Uchiha's New Dawn
Changing History

Changing History

"Itachi, what is it?"

Itachi's gaze shifted briefly to Taiyou before focusing back on Shisui. "It's important. We need to discuss it now."

Taiyou glanced at Shisui, who gave him a reassuring nod. "Go on, Taiyou. We'll continue this later."

Reluctantly, Taiyou left, but his mind was racing with thoughts. Itachi's sudden appearance and urgent tone only heightened his determination. The journey to prevent the Uchiha massacre had begun, and Taiyou Uchiha was prepared to do whatever it took to protect those he loved. History was going to change for the better. Taiyou would make sure of it.

Seeing Itachi brought memories back to Taiyou's mind. His heart raced as the vivid memory of his death replayed. He could see Itachi’s cold, merciless eyes as they cut through the Uchiha clan. The vision was seared into his memory, haunting him even in the present. He remembered the night of the massacre, the feeling of helplessness as he watched his family and friends fall one by one. In that moment of despair, his Sharingan had activated, transforming into something more powerful and terrifying.

As the red haze descended upon his vision, Taiyou felt an overwhelming surge of power. His senses sharpened, and he could see every movement around him with startling clarity. He watched in horror as Itachi moved with lethal precision, cutting down anyone who stood in his way. The pain in his eyes intensified as the Sharingan evolved, but even that wasn't enough to save him. The last thing he saw before everything went black was Itachi's blade descending toward him.

He touched his eyes, feeling the faint remnants of the pain that had consumed him. The Sharingan had activated once more, but this time he had a chance to change the future.

"I won't let it happen again," Taiyou vowed, determination burning in his chest. He had one year to prepare, to train, and to gather allies. He couldn't do it alone, but he couldn't reveal too much either. The balance was delicate, and any misstep could spell disaster.

Taiyou took a deep breath and headed downstairs, trying to shake off the lingering dread. His family was already up, preparing breakfast. His younger sister, Aiko, was setting the table, her cheerful humming a stark contrast to the turmoil in his mind. His parents, Arata and Hana, were busy in the kitchen, their light-hearted banter filling the air.

"Hi, Taiyou!" Aiko greeted him with a bright smile.

"Hey, Aiko," Taiyou replied, ruffling her hair affectionately. The sight of his family, alive and well, again filled him with a mixture of relief and urgency. He had to protect them, no matter what.

As they sat down to eat, Taiyou couldn't help but steal glances at his parents and sister, committing their faces to memory. He had seen them perish once and wouldn't let it happen again.

After dinner, Taiyou excused himself and headed outside. He needed to clear his mind and think of a plan. The training ground seemed like a good place to start, a familiar spot where he could focus on honing his skills.

On his way, Taiyou encountered Akira, his childhood friend and fellow Uchiha. "Taiyou! Ready for some training?" Akira called out, waving him over.

Taiyou smiled, grateful for the distraction. "Always. Let's see if you can keep up today."

As they sparred, Taiyou felt a strange sense of déjà vu. His Sharingan activated almost instinctively, the single tomoe in each eye spinning as he tracked Akira's movements. He could see everything so clearly with a shade of red in his vision, every muscle twitch, every shift in stance. It was like watching a play he had seen a thousand times before.

"You're on fire today," Akira remarked, panting as they took a break. "What's gotten into you?"

"Just... feeling motivated," Taiyou replied, his thoughts drifting to the looming threat. He had to be stronger, faster, better prepared.

As they continued their training, Taiyou noticed something peculiar about his Sharingan. Not only could he predict Akira’s movements, but he could also see a few milliseconds into the future. It was as if the world slowed down around him, giving him precious moments to react. And there was a red outline overlaying Akira’s movement, giving away the potential moves he was going to do. Also his chakra was way more than he remembered at this age at least doubled.

Akira lunged at him with a kunai, but Taiyou sidestepped effortlessly, grabbing Akira’s wrist and flipping him onto the ground. Akira stared up at him in shock. "How did you...?"

Taiyou extended a hand to help him up. "Just lucky, I guess."

But it wasn’t luck. Taiyou knew his Sharingan was evolving, adapting to his determination to change the future. He needed to understand this power and master it if he had any hope of stopping the massacre.

Taiyou returned to the training ground, determined to push his limits further. He practiced late into the night, honing his skills and testing the boundaries of his Sharingan. The more he trained, the more he realized just how far he had to go.

As he was about to call it a night, Shisui appeared, his expression serious. "Taiyou, we need to talk."

Taiyou nodded, wiping the sweat from his brow. "I know. There's something I need to tell you. My Sharingan is different."

They sat by the river, the moonlight casting a silvery glow over the water. Taiyou recounted what happened during training.

"This is good news," Shisui said finally. "But it makes sense. You’re not the same person you were. Itachi has been acting strangely. I believe you more now, and the village's suspicion of the Uchiha clan has only grown, as we’ve all noticed."

"We need to stop it," Taiyou said, his voice filled with determination. "We can't let our clan be destroyed."

Shisui nodded. "Agreed. But we need to be careful. If what you say is true, then we're up against powerful forces. We'll need a plan and allies we can trust."

Taiyou felt a glimmer of hope. With Shisui on his side, they had a chance to change the future. "What's our first step?" he asked.

"First, we need more information," Shisui said. "I'll keep an eye on Itachi and see if I can find out what he's planning. In the meantime, you should continue training and keep a low profile. We can't afford to draw any unwanted attention."

Taiyou nodded. "Understood. I'll do whatever it takes to save our clan."

Shisui placed a hand on Taiyou's shoulder. "We'll get through this together. You're not alone in this. I believe in you after all me and Itachi graduated the academy at 7 and you’re not half bad"

As Taiyou walked back home, he felt a renewed sense of purpose. The road ahead would be difficult, but he was determined to change the future and protect his family and friends. The journey to prevent the Uchiha massacre had truly begun.
