It was raining, Paul was walking in a leisure manner towards the dorms after finishing the project, he loved rainy days, they made him feel a certain way. 'Maybe I should buy some pasta and cook it with eggs and cheese' he thought. As he went to the store and looked at the dozens of types of pasta, 'I'll need spaghettini if I'm going to make it like that famous chef, Pordon Gremzy' he grabbed the pasta as he went to pay. 'Rebecca ? What is she doing here? I haven't seen her since High school. ' Paul was surprised that his old classmate was there 'I bet she is having a hard time, I won't say anything about her current job, I'm sure she will find something better to do' he thought as he put on his hood and looked down, trying to make Rebecca not recognize him.

"Hello sir, just the pasta ? it will be $1.99" Said Rebecca with a warm smile.

Paul just gave her the money and left without saying anything, he felt bitter that the smartest student in his class was doing such a job, he was expecting her to become a lawyer or a doctor considering she always studied and prepared for any exam perfectly 'I guess everyone has their ups and downs, no need to worry about her, she'll work it out, but still, did she become prettier ? She used to always be tired, but now ? She spoke so joyfully, such a cutie!" grinned Paul, thinking about all sorts of things.

Back at the store

'If I want to become the perfect cashier I need not only to smile more but make people around me feel like buying things!' thought Rebecca as she created an imaginary aura that made people desire more stuff 'Yes! Just like that, put that in the cart, also that one! Yes, be greedy, my customers!' she was getting crazy but in a productive way. 'Now, I can't just stay behind the counter and look at people, they'd think I'm a creep, like that guy with the hood from before, he didn't even say thanks, such a jerk, and I was working hard! I need to do something else.' she started thinking deeply and after a couple of minutes or so, 'I know! I will move every single product so people that know where everything is will get confused and will spend more time in the store, I have to talk with the manager, I'm sure she will love the idea!' Rebecca was very excited and proud of her idea.

"Hello manager!" She said energetically.

"Oh, Rebecca, do you need any help ?" Asked the manger with a worried face, she has only been here for a short time, so maybe she has some problems.

"Yes! I mean, no, I want to do something and I need approval!"

"I see, okay, what do you want to do ?" The manager was relieved, but also a bit curious.

"I want to switch the placement of all the products in the store."

"Why would you want to do something like this !?" she was shocked.

"So people would spend more time searching for what they want and end up buying more things."

"Yes!!" Rebecca was excited.

"Let's say I want to buy one of these, how much would it cost ?" asked Jack with a teasing grin.

"Eh?" Said the old woman flustered "I mean we usually rent one of such pieces for $4500 a day, so I can't imagine the cost to buy one of them permanently"

'This is fucking bullshit' thought Jack, the older woman was basically screaming that he was poor, he got humbled "Oh? I see" he said with a depressed face.

'I thought she liked it, but it seems she's losing interest so quickly, is it too cheap for her ? But this just can't be...' The old woman was disappointed in herself. "So, would you like to buy anything ?" She asked embarrassed.

'Not like I could even if I wanted' he raised his palm "Not really" said Jack with a scoff as left the store with a bitter-sweet smile.

"Such a beautiful young lady, I really wonder just who is she?!" exclaimed the older woman as she watched Jack leave the store 'but still, after seeing everything, nothing really surprised her, how will I ever get my confidence back after this' she sighed.

As Jack left the store 'Gosh, everything was so expensive, guess I'll just use the necklace my mother left me, I never knew it was so precious, and I never wore it because it felt weird, but now it would add to my destructive power' he giggled.

"Oii, wake up, dude!" Said Paul as he started shaking Jack, "Wake up already, it's so late, you won't get any sleep at night if you sleep all day!" he said as he pouted.

"Ugh, Paul ? " Said Jack as his head hurt really bad, and he couldn't open his eyes, it was difficult to stand up with his second body, and he almost tripped.

"Hey, Jack, you're finally awake? You were trying to cross the border right ?" greeted Paul as he saw Jack finally 'waking up'.

"Miss me with that skygrim bullshit Paul!" Jack said as his body was half asleep.

"Go wash your face, have you done the project ?" asked Jack with a shit eating grin

As his body started waking up he started being aware of his senses, and they were starting to confuse him since both the bodies had different perceptions "Let me sleep, Paul, my head is hurting, yeah I've done the project 2 days ago".

Paul was amused 'Hah, you shouldn't have drank so much' but then he got shocked "You already did the project ? Why haven't you told me, I could've copied yours and be done so quickly!". But he was greeted with a sleeping Jack. 'As annoying as it is, I guess it's better this way.' thought Paul as he started boiling some water for tea.

"Hey! Are you, A-alright ?" asked a handsome young man while extending his hand when he saw a young girl falling off the stairs, he was really surprised when he saw the beauty in front of him.

"Yes, I was just out of it for a second" said Jack with a smile. "Thank you" as he grabbed the handsome man's hand.

"Y-yeah, don't worry!!" he said while stuttering 'How can she be so beautiful, I've seen so many models, girls that were said to have perfect faces but this girl ? It looks like her face was sculpted by the gods! And that smile ? I think I'll never fall in love with any girl ever again' his heart was beating fast.

"Okay, goodbye!" Said jack as he turned around.

"W-wait!!" The man grabbed Jack's hand.
