An imposing projection of a giant flaming eyeball emerged above the stockpile where Sigfi had assembled his minions. This awe-inspiring projection symbolized Arbious's authority over hell itself, a manifestation created by the mirror of darkness. As Arbious observed the gathering from above, Sigfi and the other demons bowed their heads in reverence.
"My lord," Sigfi murmured, both his and everyone's attention drawn to the darkened chaotic skies above.
"Rise," Arbious commanded.
The demons synchronized their movements, lifting their heads to gaze in awe at the spectacle of Arbious's immense powers.
As Arbious's eye scanned the surroundings, he focused on the distant location where the fourth wall was to be erected. With his demonic authority, Arbious took the initiative, unleashing an incredibly powerful ray of hellfire that emanated from his eye. The hellfire scorched the outer sector of the designated area, clearly marking the ground for construction.
A large radius was burned into the earth, outlining the groundwork for the wall, enclosing the third sector of the hellfire citadel within its boundaries. The demons, mesmerized by the display of Arbious's abilities, watched in astonishment as he finished marking the ground. Turning his gaze downward, Arbious addressed the gathered demons. "Commence construction," he commanded, his dark voice resonating throughout the entirety of hell.
Immediately, Sigfi issued orders to the demons, who swiftly entered the stockpile, gathering their tools and resources. They loaded the stone onto small wagons, which would be used to transport materials for the wall.
From his vantage point in the sky, Arbious observed the diligent work of the demons. The projection provided him with a clear view of the surroundings, allowing him to monitor their progress.
The first cargo wagons embarked on their journey, accompanied by small groups of demons. These wagons were heavily loaded with stone and construction materials. Judging by the scale of the task ahead, it was evident that this endeavor would prove quite challenging. The sector Arbious had marked encompassed an enormous piece of land, raising concerns about whether they would have enough stone to complete the wall.
If their resources fell short for the construction, it would undoubtedly pose a problem. However, in dire circumstances, Arbious could resort to converting a significant portion of his mana to create the necessary stones himself. Nevertheless, as a God specializing in destruction, the act of creation magic exacted a much larger toll on his being. Even the most basic of creation spells cost him quite a chunk of mana.
If he were to make an estimate, Arbious possessed approximately twenty million mana as a God. Naturally, this mana would regenerate over time if he were to spend it, but it was always prudent to utilize it wisely.
For instance, creating a human body consumed roughly three million mana, although he did not tally them, even though he probably should have. Perhaps in the future, he would pay closer attention to the mana cost of spells in order to ensure better management.
Being a God does not equate to being all-powerful; it simply means that they possess enough mana to either achieve seventh tier, or to manifest their divine form, which grants them God-like abilities in this realm. Even as Gods, they are not impervious to death. They possess health and can sustain damage if directly attacked. However, due to their immense power, they can only be harmed by attacks of comparable strength. Anything less would prove futile. For instance, a being such as Arbious would only be vulnerable to spells of at least the 7th tier.
In terms of his HP (Hit Points), Arbious possesses 90 million. God-like powers cease to grow once they attain divinity (tier 7) unless they eliminate another God and absorb their power. In Arbious's reign of evil, he has successfully slain three Gods, usurping their powers in the process. He is regarded as the strongest of the Gods, in both physical and magical capabilities, with only the God of Heaven being his equal in strength.
In comparison, an elf such as Mila would have roughly few hundred hit points and one thousand mana because of her elven heritage. As for Graybeard, he would have the opposite.
Enough blabbering though, lets see how the construction is going.
As Arbious shifted his gaze towards the ground, his attention was drawn to a section of the wall that had already been erected. Sigfi stood at the construction site, accompanied by three other demons, engrossed in a discussion while holding blueprints in his hands.
Intrigued, Arbious enhanced his vision to examine the blueprints Sigfi was referring to.
To his delight, the blueprints exceeded Arbious's expectations. The walls Sigfi envisioned were not only impressive but also ornate and formidable. The design included proximity towers strategically positioned along the walls, a protective buffering wall to withstand siege damage, and a wide moat intended for the flow of lava. Along the walls, intricate gothic decorations featuring gargoyles and other demonic figures were planned—a truly remarkable sight.
However, this impressive vision also instilled a sense of unease. Did they possess enough resources to realize this ambitious plan? If Sigfi had deemed it feasible, then surely, they had sufficient resources at their disposal.
Shifting his gaze to the stockpile, Arbious observed a large wooden structure being loaded onto a wagon. Upon closer inspection, he recognized it as a crane, a substantial piece of equipment intended to facilitate the transportation of stones to the top of the wall during the construction process.
Arbious couldn't help but feel amused. Had the demons somehow acquired knowledge in construction? Was Alpos, perhaps, behind this newfound expertise?
As the second wagon set off, followed by a third and fourth, each carrying stones and various resources, Arbious marveled at the dedication and progress of the demons.

His mana was at its maximum right now, so not helping them with their work would be a waste of his powers. Arbious decided to summon in some stones at the construction site to assist them and have his regenerative powers begin.
"Creation magic, Summon Evil Brick."

Creation Magic: The art of Creation Magic enables the conjurer to manifest desired resources through the expenditure of mana. However, it is important to note that resources are categorized into tiers, and as the tiers ascend, the creation of higher-tier resources exacts a greater toll on one's mana reserves.
Evil Brick: Among the tiers of stone, Evil Brick stands as a remarkable tier three stone. This stone possesses a sophisticated composition and remarkable durability, making it the preferred choice for construction in the demon realm, having served this purpose for generations.
Mana Cost: 10 mana per brick.

