In the world of crime, there are two distinct realms: Organized Crime and Hitman Organizations known as. These two spheres coexist with an unspoken understanding and mutual respect, dating back to the inception of the criminal underworld. Organized Crime boasts a structured hierarchy, ranging from the lowest-ranking members, known as "soldiers", up to the ultimate authority—the boss/leader.
In the harsh and unforgiving realm of Hitman Organizations, every day is a hell. Engaged in contract killings, members vie fiercely to elevate their standing within the organization. Competitions arise, sometimes escalating to brutal conflicts, all in the pursuit of marking their name as the most formidable.
In each country, organized crime adheres to a systematic order, resolving internal conflicts through a hierarchical chain of command. "Soldiers" carry out orders designated by the boss to eliminate targets. However, matters take a different turn when the target resides outside the country. In such cases, each organization hires a hitman to carry out the order, leveraging their extensive resources, including information. Conducting operations beyond their territory is inconvenient, as it risks entanglement with foreign laws and politicians. While assistance can be sought from within, doing so exposes their internal affairs and relationships with other organizations.
In the murky depths of the hitmen underworld, a foreboding name, "Legion," surfaced like a malevolent murmur, signifying the unholy alliance of three ruthless forces – Skotía entrenched in the dark corners of Italy, Nocturna emerging from the shadows of Southern Europe, and Umbra casting its ominous presence over Latin America. Prior to their unholy union, each organization stood as a harrowing legend, engaged in brutal conflicts, eliminating rivals to claim dominion in the merciless realm of hitmen. The relentless pursuit of power left behind a trail of countless casualties and blood-soaked battlegrounds. Confronted by the grim toll of their perpetual war, they forged an unholy pact to unite under the banner of "The Legion," a pact sealed in darkness to extinguish the ceaseless flames of violence.
The Legion Union and the Organized Crime Syndicate maintain a delicate balance between the two realms. While there is no rule explicitly prohibiting interference with each other, they refrain out of respect for the strength each entity possesses. The Legion ensures the order of hitmen, while the organized crime syndicates maintain control over their territories in various countries. However, as their forces grow and greed takes root within each faction, individual agendas begin to emerge, silently biding their time to disrupt the established order. While collaborations for mutual benefit are common in the underworld, a full-force integration between realms signifies a declaration of war.

Seong-Hoon Kim, locked eyes with each family head, his tone colder than the shadows that danced around them. He stood and declared:
"In this treacherous underworld, caution is often the wisest ally. There's nothing to worry about the 'Legion'; they are merely disposable. We will sever ties with them if things go south. However, we must tread with the wariness befitting the kings we are, as our allies have their own formidable and ruthless agenda. They are the force shrouded in darkness, driven by insatiable greed and a thirst for power that rivals even the most savage among us. Tonight's path will either solidify our reign or plunge us into the abyss. My estimation is that we only need five years to complete this grand plan. Choose wisely, for the repercussions will echo through the blood-soaked corridors of our legacy"
The leader of the Yoon Clan, Seung-Ho Yoon, declared,
"It's undeniable that they are pawns in the game, but Seong, aren't there three factions inside the Legion? How do you plan to manipulate them into submitting to our alliance?"
Following the question, Seong-Hoon responded,
"Concerning that matter, The Umbra faction has already pledged to join, given my established connection with them. We've exchanged favors in the past, fostering a mutual respect. As for the other two, my envoys are en route to each, and I expect favorable outcomes. In two months, we will reconvene to chart our strategy after we consolidate our ominous forces."
After hearing this, the leader of the Jung Clan, Sang-Wook Jung, inquired,
"As we all know, each faction has history with each others. What will we do if the other two organizations spurn our union?"
*Silence*
With a bone-chilling voice, Seong-Hoon Kim declared,
"Then, we will annihilate both of them."
