Tinta: Above All
Fierce Destruction

Fierce Destruction

Days have passed since Binondo and Tondo are burnt, and civilians are now returning to their homes as men and women dressed in dark armor are guiding them.

As they are moving, a certain young man is watching them from the rooftop of a building; no burns and no holes are present in that building.

He inhales through his nose and moves forward to the guardrail; resting his arms on it.

"What should I do now?" he asks himself, "I defeated the one who motivated me to grow stronger.

"No man training after a week can overwhelm that kind of enemy."

A young man lands on the rooftop but he does not land near the wandering young man.

"It's because you're different," he walks toward the young man, "Tinta, you can utilize strong pressure, and that is why you defeated him.

"Also, you have a special sword that came from my captain."

The wandering young man remains watching the civilians. The young man beside him glances at him before bringing out a piece of paper, and he lends it toward the wondering young man.

"An application?"

The young man grabs the paper gently from his grasp. He moves it close to his eyes and nods slowly.

He throws it away, and says, "I have no time to enroll in an academy, Allen. I didn't ask you to come here, therefore, you don't have the right to advertise a university."

Allen moves his eyes down and he laughs lightly. He stops laughing and looks at the sky, his eyes full of calmness.

"Tinta, you can easily overcome the ranking of student guardian," he says, "a man like you who beholds such feats is righteous to be the top-ranking student guardian."

"I may overcome or not, I may have such abilities or not," Tinta looks at Allen, "I will not and did not desire to take over the ranking."

Allen asks, "Is there something bugging your mind?"

"It's nothing," Tinta tells him calmly, "there's some things that only me and I can fix.

"I am not invalidating your concern for me but I am an independent person, and would love to fix things alone."

Allen nods while calmly staring at him. "I understand."

Later on, Tinta is ambling around Manila. He enters a cafe and sits on an empty table with chairs.

He looks around him only to see a few people sipping on their coffee mugs. The aroma of coffee beans being cooked fills the whole room.

"Relaxing," Tinta rests his back on his chair, "I can now finally rest."

He looks at his palm and he moves his eyes to the ceiling. Meanwhile, in a forest away from Manila, a massive temple is built on it; vines are crawling on its wall, and it has no doors.

A small young woman is sitting above one of its roofs, and she is humming while blue flames are present on her fingertips.

"Lucia!"

The small young woman shifts her attention in a certain direction, and she is met with the dark eyes of a taller woman.

"Ember? If you're worried about your lover, then he is fine," Lucia smiles widely, "so just relax yourself!"

Ember steps ahead of Lucia and jumps from the rooftop. She enters the temple and walks inward into an open room.

She kneels immediately upon the sight of a man; he's shirtless exposing his chiseled muscular back.

She bows her head not even taking a glance at the man standing in front of a table.

"Master! I am joyful that you are recovering. I know, and I truly believe that the damage you had is nothing to you," she said seriously.

"No man has given me a battle that I can describe as tough," he smiles widely, "but what matters right now is to find the pieces."

"Yes, master," Ember arises, "I and Lucia will go to where the pieces are."

Her master watches her walk away. Upon exiting the temple, she halts and Lucia lands right beside her.

"I can sense it," Lucia glances at her, "it's time to move, right?"

"Yes. I feel an emotion dwelling within me."

Ember closes her hands and her eyes narrow, her brows curve downwards as veins appear all over her entire face.

Lucia cracks her knuckles. "I'm sure, you're planning to avenge him."

"Aren't you feeling what I am feeling?" Ember asked.

Lucia shakes her head and replies calmly. "I only joined him, because I want to see this society fall to its peril.

"That does not mean that I will look up to him as my master."

In Pampanga, at the Guardians' post, guardians who are in groups are running around the field.

Other guardians are standing beside the massive red gates, and some are standing near the doors of the gigantic metallic doors of headquarters.

Inside the headquarters, a man is standing in front of a glass window, there, he is looking at the guardians wandering everywhere.

"Ben Jordan Salvador, head defense representative of Caloocan, what brings you to my post?"

