First of all, I want to thank everyone who has read up to this point and especially those who commented and reviewed the story, you're all amazing regardless of if you disliked the story, loved it, or hated on it.

Second, as some of you have pointed out I have been active but just haven't been posting. After the end of chapter 25 I decided to take a small break because I had been writing about 2500 words every day for the past month. However, 2 days after that me and my family got covid, it wasn't too bad, but I definitely didn't feel like writing anything. During that about 2-week break from the story I realized I was nowhere near prepared enough to continue the story. When I started writing all I had was just an overarching story and what I felt was a comprehensive world which is what gave me the confidence to write what I did. It has taken me the rest of this time to flesh out the story to a point where I feel like I can continue without shooting myself in the foot later down the road lol.

I'm going to take some time to get a backlog of chapters and then I'm going to start posting probably Monday/Wednesday/Friday at least that is the plan I am working with right now.

I read through the reviews and quite a few of the comments. I agree with most of the criticisms that people have said, and I want to ask you guys to hang in there because I am not a writer and I've never written anything before but I'm trying to get better as time goes on. The first few chapters were definitely my worst, but I hope as time goes on, I will get better. As always leaving comments about what I'm doing wrong is helpful.

I wanted to address something in one of the reviews that said I was pretty close to copywriting someone. First and foremost, I want to assure everyone that I am not intentionally trying to copy anyone. Second, he mentioned that I said this was an homage to Dunge Crawler Carl and He Who Fights With Monsters. That is incorrect, and if I gave that impression I apologize, I actually haven't read Dungeon Crawler Carl yet, and as for HWFWM I am on book 7 of that series and I don't really see the similarities between my story and that one, correct me if I'm wrong.
