It was a bright sunny morning and the environment was filled with fresh air.
Far in the distant land of forest, where a hundred-year-old tree's penetrated the clouds and blocked the sunlight.
In between the dense forest stood a huge mansion which, emitted an ancient and royal aura.
There was an old man lazing about in a garden filled with weeds and plants. His looks were not of joy or excitement but of one with uncontained sorrow. His eyes lifeless, as he showed no current desire to live anymore
"What a boring life I have..." said the old man as he sighed and longingly gazed at the bountiful and vast sky.
"Although I'm rich and have all the worldly desires, there was always something I couldn't feel. Something... my heart was longing for. The Bermuda Triangle. When I was young... I enjoyed the paranormal especially that. It was very fascinating and I sort of fell in love with it." He smiled bitterly and shook his head while lowering it to gaze upon the plants.
"Just for that, I did all kind of researchers on the Bermuda Triangle. I devoted myself to it my whole life but... nothing was gained from those countless hours of devotion and unrest."
He caught a glimpse of his grandson in the horizon and walked over to him and ruffled his hair. He then looked onto the sky.

"I think it's now the right time to fulfill my last adventure"
There was a hint of a spark in his eye when he said those words. When the old man was ready to give up everything and start his pending adventure, someone called him...
"Father! What are you doing all alone here?" said a middle-aged person who walked towards the senile man.
"You know son... Just enjoying the scenery and checking up on the plants. Say. You want to catch up with your old man and have a couple of drinks?" replied the old man who leisurely walked around the garden.
"Sorry father. I'm afraid that my wife would hit me for drinking so early in the morning." The middle-aged man shivered at the thought of his... beastly wife and quickly exited.
Left alone on his own again, the old man felt a pain in his heart.
"Olivia.... why did you leave me alone here? You left earlier than me. Didn't we both promise to leave neither of us alone?
Look at our family, those good for nothing children! How could they be so heartless to their dad/granddad. None of them bother to sit with me or even talk to me! They just ignore me like I'm non-existent! Olivia... I miss you dearly... Sooner or later I'm going to be able to meet you again. With my time slowly arriving, I guess I'll end it with a blast by going on one last trip to Bermuda Triangle. Olivia... I'm coming!"
See you again.....My lovely child!

By afternoon, the whole family was in an uproar to the sudden disappearance of their old man as they then started to search the whole house but, to no avail.
His only grandchild who was playing near the garden where the old man was sitting previously. By mistake, that kid found a letter which was sitting beside the place where the old man was and with a single glance, that kid found about the writer of the letter. He went straight to his dad and said.
"Father! Father! I got this letter from the garden area.I think it is from Grandpa!"
His father took the letter and was absolutely gobsmacked when he opened the letter and read its content...
Dear Son,
Living this long without your grandmother is too much of a heartache. I'm already 83 and I feel my time is coming. I don't want to pass away silently like her, I want to do something more interesting. Something that'll make me happy. Please don't search for me and always take care of the family I founded with my blood and sweat. Son, this is my last wish... to die with an adventure and no regrets.
Take care of your family and my hopes.
Your Old Man.
