Preparation (1)

'1...2...3...4...'

quickly turned into

'...65...66...67...68.'

As Greyphis worked out, he found it easier to become stronger due to his regenerative factor. His muscles recovered faster, allowing him to complete more exercises.

On the first day of the quest, he could only manage to do 15 push-ups before collapsing, but today, on the 28th day, he can do 70 with some energy left to spare.

His daily routine consisted of waking up, taking a cold shower, working out, going to the local village to shop, eating, working out again, and then sleeping. So far, he has noticed significant growth in his body. His arms are more defined, and his legs have become stronger.

The quest requires him to raise his strength from F to D; he is currently at [D- 8/10]. Progress is going smoothly. Only 2 days remain until the entrance exam for Ravengarde Academy.

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

'If I remember correctly, Ravengarde allows you to choose your first exam from three options: physical, mental, and magical exams. I have to select two to participate in.'

Based on his stats, it's clear that his magical capabilities are subpar. Considering his bane, which halves his magic potential, he would almost certainly fail the magic exam. Although the physical exam seems easy enough, the mental exam is a mystery. The author of "Tales of Ravengarde" never explained what occurred during the mental exam, as the real main character is a magic swordsman and took the magical and physical exams.

'The main character, huh?'

Meeting the main character of "Tales of Ravengarde" would feel like a dream come true for Airen. But this is Greyphis, not Airen.

'I can't get too worked up about him; otherwise, people might get suspicious.'

Like him, the main character is unknown to the rest of the world. Acting like a fanboy in front of him would make him appear strange.

Before enrolling, there are still many preparations to complete, including discovering who the real Greyphis was before Airen took over his body.

'Come to think of it, I should ask the village priest.'

Greyphis had seen the village priest several times when he visited for food. The priest always waved at him as if he knew him. Maybe that's just the priest being nice, but it wouldn't hurt to check.

'That settles it; it's time to get some answers.'
