Well, I hit the block and needed some fuel. You can thank The Primal Hunter series by Zogarth for the little bump I needed to get going again. Through reading his stuff I was able to glean *a little* of what readers might be after.

In Book 2 I bumped up the power progression, the monster battles and the characters kicking ass all day long. There was already a fair bit of that in Book 1, but man - I doubled down!
