"That could have gone better..." I say to myself as I lie on my back in the middle of what seems to be a road. or at least what was left of it after my not so graceful landing. I get up and dust myself off before stepping out of the huge crater I made. at least nothing's broken this time, and my stomach seems to have healed up a bit despite having been literally thrown to Earth all the way from the celestial realm. I gently rub my fingers on my belly just to be sure. the pain is gone but it seems it'll be permanently scarred. another one for my growing collection, wonderful. once the dust has cleared I check my surroundings and to the suprise of nobody, my "grand" entrance has completely destroyed this part of town. I look around, panic slowly rising as I might have landed in a populated area, but strangely (and conveniently) enough, there were no people around. You'd think that a panda crashlanding in the middle of the street would have attracted quite the audience, or at least send them running and screaming; but this place seems to be completely deserted. I check my watch (which is surprisingly undamaged) and it was only 3:30pm in the afternoon. that didn't make sense at all. there should still be people out and about but there isn't a single soul in sight. something is definitely wrong here.
