“So what happened on the bus.”
“Nothing too much, some homeless men started arguing. I was caught in the middle. So I told the drugged up one to shut the fuck up. He took it wrong and threatened my life, So I kicked him in the small ones and watched him drop over when the other one started to Grab me from behind.”
“Wait no way you go into a fight with some drugged up homeless men.”
“Yeah then this strong man helped me out and choked one dude out and smashed him into the metal yellow bars on the bus.”
“What about the guy you kicked in the balls?”
“I kicked him so hard he laid out cold till me and the man got off at the mall.”
“Holy fucking shit!”
Lara looked at Sasha and she was amazed.
“You look as if nothing happened but here you're going ass kicking mode on these Druggies.”
“It’s not how you put it but yeah I defend my life and the city people on the bus.”
“Ok bat girl, how ever you tell yourself the tale.”
“Oh fuck you.”
“Heheh your fighting on the bus, is it safe to take you anywhere?”
“Hahaha whatever Sasha, what about the time you had jumped into a huge brawl for nothing? That time I had to pull you and three other girls apart.”
“Ohhh yeah… that doesn't count, drunk moments, you're beating people up on a good day, didn't you just get a job?”
“Defending myself on a good day, yes I got the job.”
“So you're still going to sell your stank ass couches and tv?”
“Yes those perfect lightly used couches will sell for 100 and my tv can go for an easy 100.”
“Dayum that's low, you're better off keeping the junk.”
“Do you have any better options?”
“ Is a Second job, not an option?
“ If anything comes up, sure.”
They pulled up to the restaurant. Sasha stopped her vehicle and got out.
Lara followed her friend inside and they waited to be seated. A waiter walked up and greeted them.
“Welcome ladies follow me this way.”
Lara and Sasha followed him to an open table. The restaurant was a nice cozy dim lit steak house. Lara took a seat on the red long soft chairs.
“I will be right back to take your orders. Here are some menus.”
Lara looked through the plastic fancy menu. Sasha looked around the restaurant.
Everything looked good on the menu. Lara looked up at Sasha and asked.
“What are you scanning the area for?”
“We're in the clear, no homeless people around.”
“Oh fuck off already.”
Sasha started to giggle and laugh.
Lara looked back at the menu and decided she wanted some chicken.
“Alright ladies, what would you like for a drink and for food?”
If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
“Two vodka sodas for me. Also for my order I want the crispy wing platter.”
Sasha said. Lara then looked up and said to the waiter.
“For me one vodka soda.”
“Make it three.”
Sasha interrupted. Lara gave her a side eye and then continued.
“Also some grilled chicken and rice.”
“ Alright I will be back with that.”
The waiter walked away and Lara said to Sasha.
“Trying to get me drunk?”
“Yeah, have a good time.”
Sasha laughed and looked at her phone and so did Lara.
Lara saw she had a new email.
“What housing notice?”
“I have till tomorrow to move all my things or they toss it out.”
Sasha looked at the disappointment on Lara’s face. Then broke the silence.
“Come stay at my place, for the time, till you bounce back.”
“Are you serious?”
“Yeah I will help you move what you can.”
Lara gave a smile of relief.
“It's not much, I'm sure we can get it all within a few bags anyway.”
The waiter brought the order and they were pleased to see the food. Lara dug into her food as did Sasha. A few vodka sodas later and Lara was feeling a little lighter.
“Well let's go pay and head to your apartment to pack your things up.”
“Yes, let's go.”
Lara watched Sasha pay the waiter and they left the restaurant. They walked back to the van and got in.
“Well that was good.”
Lara said and Sasha started her van.
“Yes and tonights gonna be even better.”
“If you say so.”
Sasha giggled and drove the van out of the parking lot and down the street.
They drove through the traffic and the whole way Lara was thinking about what to take and what to leave behind.
When they got to the apartment they parked the van close to the main doors.
“Well let's go load this crap.”
Lara got out of the van and walked to the apartment door and held it open for Sasha.
