Prologue-
November 22, 1728
The endless seas, the endless possibilities, the endless adventure and the endless despair, this is what my journey into the seas have thought me over the years.
I am been sailing into the seas for over 3 years now as captain of my pirate crew, I Arran Osteon, who was just a regular guy with ordinary features like medium height brown eyes and black hair before I breakdown a prison and went to my journey into the seas.
We were sailing onto the high tides, the tides which me and my crew have never faced before, the sky today is dark, and a storm was rising in the sea, I have never seen a sea like this, the more we tried to move further the more we are swept backwards, still we can’t stop now, as we all are set on reaching to that side of the world which we have never seen, we have never explored before, to the sea where a whole new world lies, the place my father dreamed of, the sea where the freedom lies.
“Captain, look forward we finally ran into it.” It was my right hand jack smith who notified me with our current situation, this tall handsome man who set sail onto my journey in the endless seas, this man with sea pearl like blue eyes and black silky hair has always supported me with his aid.
“Yes, I can see it too, the Poseidon, the wonder ship of history, it really is magnificent isn’t it.” I let out word of praise for the biggest wonder the human hands have ever crafted, the legendary ship Poseidon, the ship which is said to be strongest ship amongst all, the 1000 year old ship which is said to be the strongest weapon which human have ever created. Such is the way the legends describes it, and when I am finally looking at it, there’s no doubt about it, this ship is magnificent something which I could never imagine, but its no time to be happy after seeing it, cause its not here as our allay.
“Listen everyone, this is the moment which we were waiting for, our independence, our wishes, and our destiny lies behind that thing. It might be the strongest weapon which humans have ever created but we all together can overcome it, we have done many impossible things before, we have defeated the invincible, so let face it we all united let’s defeat the entire world.” I gave a little speech to my comrades in a arms to give them a moral boost up, we all have faced many things together defeats, betrayal and those glorious days, about which I wanted to remind them.
We all together united, did what people saw as impossible many times in the past, we showed the world what people can achieve if they are united, what changes they can bring to this world we live in if we held each other hands and look for their back, what is the power lies within UNITY.
Chapter-1 Empire
June 15, 1724
“Arran, chew your food properly.” An old muscular man who is supposed to be my grandfather yelled at me, he is an official at imperial navy and my only parent, he is been raising me since I was 5 year old and need to say this man is got a screw or two loose in his head, he might be old but in heart he is still a 12 year old.
“I would have if your freaking ship was not under an attack” I yelled at this old man, who was unusually calm at such a moment, we are sailing in one of the ship which is supposed to be under his command, we were returning from an island trip, when our fleet came across a pirate ship, and we are under a battle for around 30 minutes now, the vigorously shaking ship, the noises of cannon fire, the force when ship takes a turn all of this have made even sit steady impossible, at top of this the tension which I’m continuously feeling, has made it impossible to even think straight.

“Shut up you fool; you are not supposed to talk between the meals.” –Grandpa
“Are you completely insane, we are under an attack” I yelled at him again, looking on his carefree behavior, made me worried even more, I know he had seen thousands of battles in his life time all together with this ship he is so proud of, but unlike him this ship is not well, its wood is tarnished, the flooring and roof has cracks all over it, the ship has lived a long life but now it is slowly losing it.
“Don’t you worry about it, everything is under control, and there is no pirate in this sea that can stand against my fleet, idiot, huhh haah” My grandfather reassured me of our victory, in his own way.
No matter how much of insane he is, the confidence this man got is awesome, he is someone who can make you feel comfortable even in the worst conditions you can think of, not only that but the trust which he puts in his comrades is also something else, for these things this old man got my true respects.
After an hour or so when we both were playing a game of cards after finishing our lunch, the noises were already down, the constant uproars were also gone and the ship was moving firmly, the sea was again silent and peaceful as it is supposed to be.
“Knock, knock” the knock on the door of our cabin was heard following it voice of a young man was heard “Captain Osteon we wish to see you sir.” Voice of a navy official was heard.
“Yes come in.” –Grandpa.
On his instructions one navy officer opened the door and entered the quarters, they gave a salute to my grandpa, he was wearing a white shirt and Persian blue trousers, on the shirt with Persian blue color Imperial Navy was written.
“What is the report?” my grandfather asked them, though the marine hadn’t said even a single but my grandfather had that awful look on his face, deep within he already knew that there were great number of causalities.
“Sir, we were successful in capturing the pirate crew one of the navy officers said.
“What is the number of causalities on our side?” grandpa inquired from them.
“Sir, twenty four are injured.” –The navy officer.
“I’m talking about complete report young man.” –Grandpa.
“Sir, we lost 5 of our fleet members, the ship Flamingo, is in no condition to move any further.” –The navy official.
“oh, I see, that’s a sad news.” –Grandpa.
“Sir, if you order us then, we will proceed towards the HQ.” –Navy officer.
“No, we will first drop this young man at Skies Island then; we will proceed towards the HQ.” –Grandpa.
“As you insist; sir.” Navy officer finished with his report and went on upper deck, following him my grandfather also went upstairs to look at the condition by himself leaving me behind in the cabin.
For the rest of the trip, grandpa didn’t uttered a single word from his mouth, he just kept silent and stayed in his quarter, the only thing which he could found upon the deck was despair, destruction and demise.
Even if we came out as victorious in war but still all a war can bring is sadness and nothing more, in this endless era of war I don’t know which war I’m going to fight and on whose behalf.
