Day by day calmly passed, soon one week passed, but Yins and Akemis relationship barely advanced, And Yin still haven’t got a mission.

Today is extremely cold day, and almost no one could be seen walking. One could smell leather and snow, everywhere absolutely white, it was beautiful but deadly, snowflakes slowly falling.

His big green eyes which looked as if tiger gazed at you when you look at him. His name is simple yet forever existing, since ancient times, but seemingly was made especially for him, Yin.

Both of them were absolutely not perfect yet perfect together, holding hands as if one entity.

“Yin…Can you tell me about your past?” Akemi spoke as she gazed at Yin, with warming look.

Yin didn’t answer for some time, as if he was deeply in thought, or maybe thinking if he should answer or not, “I was born in a simple commoner family, everyone thought I am demon when I was born out of hate for me my parents abandoned me in the slums. Back then I was only five years old, and how can a five year old survive, I was beaten up by other kids in the slums and every time I got food, they would take it from me, every time I would try to fight back, but they were much older than me. Sometimes I would even starve for weeks, but because of my special body I was able to somewhat survive, by using water I was able to get some clean and good water so I didn’t get sick much, but rarely when I got ill I had to starve for a month one time. Fortunately there was a kind old man who gave me a bit food and so I was able to survive till I got well again, but unfortunately the man was beat to death by others because he gave me food.” With his last words one could feel deep hatred, pain, and extremely terrifying killing intent from him, then Akemi tightened the grip on his hand, and seemingly it all disappeared, he continued, “Everyday was extremely terrifying, and painful sometimes I would lay down covered by snow for weeks because I was beat up, but because of my physique I was able to recover. Snow seemingly has somewhat of a friendly feeling to me, as if every snow flake has spirit of its own, and each one of them is kind and friendly, when they touch me I could feel like a drop which the snowflake would drop into and ocean which is me and I would feel fuller.” Yin said as he opened his palm and multiple snowflakes fell on it as I magnet were attracting them. “I started to believe that everything in the world has spirit of it its own and as if I am the lord of the snow flakes and I must protect them, they are my little friends my companions who would look after me during my lonely days.” Yin smiled as he gazed at Akemi looking at her eyes, Akemi embraced Yin holding him tightly said, “I…I I’ll be with you! S…so you don’t have to be lonely anymore!” Akemi started sobbing, ‘You really had to suffer a lot, how can one still be so kind even experiencing all that…” She felt as that she fell for him more and more each day.

After long and comfortable embrace, they separated and both of went on their ways. When Yin got back Yuki was already sleeping, he still haven’t asked anything about Yukis background or what happened, nor was he too concerned, he knew how tough it is too share something like this with others.

During this week Yin actually found out about some stuff about the ancient Ice King and the story follows like this, 

“Long, Long ago amidst the great Mountains at the edge of the continent a baby was born, with an extremely cold skin and he had extremely snow like skin. The baby was extremely beautiful, yet scary the new about the baby was spread out throughout the continent the continent, and one day the baby disappeared. No one knew where he gone and people of the continent went into commotion saying that the baby was taken by the gods as he was born into mortal world by an accident. Some would even say that he merged together with continent and became the true spirit of the continent, but no one knew for sure. After long twenty years a young man appeared amidst the raging armies between two empires who ruled the continent, with just wave of his hand he spread the continent in two by a gigantic ice wall. The man absolutely godly appearance of long Silver hair, deeply sky blue eyes and godly like body which shined snow like white, with sky blue robe clothes. The man spoke and as if divine voice sounded out throughout the continent, “People of the Snow White continent! You shall not fight for the land of this continent you either join or be separated by this wall!” The man then disappeared and was never seen again but everyone knew that it was the spirit of the Snow White continent! It was the same boy who was born twenty years ago who shaken the continent.” Since then thousands upon thousands of years passes and now the continent has been divided into nine empires in total four of which had declared war against Murminks Empire, but what he read next absolutely out of his expectations, “The legend says that the boy still lives at the upmost highest peak of the continent at the upmost corner, where he over watches the continent till this day. If one is able to get to the peak of the continent he will be rewarded by great treasures and power.” , ‘Power?’ Yin thought amused, ‘it might actually be quite useful to check it out’.

Next morning, Yin sleeping like dead, seemingly even meteor wouldn’t wake him up, saliva dropping from his mouth he was sleeping with fully open mouth and big perverted smile on his face; One could only imagine what he was dreaming. Yuki jumped on him and said, “Yin wake up, wake up it’s time for morning exercises! Stop sleeping you lazy bum.” Yuki laughed as she kept jumping on him, during this past week she became extremely more cheerful and she is extremely hard working, one could see that she went through tough times, she was no genius, but hard effort definitely made up for it.