A magnificent sight unfolded as one hundred thousand Evil Bricks materialized at the construction site, seamlessly arranged and reaching skyward in a neatly organized manner, ready for the demons to utilize.
Sigfi's attention was captivated by the sudden appearance of the bricks beside him. He looked up towards the sky, a clear expression of gratitude evident on his face, acknowledging Arbious's summoning of the bricks.
However, this feat came at a cost for Arbious. To bring forth such a substantial quantity of bricks, he had expended approximately one million mana. Nevertheless, his mana regeneration rate would replenish this expenditure within a short amount of time, as he regained his magical powers at a rapid rate of 50 mana per second.
By comparison, a regular human would regenerate their mana at a rate of 0.1 per second, while an accomplished human mage could restore 0.5 mana point every second.
Upon witnessing the abundance of stones at the construction site, Sigfi swiftly issued the command for more demons to commence the construction. The demons assembled, setting up cranes and laying the foundation necessary for the wall. Wagons continued to arrive, delivering decorations and essential resources for the construction.
In an impressive display of unity, the demons formed a line from the stone pile to the foundation where the workers were laboring, employing manual strength to transport the stones with remarkable efficiency. It was a marvel to behold, observing the imps working seamlessly together.
Meanwhile, Arbious's attention shifted as smoke billowed from the forges. The forges had been reignited, and the undead labor force operated the machinery under the watchful protection of a few stationed demons. The citadel was beginning to awaken and come to life.
The Impion pits, also known as the demon pits, were now fully functional. These pits served as the foundation for the demon army, with six dedicated cultists working tirelessly to summon and create Impions through their magical abilities. The chaotic nature of the summoning process resulted in swirling energies atop the building. To contain the chaotic energies, a barrier was erected, preventing any leaks. The energies were then recycled numerous times until they transformed into a brown, foggy hue that blanketed the building.
A beam of chaotic energy shot up from the demon pits, indicating the creation of new demons. Moments later, a few hundred freshly formed impions emerged from the pits, greeted by one of their own who provided them with directions on their assigned tasks.
Without delay, the Impions swiftly followed their instructions and headed to the stockpiles, immediately joining the workforce and contributing to the ongoing construction efforts.
As Arbious surveyed the walls of the first three sectors and compared them to the design of the fourth, it was evident that the new wall would surpass his expectations. Its intricate detailing and fortified layout promised exceptional defense during a siege.
Arbious found himself in awe of the progress his demons had made, rendered speechless by their dedication. Despite ruling through fear and power, their efforts had intensified since his departure to the human world. He questioned whether their newfound loyalty stemmed from the fear of abandonment or if Sigfi and Alpos had played a role in fostering it.
Lost in contemplation, Arbious's mind wandered through various matters. The loyalty of the demons, the return of Mila's uncle, the state of the human world, and the meticulous planning required to conquer it consumed his thoughts.
His strategy to dismantle their ranks from within lingered in his mind, but he pondered the most effective approach. Corrupting either the humans or the elves appeared to be a favorable choice. However, corrupting the humans, who were closely tied to the archangels, presented a formidable challenge. Likewise, the elves, under the protection of their queen's magical artifact, posed a significant obstacle to the dark arts, rendering them almost ineffective.
As Arbious's focus returned to the present scene before him, he noticed that the demons had already completed the foundation for the entire wall, including four gatehouses positioned at the north, south, east, and west sides. Although he had yet to see the plans for the gatehouses, the foundation alone sparked his eagerness to explore their design.
Turning his gaze back to Sigfi, Arbious decided it was time to communicate with him, to discuss further details and convey his expectations.
"Message, Sigfi."
"My lord. Is everything to your satisfaction?"
"It is," Arbious responded. "Say, I don't recall giving orders for the construction of four gatehouses."
Sigfi quickly explained, "My lord, it was Alpos's suggestion. He designed this layout and its details. As for the four gatehouses, he mentioned that they would facilitate traffic flow for our future endeavors. He also proposed following the same layout as the first three sectors. However, the final decision rests with you, your excellency."
"I see," Arbious responded, considering the information. "I will discuss these plans with Alpos upon his return. Would you care to join us in the discussion?"
"My lord, I am not worthy," Sigfi replied humbly.
"It is an order, then. I demand your presence once he returns," Arbious declared firmly.
"As you will it, my lord," Sigfi acquiesced.
With a wave of his hand, Arbious ended the message spell, severing the communication. Sigfi's humility as a demon stood out among the demons. While Alpos was more manipulative and sarcastic, often employing deceptive tactics to achieve his goals, Sigfi would offer his apologies and shy away. Arbious found himself drawn to Alpos's demeanor and appreciated his cunning nature.
Alpos had proven to be a loyal servant, and his new form had bestowed him with increased confidence. Yet, that newfound confidence had also made him bold, as evidenced by his unpermitted strike against Clovis. In the past, he would never have taken such actions.
Arbious considered, "I'm probably thinking too deep into it... Alpos did the right thing, that bastard elf disrespected me and got what he deserved. If there is anyone to blame, it's him, not Alpos."
Regarding the creation of a new demonic species, Arbious contemplated that it was the right moment to begin the process while Sigfi managed the construction. It seemed that he had everything well in hand, and Arbious was confident that Sigfi would continue to excel in his responsibilities, ensuring the progress of the construction while he focused on expanding their demonic forces.