Ben turns around him and sees a taller man with a muscular physique, and he's wearing armor.

"Mikael Rodrigo Espinas," Ben nods, "I came here to monitor if there's anything wrong occurring in the city."

Mikael steps toward his side with a smile on his face, and he faces the window; seeing guardians patrol the entire field.

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

"As you can see, my men are actively securing the safety of the headquarters." Mikael pointed his hand at the guardians.

Ben suddenly looks up and sees a yellow light heading towards the headquarters. Ben steps back a bit, and he blocks his hand in front of Mikael.

"We're under attack," Ben told him.

Mikael stomps his foot and closes his eyes while he holds his hands together.

The yellow light strikes against a barrier, and the light fades leaving Ember standing on the barrier.

She looks beside her and a massive blue fireball lands on the barrier while Mikael's nose bleeds and he loses his balance causing him to fall to the ground.

Ben passes through the ground like a ghost, and he comes out from the ground outside.

Two women are striking the guardians who are coming towards them. Ember aims her hand at the ground, therefore, she releases yellow flames with yellow sparks.

All guardians tremble upon being hit by the flames, and they fall to the ground while the flames are consuming them.

Ben comes out from the ground. His eyes meet with Ember while swinging his dagger towards her but she holds it with her bare hand.

"A guardian using a dagger?"

She bends the blade until cracks manifest, and the dagger breaks in half. Ben jumps away and releases water bullets from his fingertips.

Lucia strikes the bullets with her blue flames which evaporates the bullets. She generates a large blue fire towards Ben but a barrier coats him.

A yellow fireball reaches Mikael who is standing afar from them. He moves his eyes to the fireball and aims his hand at it.

"That will not be–!"

Mikael's eyes widen along with Ben's eyes. Ben stares at him with eyes that are filled with tears, and he lands on the ground after the barrier disappears.

"She switched positions?" Lucia walks calmly onward to Ben, "This is getting entertaining!"

He runs toward Mikael while Mikael's hands go down on his sides as blood is flowing from the corner of his lip.

In front of Ben's eyes is a sight, a tragedy. His comrade is staring at him while a yellow blade extruding from Ember's fingertips is pierced into his flesh.

Ember pulls her blade from his chest, and she watches him fall. Lucia appears in front of Ben, and she kicks his face but he blocks it with his elbows.

She coats her hands in blue flames, therefore, she crouches while stepping towards his body.

"I'm smaller," she holds his elbows, "I'll punch my hands into his guts!"

She thrusts her hand towards him but he jumps away from her, and his eyes never leave her.

"I will kill both of you!"

He lands on the ground away from Lucia. He fires water bullets toward her but she destroys them with her flame.

Unbeknownst to her, he is now going closer to her behind her back. He points his hand at her nape, and water forms on his fingertips; molding onto the shape of a blade.

"Time to die!" he gritted his teeth.

"Oh no, you won't," Ember said calmly.

He turns around but gets kicked in the stomach by Ember. She holds his neck and throws him towards the headquarters.

She jumps toward him while Ben is pushing himself from the crater on the wall of the headquarters.

He passes through the ground and comes out from the ground near Ember. He is facing her back, therefore, he turns around with widening eyes.

He steps side to side, avoiding every blue fireball. A smile manifests on his face, and his eyes light up, and he whispers, "This won't take long before–!"

From above, Ember lands on his back with her flaming feet. He gets deeper on the ground as his eyes turn white and he coughs repeatedly with strains of blood coming out of his mouth.

"Now," she steps away from his body, and pulls him up by holding his neck, "where is the fire crystal of Delubyo?"

Ben coughs repeatedly while his eyes are closed and flinching. "N-No–!"

She slams his face on the ground and lifts him once again. She stares straight into his eyes, and snickers. "You don't want to die, and I don't want to kill such a weakling. Now, before you meet the same fate with your beloved comrade...

"You better speak and answer my question."

"It's in," Ben slowly opens his eyes, "in my ass."

She closes her hand and coats her hand with yellow flames with sparkling yellow electricity.