Everyday Yin and Yuki would do simple exercises, such as running, pull ups, push ups, squats and plank, after Yuki would train with wooden sword while Yin with his heavy sword. Yin’s heavy sword was about two meters in length, the handle thirty centimetres in length while the blade about one meter seventy, the blade was about two centimetres thick in the middle and its width was about thirty centimetres as well. The blade was whole thirty centimetres in with only the last ten centimetres were made into sharp ending.

They would practice simple forms and swings, both of them could be called absolute newbies with the swords, so they were kind of good match for each only that their physical strength was completely not on par.

When they were practicing with swords Yuki spoke, “You know before being poor I was noble.” Hearing this Yin was quite shocked, because nobles very rarely become so poor…Yuki continued ,” When I was seven my family got robbed and killed, I had no place to go and so I lived on the streets, I had some friends so I was to get some food from them for a year. But after their parents got to know about me they disallowed them to meet me and so I was left absolutely alone, nowhere to go and not knowing how to survive I would beg for food every day. Yin I promise I’ll work hard and become strong, I also want to revenge my parents.”

Yin nodded and felt that Yuki started to swing the wooden sword harder, he was quite proud of this girl and her trials only shows that she won’t give up.

“You know I was in quite similar situation to you…” Yin started talking about how he was thrown away, and how he was treated.

When Yuki heard this she was extremely shocked by Yin words, and she realised that what he gone through is many times tougher then what she went through. ‘Yin is someone amazing, he will one day accomplish his dreams for sure and I will make sure too look after him.’

Other soldiers were looking at Yin and Yuki training and were quite surprised as they usually don’t see such young girls training here, and they have been seeing this girl and the other guy training here every day for the past week. They saw commander and his daughter training here but she was a bit older then this girl and that happened few years ago, but since then they haven’t seen no one else.

Yin then saw Cestis and Hanky walking together towards them and he smiled continuing swinging the sword.

“Yin! How you doing, how was the introduction?” Hanky spoke.

“Hanky, Cestis hello, actually it was extremely useless and waste of time in my opinion, but nonetheless there was some useful information introduced. I am doing great too.” Yin said laughing.

“Who is the little girl? Ehh?” Yin said interestingly.

“Ah this is my friend, I am looking after her as a favour.” Yin said as he stopped Yuki from training.

“Hello mister my name Yuki nice to meet you.” Yuki said as she bowed.

“I see, I see! Actually we came here because Cestis want to have a training match with you…” Hanky said laughing.

“Hey I can speak myself! Aish…” Cestis pouted.

“Alright why not, but I must say I am new to the sword…” Yin said as he laughed.

“Alright I’ll go easy on you” Cestis laughed as he took fighting stance.

Yin nodded, and took fighting stance too he took wooden heavy sword, as they were going to fight with wooden swords. Cestis took wooden shield and a wooden sword, standing steadily but surely as well. They charged against each other, in just moment there were already next to each other, Yins heavy sword coming from right to left side with a swing. Cestis shield in hand, he took blocking position, and then swinged with his other hand which was holding short-sword. Yin’s Heavy sword hit Cestis, and Cestis could feel as if a cannon ball hit him, he staggered and fell on the ground not being able to hit Yin. No ever expect such thing to happen, Cestis was two heads taller than Yin and he also had tough robust build, he was perfect for wielding shield. Unexpectedly he was thrown on the ground by just one Yin’s swing, one could see monstrous Yins strength.

“Ah maybe I over did it a bit I am sorry…” Yin said laughing as he scratched his head, Yuki couldn’t help but start laughing.

Everyone was flabbergasted by this, Cestis not understanding how Yin had such strength he could only sigh, “Brother Yin, you really are a heavy sword wielding no wonder you have such strength, even though your chosen attack was not good, but your strength really makes up for it…”

Many soldiers were currently watching this interested as well they started training and challenging Yin wanting to try out his strength one after another.

Currently one of the captains saw commotion at training grounds and shouted, “What is this commotion?” 

One of the soldiers who stood not too far from his said, “Sir there is newcomer with amazing strength! He is heavy sword wielder! Sir he even managed to beat Cestis with just one sword swing!” the soldier said with amazement in his eyes.

The captain was surprised and went near them saw, one of the soldiers and Yin charging at each other, Yin swinging the heavy sword fr0om upwards down, like chopping wood, the other soldier held two wooden long swords crossed just a bit higher than his head, one could see veins popping out from his skin, he held the swords with his full strength. As soon as Yin sword fell on his swords, he could feel as if mountain just fell on him he immediately squatted, with no action left to do he fell on his butt. Both of them nodded to each other and then another soldier came to fight, all of them were learning from each other, it’s very good for battle experience. Yin was improving by leaps and bounds.

Captain couldn’t believe that a kid with such frail frame would have such strength, “He must be gifted by heavens with such strength, he needs to be nourished he might even become the pillar of our army.” He then got startled when he remembered something and put a smile on his face.

