A fat man stumbled and fell to the ground while running away, and several child-sized plastic monsters immediately pounced on him, biting down with their bloody mouths and devouring him madly.

An elderly man with white hair was knocked down and lost his cane, unable to move. He was also relieved of his heart by the tall plastic monsters and was now their delicious meal.
