the company was still a young fledgeling and the game “War of Armies: One World” came out, Arlon had invested most of his saved up money into this company getting him a total of 11% of all the stock “FrekGem”, aka he’s loaded. His reason for investing wasn’t because of reasons like he knew that it would blow up or a strategic plan after checking the stock market but instead because of a youthful desire of wanting to look cool and investing some money. He chose “FrekGem” because he played it and thought it was really cool and the stock was pretty cheap compared to other companies who were already world famous.

But he was also known by many as the chaotic player called PeaceOfSheet from “War of Armies: One World”. PeaceOfSheet wasn’t known as one of the the best players in the game, though he was still good at the game, but instead known because of the land he owned. His land wasn't big or was it really unique compared to other players. Instead it was known for the fact that it could not be invade by any player no matter the size. This was because the terrain of the land coupled with the materials used to create the base and the weird units found throughout the land. It was definitely not because of the fact that PeaceOfSheet spent a humongous amount of his money into digging deep underground and creating a dungeon with 100 floors and more. Unlike other players, PeaceOfSheet decided to just hole up in a hole and entice players to attempt to invade the dungeon by coercing them with insults upon insults until the point. You see the part of this situation that was odd to many others was the fact that PeaceOfSheet had 100 floors and even though it was possible to create underground floors, making 100 of them required a huge amount of resources that no one knew how he got them, but may suspected he was cheating and had the devs of the game give him huge amounts of resources and money, lots of it.

“Arlon you finally came out, it's time for you to go to the gym and train. The trainer has been waiting for you”

“Okay okay okay, I’ll be going”

“The car has already been prepared and are waiting to leave at any time”

“Thanks Mary, I’ll Be leaving. Goodbye”

“Are you sure, shouldnt you first change out of your pajamas”

“Byeeee, I’ll change in the gym, I’ll also shower there too so you don’t have to prepare a bath”

“Sigh, fine. Have a nice Workout”

Leaving, Arlon went downstairs and through the main door of his humble double story house and went into the car and his driver drove him off to the gym where he will train for an hour and a half with his trainer. He will also spend 1 hour there taking a through shower because unlike most common gym, the gym Arlong is going to has multiple private bathrooms for gym members.

3 hours later

Coming back from the gym, Arlon who now look fresh and presentable comes through the main door of his house and steps in the living room. Unlike his previous look, Arlon looks lean and muscular. You can’t say that he is one of the best looking men in the world, or even in Canada, but he is considered good looking with his moderately tall height, muscular lean body, smooth skin and neat hair. Accompanied with blue eyes, black hair and a normal nose, mouth and eyebrows, people would consider him good looking. After coming in, he is greeted with the sight of his caretaker Mary watching the television.

“Mary aren't you supposed to be working”

“My job is taking care of you Arlon, but since you were gone and I had already finished cleaning the place, I decided to wait and watch the television until you cam”

“Well I’m back and I’m going back to my room”

Leaning, Arlon goes to his room upstairs to spend his time playing games, reading novels and just laying there in his bed. I mean, he had no real motivation to do anything else really because he doesn't like to socialise much as he considers it a bother, and everything else a bother, even eating. If it weren't for his caretaker, he would probably be starving on his ‘death’ bed. As he goes up, he suddenly remembers something and yells at Mary.

“I nearly forgot, Mary has the new “War of Armies” game arrived yet”

Being one of the shareholders of “FrekGem” and also an avid gamer of “War of Armies”, he was given a free version of the game directly from the creators, but don't worry, he wasn't given cheats, no one was.

“Of course it has and it has already been set up with your VR headset, the only thing left to do is wait for it to go online”

“Good remind me when it goes online, while I’m waiting I guess I’m just going to spend my time lazing around”
