The murderer murdered the body in the same way; the slit went through the throat down to the lower abdomen region. Hebrew went near her, getting rid of the gloves covering his hands.
As he went near, he could feel her blood still warm, “She hasn’t been dead for quite a long, the murderer could be around us, be careful.” Hebrew notified, making people gasp and shudder at their place.
He looked at Winchester. “Get the place empty.” he ordered.
“RIGHT NOW!” He yelled as he found Winchester still standing in his place.
Hebrew’s yell made him come out of his thoughts, and he nodded.
“Please be out. Clean this alley. No one is allowed. Step aside! Step aside!” He ordered motioning people to step out of the narrow alley.
He took out his phone quickly and made a quick call. “Emma, bring a team of cops near the Ewer street bus stand. Right now, we have a situation.”
As he declined the call, he again looked at Hebrew. “What next?”
“Just seize the whole damn place!” He commanded, and Winchester quickly did so.
Soon, in fifteen minutes, the police siren surrounded the complete area, walkie talkies could be heard.
“Hello, this is cop Tony speaking. Can you hear me, over?”
The hazy static voice responded, “Yes, Tony, What’s the situation there, over?”
“The corpse has been taken to the laboratory for examination, no weapon found yet. The background of the victim is still unknown, over.”
The voice responded again, “Do we need Mr Robet there, over?”
“No, Mr Hebrew is already at the scene examining it, over.”
“Okay, then keep me updated, over.”
Hebrew looked at the surrounding as if he could see the murder happening, as he looked around his eyes fell on one person and he immediately asked, “How come you arrived at the scene so quickly, Mr Winchester?”
He walked closer to him, his piercing gaze making Winchester’s inside twist in nervousness.
“It’s like you already knew what was about to happen.”
Winchester gulped. “I-I was just around here. Just a mere...coincidence.” Hebrew stops at his place, kept looking at Winchester, folded his arms and nodded.
“Just a mere...coincidence can get you in huge trouble, and you’re quite old to get out of it healthily and quickly, and I’ve heard quite a few stories about your coincidence earlier too. Be careful.” Hebrew warned.
Hebrew’s stare nearly made Winchester die out of nervousness when a cop interrupted.
“What do we have to do next, sir?” He asked Winchester but looking at Hebrew.
“Since the body is taken away, we just need to interrogate the people who witness the body,” Hebrew replied.
“I can do it, go.” Winchester offered.
“Can I really trust you?” He raised his one eyebrow.
Winchester cleared his throat. “You have to, and also people won’t much appreciate your presence here.” He added.
Hebrew thought for a second and realised actually Winchester was right. He also never wished to encounter the huge and angry mob attacking him. It wasn’t something he is fond of.
“Okay then...” He nodded and walked past Winchester, making him finally breathe.
But as he made his way out, he kept his hand on Tony’s shoulder and made him walk along with him.
“Tony, you seem loyal. Though I think you won’t trust me, I can’t trust Mr Winchester either. So just do a favour, monitor his activities and keep me updated if anything is unusual. Lately, I have some doubts about his personality.”
Simon nodded and assured him, “Don’t worry, Mr Hebrew, I will.”

Hebrew nodded and made his way toward the main road, where he could find a taxi. It was getting late, and he was feeling exhausted to a level where he could actually faint.
He reached his apartment, and now was standing outside it. Ascending all the stairs, he could barely feel his feet anymore. He needed to sleep, to get some rest.
But as he approached the door, he found it strange how the door was ajar. His eyes narrowed, and he sighed, being frustrated inside.
He opened the door, and someone switched the lights on. “Not again, Eva!” He mumbled angrily.
“Welcome home, Hebrew.” Eva smiled dramatically.
Hebrew closed the door behind him, but his eyes glaring at the woman standing in front of him, extremely happy today.
“Eric hasn’t contacted-“
“No, no!” She waved her finger in front of him.
“Today I’m not here to ask you for information, today I’m here to inform you about something.” And she clasped her hands joyfully.