Sasha walked in and they both walked to Laras apartment.
“Welcome to the dump.”
“Oh wow you did sell a lot of things.”
“And the car too.”
“And the car too, fuckin stupid farogo anyway.”
“Yeah when they shut the doors to the department, I knew I was in for hard times.”
“Well, let's pack what you want to take, I will start with your small flat screen.”
“Sure I will ready bags and start helping you bring them down.”
They both worked for two hours straight. Lara could feel the vodka sweating through her clothing. She walked and helped bring all her bagged clothes and loose items to Sashas van.
After they had all the bags in the van Lara looked around her empty apartment.
“Any last words for the place.”
“Yeah, I only regret not selling those couches sooner.”
Lara and Sasha walked out of the apartment and Lara closed the door leaving behind the keys.
They exited the building and got in the packed van. Sasha started her vehicle and drove forward into the main street. They pulled into main traffic as they drove across the city to Sasha's apartment building.
The place was nice. Lara liked the calmer city area. Sasha parked the vehicle near the front of her building. She got out and started to help by bringing in the smaller bags. They both ascended the stairs carrying a load of bags. Lara said to Sasha.
“Why did you choose to live way up here?”
“Was a decent rent, so I paid the price. There is no gym here, so the stairs help.”
Lara let out a sigh of disappointment at what she heard. Sasha laughed and said to her.
“Lighten up batgirl, plenty of homeless to get that anger out on.”
“Alright for the last time I was defending myself.”
Sasha laughed and opened her apartment door. Lara dropped her bags off in Sashas living room area. Then went back down to help her carry more into the apartment. On their third and final trip back up to Sasha's apartment. Lara noticed two beautiful women dressed in similar brightly coloured dresses exit the apartment next to them. One of the ladies was tall and had brightly pink coloured hair which was braided into two braids.
They smelled of weed and walked giggling down the hall when the black haired lady yelled into her phone.
“Wooo! To the club we go!”
Lara kept to herself and brought the last load into Sasha's apartment. She sat down on the couch and rested for a moment. Looking around at the nice picture and decor that filled Sasha's apartment. She collected a noticeable amount of wrestling memorabilia.
Luchador masks were on display in a glass case in her living room.
Lara heard Sasha come out of her bathroom.
“Shower up and change were heading out.”
“Sure thing boss.”
Lara walked to her clothes smirking and picked out some fine black leggings and panties, along with one long gray shirt and sweater.
“Can I use your soap and hair products?”
“Go for it.”
Lara walked to the washroom and shut the door. She put her clothes on the sink and got undressed from her sweaty clothing. Standing naked she undid her makeshift ponytailed hair. Then she started the shower waters and got in. The refreshing waters were exactly what she needed. Her long straight greasy blonde hair felt good finally having a wash.
She washed off her soapy body and got out of the shower and began to dry herself off.
Putting on her black thong underwear and leggings. Lara flexed into the mirror checking herself out. Her figure was phenomenal. Her abs were rock solid and her shoulders were bulging. Lara felt great about herself. And put on her gray shirt and sweater. Walking out she dried her hair in the towel and brushed it with her brush from her personal bag.
Sasha walked out from her room with a nice bright outfit.
“Woah you look stunning.”
Lara said to Sasha.
“Thanks, is that what you're wearing?”
“What's wrong with what I'm wearing?”
“Oh nothing we'll fix that over time we did enough for tonight.”
“Fix my appearance for this city?”
“Yes, cause you are bat girl.”
“Ha..ha very funny lets go wherever you're taking me.”
“Yes, let's go, the show is almost starting.”
They both put on their shoes and walked out of the apartment room and down the hall to the staircase. They descended the staircase and walked out of the apartment.
The van was still warm when Sasha started it back up.
“Woo this is my song!”
Lara could care less for hip hop music, she didn't know any of the rappers or artists.
She looked at her phone and started to look online for jobs as Sasha drove them down the city streets.
