Chapter 2
A Month had passed
I was often told in my previous life that simply by living abroad you’ll get used to languages in a , flash however, that’s a lie.
A child starting with no knowledge of languages, simply has to learn to associate the word with what she sees
For example when I hear the word “chair” I will think of the chair I see
The memories from my previous existence became a hindrance.
When I saw a chair I will automatically think of the english word “chair”
Learning a new alphabet was the same.
In my past life, I couldn’t speak before I turned three, even though I possessed the flexible brain of a young child and I had to learn them step by step.
Here, I did not know many words.
Father and mother were worried and spent a considerable amount of time talking with me.
I could not learn and it was not easy
Half a year passed
I am still unable to move and that is a very sad thing because not being able to move is a terrible and uncomfortable.
All I ever did during these years was eat, sleep, eat and I am getting fat.
But
Listening to my parents' conversations during this last half-year, I had started to understand things bit by bit.
My Spanish grades couldn't have been considered good, but it seems true that learning it can be quite a slow thing when heavily influenced by a native language. Or could it be that I could quickly remember things since I am a baby, but whatever.

But through these conversions I learned several new things
For example the town that I am living in is called Ava and consists of 150 people, pretty small ain’t it?
I also learned that my parents are regular commoners. My mother’s name is Rika Millison and my father’s name is Wilvis Millison.
However , Even if it was reincarnation, I still wanted electricity, but I doubt that is ever going to happen. Thinking that the morning ended in a flash
Then I saw several people coming to near the town.
At first I thought that I was imagining things, but clearly through my current eyesight I can see through the window right next to me and there are groups of people walking through the town.
I tried to get a closer look, but sadly I couldn’t move and I fell.
“Elsie, ARE YOU OKAY!”
Her expression seemed to say, if there's an injury it'll be serious.
Finally, she smiled and said
“Are you curious Elsie? Those people are adventurers and their here on a quest.”

A week later
I want to congratulate myself right now and now because I learned how to crawl.
A week earlier my mother said “adventurers” and that word got stuck in my brain. I stopped being lazy and decided to learn how to at least crawl before those adventurers leave this town.
And today I shall set off.