Hebrew sighed, “Be quick, I’m not in the mood to stand anymore.”
“Don’t you hear what Flynn said?” She said, directing her eyes towards Hebrew’s bedroom from the corner of her eyes.
“Be quick and bring her in.” She commanded.
Hebrew had no interest in she had for him, but...as soon as her men came in with a woman held tightly in their grasp and her mouth stuffed with a piece of cloth, his eyes narrowed causing wrinkles on the side, in more frustration rather than in confusion.
With knitted brows, he mouthed out,
“Ms Lennon?”
Jessica looked down, probably ashamed of being caught invading the personal life of someone as secretive as Hebrew.
“I found this intruder in your house."
Eva declared, as Jessica was made stand in front of Hebrew.
“I asked her multiple times if she was here to rob. She denied, but then, she also denied telling me her name.”
Eva kept her hands on her waist and walked towards Hebrew, whose eyes were inwardly questioning Jessica. Eva stood beside Hebrew and kept her elbow on his shoulder while the other hand was still on her waist.
“Ask her out what she’s doing here? It will be fun.” She whispered in his ear and that’s when Hebrew realised how close she was standing to him.
“She. Is. My. Partner! We work together. And she has all rights to be at my home cause she knows how to maintain boundaries with one.” He stepped aside, letting Eva’s elbow slid down his shoulder and added,
“Not like you.”
Eva looked at Hebrew, and then at Jessica her, eyes widened in shock. Looking at how miserable Jessica was, she laughed loudly.
“Boundaries?” she teased Hebrew and laughed again.
Hebrew took in a deep breath and looked back at Jessica.
“Well, don’t really know what BOUNDARIES you’ve made for her.” She emphasised the word boundaries.
“Cause you see...I caught her rummaging through your cupboard and stuff, in your bedroom.” Hebrew heard Eva and his eyes grew more narrow, making Jessica gulp.
Eva folded her arms and pouted dramatically, “I mean...I understand, she works with you, you’re handsome and more attractive than anyone in the station, so she might’ve-
“Get out!” Hebrew interrupted her.
“What?” Eva’s face grew serious, and she raised an eyebrow.
“Just go! Leave!” He looked at her.
Laughing disbelievingly, she shook her head.
She went near Hebrew and whispered through her red lips, “Take good care of your co-worker. She seems to have an ulterior motive.”
Hebrew kept looking at Eva and she smiled, “Leave her and get the car ready.” She ordered her men, and they loosened the grip on them from the forearms of Jessica.
Eva left, and so did her men. Jessica took out the cloth from her mouth and let out a deep breath. Hebrew walked weakly towards the sofa and sat on it.
Jessica looked at him as he sat and stood like a criminal, ready to be interrogated. Hebrew let out a deep breath and stretched back on his sofa, his neck hitting the back of it. His face turned to the ceiling, his eyes closed.
“Why are you standing Just LEAVE!” he yelled out his last word making Jessica flinch.
She quickly made her way out, and Hebrew rubbed his forehead.
He was feeling unusually tired, and he knew he needed to sleep, but his mind had many things in it right now, resisting him from sleeping. His eyes were red feeling deprived of required rest. His feet and hands feel sore, headache has taken all over.
As he closed his eyes, a summary of his entire day played down right in front of him. From his encounter with Jessica in the early morning to his last encounter with Jessica at his home.
“What was she searching for her? Till how much she knows?” He mumbled.
Here Jessica, who stood outside, felt extremely guilty for her actions. “He didn’t even utter a single word against me.” She mumbled as she stopped outside the apartment.
But on her way out both Hebrew and Jessica forgot one thing, she shouldn’t bear and Hebrew’s house.
And she was reminded about it when a sudden flash on her face made her look up. As she looked up multiple flashes made their way, and soon she realised they caught her up, the media.
“Ms Jessica Lennon, what are you doing here?”
“Are you taking help from Flynn Hebrew?”
“Are you afraid you might not solve the case all alone?...”
