Ultimately, he reached the office where he was working, and someone was waiting for him.
"Glad you made it, James!"
The boss was seated atop a desk, waiting for James to appear in the office.
"Sigh, why did you call me Tim?" James asked, and Tim replied.
"Sorry for ruining your family time, but I called you for this."
Tim dropped from the desk and pointed his finger toward the papers next to where he was sitting. Ross instantly knew when he saw sheets on the table it was for labor.
"Sigh? You called me to do the job for you. You are wasting my family's time. I have no time for you, and I am leaving."
Tim tried to explain himself, but James did not want to hear what he was saying and went to the exit. Before he could leave, Tim grabbed his left arm.
Ross felt dizzy and nauseous when he felt his hand getting grabbed, and Tim's words were mumblings to him. James fainted!
He opened his eyes, seeing the office around him covered in darkness, without anybody except a mysterious shadowy figure.
It manifested in front of Ross and whispered, "James Ross, don't worry. Everything will be fine." After that line, it vanished and brought the darkness with it.
James wakes up from sleep seeing his wife and son next to him crying—especially his wife, whimpering heavily
Her head was on top of her arms, and her arms were on the bed where Ross rested.
The son was also crying, but he didn't flood the bed with tears like his mother. They were tearing up that they didn't notice him walking up.
"Guys… guys, why are you crying like this is my funeral!"
Out of nowhere, his son hugged him tightly, making him tear up, and his son said, "I was worried about you, Dad."
James squeezes his son back, "Don't worry about me. I am fine." Ross replied while tears were falling.
"Dad, are you crying?"
Ross, without trying to admit, "Did someone cut onions here?" He replied to his son with a joke.
"Dad, there is no kitchen here."
Ross makes another excuse, "Oh, right. It's the dust. The dust went into my eyes."
"That's more believable, Dad!"
His wife was there crying and was about to say something to her husband until the doctor came to ask questions.
The doctor had pieces of paper on a clipboard and a pen in her hands to write answers.
"Hello, Mr. James Ross. Can I ask you some questions?" She was getting ready to write the response.
"Of course, you can."
The doctor asked the first question, "Do you feel any pain?"
"Will, doc, I don't feel any pain."
She puts down the response on the paper and asks another.
"Um... The man who brought you here said you suddenly collapsed when he touched you. Tell me how or why it happened. If you don't mind?"

Ross had a hard time answering this question, but eventually, the doctor got her answer.
"Yes, Tim grabbed my hand, making me faint. I remember having blurry vision and hearing loss for a short period."
The doctor wrote everything she heard from Ross and said, "Sir, I need to take your blood pressure. Stay here. I would be back in a minute."
"Honey, did my sister call you?" Ross asked.
"I called her multiple times, but she wouldn't answer my calls!"
Ross's wife cleaned the tears from her eyelashes with a tissue when she talked to her husband.
***
James Ross's wife is the most gorgeous lady in the Milky Way Galaxy. Her natural beauty outshines most women with makeup. She is a year younger than her husband.
Her career as a high school teacher has been very great. The students respect and like her personality and beauty more than other teachers. Secretly, most students have a crush on her.
Some teachers respect her for her ability to teach kids to learn and for being good with kids.
Few people are jealous of Ross for marrying her.
Her natural black hair brightens the night sky, and her lush green eyes make people blush.
The clothes Shine when she wears them, even if it's ungodly ugly as if god especially made them for her.
She is very into nerdy things that her son is into, like anime and video games. The funny part is that she likes those things more than her son.
Sometimes, when her son puts on a random anime show or video game on the family TV, she forgets what she was doing and does things she likes.
Another funny thing is that she beats her son in
any video game all the time, even though he tells her how to play. She knows more about the story of her son's favorite anime than he.
Now, James's son turns. Like his mother and father, he's a very handsome young boy, making him the popular kid in school in the same place where his mom works.
His girlfriend turned his hair from brown to blond to fit in with popular kids more.
Everything is not perfect for him, though. Without his mom and dad's knowledge, he bullies anyone he thinks is weaker or uglier than him.
Once in school, he spilled coffee on a student because the student accidentally bumped into his shoulder.
For starting fights with anyone, he got a nickname, Bloodthirsty Gorilla. His smarts make his actions impossible to find.
He bullies people in some places that no teacher knows about with 'friends.'
It's game over for him if he gets caught, especially if his mother finds out about his act. His façade of being the angel of heaven revealed that he is a demon from hell. His victims hate him so much that they want to kill him if they can.
His appearance is the same eye color as his mother, the same skin color, and a similar nose shape as his father. His favorite entertainment is anime, and video games, even though he sucks at them. Reading books is also his favorite activity.
He knows Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but uses it for the wrong reasons, like bullying people. He goes to tournaments and beats people who are older than him.

The next day, James Ross woke up from ringing in the hospital. He heard the buzzing coming from the black jacket on a chair next to his bed.
He stands up from the bed and gets the phone. Seeing his son was calling him, so he picked up.
An unknown voice was coming from the phone.
"Hello? Are you Mr. James Ross? You better hurry before your family burns alive!"
"Not a funny prank, son. Explain yourself without your friend's involvement."
"You think this is a prank? No, this is not a prank but a real event called killing! Here's proof if your family is trapped inside with burning around them."
The mysterious man sends the picture of his family, blindfolded and tied in a chair, and cannot move with fire spreading around them!
From seeing the picture, Ross runs toward his home. A nurse saw him running and tried to stop him with words.
"Hey, you stop. You can not run away from here when we did not discharge you yet."
The nurse had difficulty breathing after chasing him like she lost James.
The nurse tried to call security to stop him, but they were on a lunch break, or they were too tired to help her. The next best thing for the nurse is to call the doctor who treated him to get better.
"Dr. Monica... Dr. Monica, patient James Ross is escaping the hospital."
The nurse was breathing loudly and loudly every time she talked, and the doctor replied to the nurse.
"He was getting discarded today anyway. Let him go."
James tried to call his sister, but as she was out of the city, the call went nowhere. Remembering that, he instantly called his wife, but it went to voice message.
He took a taxi to go to his home. He had no
time to start his car. After reaching it, he rushed into his smoke-filled house without hesitation; there were no firefighters to stop him or rescue people inside and put the fire out.
Before entering, he tore a piece of his jacket to cover his nose and mouth from the smoke and yelled his family name after entering the house.
He checked every nook and cranny of the button floor but didn't find his wife and kid. Only some and fire were visible
He was about to go upstairs, but a wooden board from calling fell on him, making him unconscious.
Ross wakes up from sleeping, seeing no fire and smoke anywhere near him but a monster feet away from him, not moving.
He noted, after waking up, that something was different about him that he couldn't have an answer to yet.
"Huh! What happened to my-"
