Adam hasn't had the best life, and it doesn't look like it's going to improve any time soon. Yeah, sure, he no longer has to worry about working 80 hours a week to pay for a house he hates, but now he has to worry about monsters, weird powers that don't make sense, an assassin who seems a little too into him, and a group of 'healers' that think life is a disease they can 'fix.'  It's going to be a wild ride. At least he doesn't have bills anymore.