After training, Yuki went back to the tent, and Yin headed out to Akemis house today Yin is going to meet Akemis parents he was extremely nervous. Firstly Yin went to the hot spring to wash him-self and then headed out to the get a bit of haircut, and cleanly shaves his facial hairs as it started growing recently. The one who shaved his facial hair and did a short ending cutting, was surprised by shiny and strong Yins hair, he said he has extremely good hair and that he should take care of them. Yin only laughed awkwardly, and didn’t say anything. Yin got ready, all neat and tidy he headed towards Akemis house his cheeks flushed. It was around 4pm at this time, he knocked on the door of one seemingly not out of ordinary house. One could hear voice from the other side of the door coming, “Mom I’ll open the door, don’t open it!” but then suddenly door opened and middle aged woman, with slightly brown skin, blond hair and green eyes opened the door she was about Yins’ height, she was wearing tidy neat dress it was sub noble quality one could see that she prepared neatly.

Yin then spoke, “Ah yes hello, Akemis mom nice to meet you! My name is Yin! Nice to meet you!” Yin said extremely formally and he bowed at the end he ever repeated same phrase out of nervousness he then looked at Akemi and then said quickly, “You look fantastically beautiful too!” Yin was embarrassed about wearing his soldier uniform as he didn’t know what to wear in the end he spend three hours choosing costume and saw that it was already late and so he just went with his soldier clothes.

“Oh myyy…” Akemis mother said as she held the doors and Yin entered and then she silently whispered in Yins’ ear saying, “You look just like my husband when he was young!” Yin looked at her embarrassed, Akemis mother winked at him. Yins’ went all read from awkwardness, Akemi sighed and pushed her mother to go forward she didn’t want her mother to make things even more awkward.

Akemis father was standing in the kitchen with Akemis sister as soon as Yin entered the room Akemis father with Akemis sister bowed and then said, “Please look after Akemi” Akemis sister in childish voice said , “Please look after Akemi!” Akemis father had skinny frame with seemingly quite tough muscle, he had short black hair, and blue eyes, wearing sub noble clothes. Akemis sister was extremely, pretty as well one could see that she will conquer countless men when she grows up, she had black hair, green eyes and petite body, she was dressed in sub noble dress, very cute.

Yin couldn’t help but this that this family is weird or it’s just that he never had home and didn’t know how it should be.

Yin awkwardly bowed and said, “Yes sir!”

Somehow the awkwardness almost disappeared and Akemis father spoke, “My name is Gandalf, and this is Akemis’ sister Julie. *cough* our house might not be extravagant, but please bear with it!” Gandalf said and saw Yin looking around and said, “Sir your house is very extravagant in my opinion, it’s that all someone like me would want. It’s extremely comfortable and family likes, and has warm atmosphere to it!” Yin said smiling he could feel the warm atmosphere in the house. Yin could see height being measured next to the door every year, and few painting of Akemi young as well also Akemis father and mother painting, he could also see some old dolls and abc books around the kitchen. It’s everything that Yin never had, and truly perfect in his opinion.

Hearing this Gandalf was very pleased and proud of his home it made him happy hearing this, he could see that Yin is not like other nobles, and he was wearing new soldier uniform too for some reason. Julie asked Gandalf, “Dad, why is he wearing Soldier clothes” she asked innocently with curiosity.

Yin almost fell on the ground hearing this only laughed awkwardly, and didn’t say anything. Akemis’ mother came into view awkwardly saying, “My name is Kathrin I forgot to mention earlier…” she said.

Akemi sighed again and then said, “Ok everyone please lets go to the guest room and let’s sit down!” As Akemi said it she dragged Yin to the guest room not waiting for them, in the guest room there was quite normal sized table with five chairs next to it, and bunch of food on it. Also some booze on the table, Yin got bad feeling about this somehow.

Everyone sat down and then Gandalf said, “Ok firstly let’s drink for Akemi and Yin!” He raised a glass with booze.

Time passed, it was very cheerful when the awkwardness disappeared, and everyone talked about good and bad things, for example how Akemi in second grade was better at maths than the teacher, and how Gandalf patted the teacher while he was crying…

It was already late and so Yin thought that it was time to say his goodbyes when suddenly Kathrin startled said , “Where you going? Aren’t you going to stay? There is plenty of room in Akemis room.” Akemi and Yin blushed and Gandalf coughed as if approving.

Yin looked at Akemi blushing he said, “Well then maybe I’ll stay…” he coughed few times awkwardly, and then Gandalf said, “Well it’s time for us to sleep anyway so we will go…” Yin have already gained Gandalfs approval, he was extremely proud for her daughter to find such gentleman. Since Julie had already went to sleep few hours ago now only Yin and Akemi were the only ones still sitting on the table, extremely awkward.

Yin then spoke, “So uhm, will you show me your room?” He looked at Akemi innocently.

Akemi laughed at Yins face which broke the awkwardness and she said, “Alright…” As Yin was following her his heard beating extremely fast he didn’t see but Akemi was biting her lip, she was playing with her hair as well.
