Chapter8: First Test

Chapter8: First Test

The next few days passed quietly for Moral altough he was controlled mostly by the blood element it didn’t decide to go on a rampage yet, so the other elements decided to just wait and try fusing with the energy around them.

As such after a week all of them attained The Peak of the Yuan Accumulation stage and were on the verge of a breaktrough. The blood element was being held back by the other elements and couldn’t really do anything against all of them.

The forming of a soulweapon was a really important matter for a practitioner and practitioners usually had 1 soulweapon if they trained in one element, 2 soulweapons for 2 and so on. The important part was the fact that each element inside of Moral was pure because the only thing restraining it was the urge to fuse into one which wasn’t as easy as it seemed to be.

In one more week the village woul be organizing a test for talented youths to have a competition and if they could catch the eye of a powerfull sect their future would have no limits whatsoever.

As Moral’s soulweapons began to form the day came, that afterimages of random stufc began to appear in a misty fashion around him. There were swords, trees, small holes and even firecamps. Ofcourse soulweapons formed naturally and couldn’t be affected by the practitioner himself, but those were also the most common soulweapons to appear.

As the examination grew nearer and only a day remained Moral spent already a month in The_Void_Dragon_Realm. The images of soulweapons became more unstable and more bizzare as if they couldn’t be worthy of such a master.

*WoOoW*

Cheering noises resounded as two kids at the age of 10 fought with each other. The strong smell of blood and sweat was transmotted from the sparring areas. Altough it was only an examination or a little test to recruit new students many young people treated it very seriously since they knew, that only id they would get noticed would they have an opportunity in their lives.

A small youth about 8 years of age with a frail but bloodthirsty appearance wearing simple clothes was sitting on a bench near the arenas. Noone dared to grt close and everyone could sense the bloodthirstiness coming off from him and were scared wittless since he hadn’t fought yet they also couldn’t know how strong he was.

Most of them were at the peak of The Yuan Accumulation Stage with the few strongest having formed soulweapons already but even those couldn’t look into the eyes of this small boy, whose eyes had bloodthirsty dragons inside and were 4 coloured.

„Moral and Pei....Please step up and have your first fight.” A small old woman with green clothes on was standing on a pole above the arena while giving comments about the match. She was something like a commentator and a host.

„Who is this Moral that will be fighting agianst goddess Pei?” „I don’t know but he’ll be sure to get a beating from goddess anyway.” Some youths with fiery expression filled with admiration thrown at the 10 years old Pei exclaimed.

When Moral was the one to stand up everyone gasped. Everyone was thinking about what qualifications an 8 years old had to challenge the examination. They were also curious as to who this small bloodthirsty figure was at the same time they wanted to see his strength.

When the youth called „Moral” stood up his eyes became brown and he suddenly looked like a meteorite speeding to the arena near the bench that he was sitting on as he artived his eyes became orange and a phoenix encircled by light blue flames appeared bwhind him.

As everyone was dumbfounded the youth didn’t wait for the start command and just like this his eyes became black the instant he arrived ontop of the arena and two black dragons appeared behind him. They were wiggling and screeching and were emanating a gravitational force that instantly sent the crowds roiling with shock as to how powerfull this little youth was.

Pei was in the focus of the energy and she was the one receiving the most pressure so she didn’t dare let her guard down. But what happened next sent even the judges from the supersects roiling with extreme shock even tough they examined many youths and had a lot of experience they couldn’t do anything other than gasp of astonishment.

The frail looking boy got his 4 colored eyes bwith 2 dragons inside back and two blood colored dragons appeared in addition to the black ones. They were circling around him as if he was their master.

‘What extraordinary soulweapons and.... is he training 4 elements?’ A judge sudeenly sprang up and started shaking all over his body. „This fight has to STOP!” He cried out in the attempt to not get anyone injured in the process of this fight. He was well acquianted with the strength of a 4 element practitioner even if Moral had just reached the soulweapon accumulation stage. With every phase his soulweapons would get even stronger!

Moral ‘s mouth curled into a maniacal smile and he spat out a white mouthfull of air as if he was panting from excitement. The blood elements irge couldn’t be suppressed.

He suddenly catapulted himself in the direction in which Pei was standing while she was still lingering in fear of the 2 additional bloody dragons and the 2 void dragons weighing down on her as if they would posess the power of gravity inside.

His hand curled into a fist while he stared licking his lips fanatically in excitement and a green colored cobra with 4 elements inside enveloped by light blue flames foremed around it the phoenix around him shot out and enveloped Pei in flames, so that she couldn’t escape.

It took Moral only a brief second and even the elders of the Activation stage couldn’t react to this sudden development.

*Tschhhhhh*

A burning sound rang out and the air was now filled with the stench of blood and gore. It was on a completely different level than before.

As the surrounfing mist dispersed the crowd could see a psychopathically smiling and laughing youth standing there on the stage..... He was there alone. There was no trace of Pei on the stage anymore.
