3. A Rather Bad Info Dump :(

Surprisingly, they did have books which I could read, and the written language was also English. I went through the collection of books that they had, but there seemed to be no Shakespeare or Stephen King, which was unfortunate, but they did have an encyclopedia of plants, races, and monsters, a book on magic, called "Magic Spells That Could Save Your Life", personal accounts of people who were summoned to this world, various fiction books from this world, and "The Ultimate Guide To Monster Taming".

Although I called the personal accounts "books", they were mostly just sheets of paper bundled together, and sometimes just a single sheet of paper, but there exactly twenty-seven of them. Since people are summoned here every 600 days, that would be 600 multiplied by 27, which was 16,200... probably. I then looked around for something to write with, which was a piece of charcoal, and on the palm of my hand, I divided 16,200 by 365, which I rounded down to almost 44 years, plus another 598 days, making it more or less 45 years and 10 months, but that if only correct if they were forced to write the accounts, and if they had the same amount of days in each year as earth.

I took all the books on knowledge, and three different personal accounts, one being a single sheet, the other being three pages, and the last one being five pages, which was one of the largest ones, and had the smallest and neatest handwriting from what I could see.

I laythe books on a nearby table, while I covered a wooden chair with a thin blanket. with the many options, it took a while to choose what to read. The encyclopedia, magic book and the guide seemed like they could potentially prolong my life when I leave here, but I didn't know how long my break was going to be, and I would need time to get invested into those books. Noe that those three books were no longer an option right now, I picked up the single piece of paper, which was the smallest personal account. It wasn't very neat. There were so many words that were crossed out, the handwriting was illegible, and there was very little content, but the writer mentioned suddenly appearing in a forest and meeting people in the hut, but that was all.

The three sheet account was double sided and had lines drawn on so that they could write neatly. The writer described being summoned into a forest, with a backpack full of personal items, which I found strange, as I didn't have anything with me other than a bag of chips. I turned to look at said bag of chips which remained un-eaten and inedible. The writer describes her training, and how she communicated with her hen by trying to telepathically communicate her feelings. The final page was dedicated to thanking Alexandra and Rodney "They were always patient and understanding, and never shouted at her when she did 'questionable' things". What I found weird about that, was that Rodney was mute, so he couldn't shout at her unless he wasn't mute during that time, perhaps I should ask him.

The last one was much more descriptive, and also had used lines to write on. The writer mentioned his name, Levi Syllbery; his age, fifteen; his current race; which was the same as mine; and the year he was taken, 2005. The beginning was roughly the same as the previous one, but when he tried to communicate with his hen, he used multiple ways. He tried telepathically communicating his feeling, like the girl from before, which harbored decent results; he then tried to telepathically communicate with his hen, but that was too complex for his current rune; then he tried the mirror neuron system, just like me, and he wrote how it yielded the best results as it communicated your exact feelings to your animal companion, how it strengthened the bond, and how much less mp it used, as it was a natural thing, so it could be used for longer. The last sheet of paper wasn't during the time he was there, but after 7 years, he revisited to catch up with Alexandra and Rodney, and to update his writing. He writes about becoming an S-class adventurer, and after finding treasure at the bottom of an A-class dungeon, he sold most of it, and retired in a town called Nagos. He then tells the reader to visit the "Syllbery mansion" if they were nearby so that he could help them if he was still alive.

I looked around for a piece of paper to write the information on, but I couldn't find any. I considered writing it on the back of the first account, but someone may get mad. I decided to ask Rodney, who was in the middle of a game of noughts and crosses by himself.

"Sorry, but do you have a piece of paper which I can write on?"

He took a small piece of paper from his belt and leaned over to pass it to me, before resuming his game. I wrote down his name, the name of the mansion and the town's name, and I was ready to start reading "Magic Spells That Could Save Your Life", but Rodney decided that my break would only last fifteen minutes and tapped my shoulder before pointing to the window. Does he want me to look out of the window?

"Yes?"

Once again he motioned towards the mirror.

"Do you want me to look outside the mirror?"

He responded with a nod, so I stood up, and Rodney accompanied me to the window to look outside, but the rays of the sun blinded me, forcing me to squint and cover my eyes. When my eyes had finally readjusted,  a silhouette appeared in my sight, but as I focused more, the silhouette turned into a male figure... a naked male figure at that. I turned my eyes, to face Rodney who's face was scrunched up and had his palm firmly planted onto his forehead.

"If I was to judge by your reaction, would this be a bad thing? Also, was there a point in time where you had control of your verbal functions?"