"You're done," she thrust her flaming hand into his abdomen.

White large wolves jump at her; biting her hand and neck. Her hand opens and Ben is released he falls to the ground with closed eyes.

Mikael is standing while holding his wound on his chest. He's watching Ben, and his hand opens which causes him to let go of a white notebook.

He falls to the ground while his eyes are closing.

Ember stands up as Lucia lifts Ben, and tosses him away. She goes to Mikael, therefore, she crouches right in front of him.

She touches his skin below his jaw, her eyes widen in surprise. She stands up and exerts flames from her hands which begins to burn Mikael.

"He still has a pulse. I want him to feel my flames," she grins, "cooking his flesh until there's nothing left on his pathetic body but his ashes."

She lifts her foot and slams it repeatedly on the burning body until it gets crushed.

Ember steps right in front of the headquarters. She looks at every part of it while remaining serious.

She raises her hand and points her hand at it, yellow flames manifest on her palm; molding into a massive yellow arrow.

"I feel that they are hiding the fire crystal somewhere within this headquarters," Ember narrowed her eyes at the building, "well, it's time to obliterate their post, and get the fire crystal."

She launches the arrow at the headquarters, and a huge combustion of yellow flames occurs upon the impact of the arrow.

The headquarters is destroyed in chunks, and its pieces are scattered everywhere. Ember walks toward the leftover of the temple, and she stops walking.

She looks down and sees a trapdoor, therefore, she destroys it with her fire. The sight of a red illuminating crystal floating above spikes made of dark crystals welcomes her eyes.

The light illuminates most of the room, and dark crystal pieces are scattered everywhere.

"I finally found it," Ember jumped inward the room.

She touches the crystal ball. Her eyes widen immediately as her brows arise, and she pulls her hand from the crystal.

"My hand!" she yells, "I can't! As if something is preventing me from yanking my hand!"

Blue flames surround the entire crystal ball, and Ember can pull her hand from it.

She falls to the ground while Lucia has the red crystal ball encased in a blue fireball, floating beside her shoulder.

"This crystal ball requires strong flames to dominate it," Lucia chuckles, "sadly, my fire exceeds yours in terms of power."

Ember looks up. "I still have a man to kill."

Lucia steps close to her. "You know what matters, right?"

"To help him acquire the power," Ember speaks, "enough to destroy everything."

"I'm an idiot, and you know that," Lucia looks into her eyes, "if he will be able to have such power, and cause chaos upon the entire country, who do you think will stop him?"

"Guardians," Ember's eyes brighten up, "and that man will be summoned also."

Lucia smiles widely. "Right. So, let's go back to our hideout. Lend him this crystal, and then, we will proceed to avenge those who harmed him."

Ember and Lucia coat themselves in their flame. They fly away from the guardian's post in Pampanga leaving the entire place consumed by yellow flames, burning corpses, and Ben lying on the ground while he remains unconscious.

Later on, both women are kneeling right in front of their master. Their master, a man in his thirties, shirtless, and has long red hair; reaching his shoulders, walks towards the blue fireball.

He stares at the fireball in delight while observing the red crystal ball encased inside the blue fireball.

He extends his hand towards the fireball, and the flames vanish upon his hand's contact.

The crystal falls on his palm, and he smiles widely. The clouds turn red as the red crystal glows brightly, and a massive explosion occurs within the entire area.

Thereafter, a huge part of the forest has been burned, and trees and animals have been reduced to ashes.

Amid the flames, Ember and Lucia have burnt marks but they remain kneeling on their ground.

"Stand, my devotees."

A deep masculine voice enters their ear, and they begin to shake in fear.

"What was that voice?" sweats fall from Lucia's forehead in an instant, "It's as if I'm kneeling in front of a dragon!"

Ember moves her eyes upward, and she witnesses her master shrouded in red flames, his skin is bright dark red along with his hair which grows longer as it floats.

He remains shirtless but red glowing lines are present all over his whole body. His yellow eyes are fixated on his servants.

"There's one thing that we must acquire," he tells them, "the last girl of the clan of Freirus."
