Chapter-3 His Words

“Are you alright?”  captain Aryan Osteon who was going through mental dilemma asked his grandson, both of them were locked in a room which looked similar to that of a cell of jail with four guards, the room had really thick and a wooden gate for entry and exit, there was only a ventilation in the room which brought a faint brightness to the room.

Both of them were sitting on wooden chair while 4 guards looked over them, the old man Aryan Osteon and his grandson Arran Osteon were separated by a table, it was a heartbreaking moment for captain Aryan Osteon who had severed imperial navy for around 50 years, still he kept his calm composure while looking at his grandson handcuffed.

“Think you can say that, I am unharmed till this point.” Arran said in a dull voice, his eyes were red, his face was swollen, his hands were having scars and blood stains from bleeding.

“Oh, I see, don’t you worry, I will get you out of here pretty soon” –Captain Osteon

“Huhh hhh” Arran laughed out of blue with a smirk smile on his face, watching this reaction of him, his grandfather suddenly become worried.

“What is it, are you alright, oye arran.” Captain Osteon spoke in a worried voice, watching his grandson lose his control made him.

“Nothing, now just tell me, when they are going to execute me.” –Arran

“Idiot, where did you hear that from, you are not going to execute, till the point I’m alive.” –captain Osteon

“don’t lie, I already know that, those bastards are going to execute all those people who are related to the pirates, parents, in laws, off- springs all of them, without any discrimination, that’s what your state has decided.” –Arran

“No, you fool, state won’t punish those who haven’t uttered any crime, the state is justice, justice won’t do anything wrong, you won’t be punished.” --Captain Osteon

“Yes, state is justice, it is justice because it is powerful, not because it is right, state is strong because it is united.” Arran words made everyone people in the room startled, they were staring at him continuously with their eyes wide open, their expression which they were showing confirmed the fact that, Arran had said something which is considered as a taboo.

“Where did you hear that?” captain Osteon said in a shivering voice, his voice was trembling, his expression showed signs of fear.

“Why, do you even care about that?” –Arran.

Listening to him talking like that, Captain Osteon suddenly stood up and shouted at him “Tell me you idiot.” his was still trembling, his expression was getting more and more tensed.

“I heard it from my old man, though I didn’t know its meaning but after coming here, I understood what does this means, these words why they are taboo for that King of yours.” Arran

“Oh, I see.” Captain Osteon calmed himself down, he took his chair and continued speaking “Tell, me what are you planning to do?”

“Nothing much, I don’t have any sort of support or anything, I can’t believe how powerless can I be.” –Arran.

“Ok, that means, you don’t plan on doing anything stupid.” –captain Osteon.

“Captain Osteon, the meeting time is over, so please can you leave.” One of the guards in the room notified them about the timings and both of them now need to leave the meeting room.

Captain Osteon stood up from the table and took his leave, he walked straight to the exit and opened the door, and bid his farewell to his grandson “Whatever you do fool, don’t die, I cannot see you dying as well, do you get it.”

“Yes, I got that, I don’t plan to die either not until you see your grand grandchildren.” –Arran

With this the little conversation between a broken man and his grandson ended.

Captain Osteon walked out of the room, their he met up with a beautiful young women, she had silky grey hair which reached till her toes, her silky white skin and white shirt seemed to get blend with each other.

“Sir, here is your cap.” – The women.

“Ah, thanks.” Captain Osteon took the cap from him and wore it.

“So, how was he?” The women asked him with a serious expression while both were heading outside the premise of the prison.

“He was ridiculous; those fools at HQ had triggered something which they will soon come to regret.” –captain Osteon.

“Why you say so, sir.” –The women.

“You will soon, come to know it” –Captain Osteon.

“Oh, my what a surprise, its fancy to meet you hear Captain Osteon.” Someone familiar called both of them from behind, both captain osteon and the women with her stopped and turned backwards, where they saw captain roger, he was wearing a proper outfit for a Navy Captain, which was similar to Captain Osteon.

“Oh, If isn’t it captain roger from east zone.” Captain Osteon.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you sir, I never thought I would come across the legend Aryan Osteon, the Captain of Seagull Fleet, what brings you here at this time of the day” Captain Roger

“Nothing much, just came to see someone.” Captain Osteon.

“If I remember correct, your grandson is here and if you are thinking how I know about this, then let me tell you I am the one who arrested him, it was so simple, those stupid boys surrender so easily.” Captain Roger said in a giggling voice, the expression on his face was that of a cunning fox, his eyes were that of eagle who were focusing on his prey.

“Don’t call him foolish, he did that because he had trust on me, justice and state, but now it’s a total different story, I will tell you that, whatever difference we both might have, don’t let them reach him, otherwise you will soon come to regret it.” Captain Osteon.

“Why, what can a kid like that do to me?” Captain Roger.

“Don’t break the sweat, no matter how good you handling at fire or extinguish it, it can still burn you.” Captain Osteon

“What burn me, fire, there is no fire which can burn me and at top of that, that boy is just a spark, which disappears in an instant.” Captain Roger
