finally reaching his mother's room he knocked softly on the door 

"come in," said hersha

xyrus came in while dragging his feet

 "my my and here I was just about to come and look for you."

"so you have nothing to say well then let's have some fun shall we." 

and with those words she snapped her fingers and the whole room changed the previous room which was filled with beautiful furniture and gorgeous paintings is now pitch black and seems to have expanded 

this is the unique magic that lady hersha is know for (empresse's domain) its a magic where she creates a space around herself which she has absolute control over in this room she basically becomes god any things she wish's for can be created in this room this is a place that xyrus has long grown use to seeing

"well shall we begin today's experiment," said hersha with a now sadistic smile on her face 

she then raised her hand and a huge hole appeared beneath xyrus  unable to do anything he started falling into the hole after falling for a couple of seconds xyrus felt a sharp pain in his left shoulder then his right leg followed by his chest soon pain took over his whole body gruesome pain 

xyrus face twisted in all sorts of ways because of the pain on closer inspection he say what was causing it his body was impaled with tons of sharp and thick poles  at the same time steam starts coming out of the areas of his body where the poles have stabbed through 

"heh heh how do you like today's test honey," laughed hersha 

"even with damages like this your body already starts healing but it can't heal completely with that pole in the way can it," said hersha "let mommy help you ok." 

and with those words the poles were quickly removed from xyrus's body and his wounds started to completely heal

but that wishful thinking only lasted for a second because as soon. as his wounds were healed he was impaled again in the same spot

"you will soon be gone from me xyrus of course we can't finish our test's so early today," said hersha "we are just getting started."

by now he has long gotten use to this sort of pain after enduring it for six years he stills feels the pain of these experiments but its not enough anymore to make him shed a tear even his expressions of pain are just a coverup so that woman would be satisfied quicker and release him 

in the past  the thought of the pain was enough to drive him crazy he tried hiding and running away but it was a waste of time with his mother's skill any thoughts of escaping the pain was merely foolish thinking so he finally gave up on running and hiding and started accepting it 

it was around that time of acceptance that the marks appeared on his arm and the annoying voice started talking to him 

for the next  two and a half days the processed continued with her impaling him allowing him to heal and then start all over again 

it seems she only stopped because she started to run low on magic 

"heheh it seems we've had enough fun for now," said hersha "it is about time you start getting ready for your departure ." 

and with a flick of her finger the room went back to it's usually beautiful appearance 

relieved that she has finally finished xyrus starts to make his way out of her room 

"are you going to leave like that not even giving your mother a good night kiss." said hersha while smiling sadistically

without saying a word xyrus turnt around walk up to her kissed her cheek and said 

"good night mother." 

"good night xyrus." 

he then left the room quickly 

"I'm gonna be so lonely now that my toy is leaving even if he has long since been broken." said hersha with a slight frown on her face 

"heheh well I guess I should find some new toys now." said hersha with the same sadistic smile

he continued to pay no mind to the voice and continued walking down the hall till he finally reached the balcony 

"so finally tomorrow I get out of this hell hole." said xyrus while staring at the sky
