10th year of the post-Calamity Golden Era, 7th of Earth 1

The humans said yes, to take me to the town, Which is nice. We began our trip the next day. They seemed kind of suspicious of me, which is fair. We started our trek soon after we woke up.

I debated attempting to practice charm on them, but my parents told me it was risky to do so with adventures, they might be immune to charm, or at least be able to sense it.

I’m so thirsty, but cant risk revealing my race to this group. I got so close to getting a sip from that elf. She smells good. But I have to keep my thirst under control.

The adventurers told me we were about 1-and-a-half days away now, I can’t wait to reach the town, animal blood tasted bad as it always had. Anyways, we stopped for a break so the humans can search for a specific plant for a quest, one they took along with the Albk serpent one, and they are taking forever, like dang, just sniff it out, you have noses for a reason, yeah?

We started walking again, thank Weazya 2 for that. These humans just don't know how to do one thing at a time, always doing like three quests. I’m definitely gonna be a better adventurer than them

We stopped and made camp about one day away from the town, and I think I can see smoke from hearths, all the way out here! Everyone else is heading to bed, and I’m pretending to sleep, but as soon as they are all asleep, I’m going to sneak past whomever is the night watch, and get some food. By Poruavi 2 am I thirsty.

Ok, they are asleep.

After sneaking past, I sprinted out into the forest, and caught a rabbit, and drained it. Once I get back to camp, I sneak into my covers and fall asleep.

We are about half a day away now, and even the humans can see the smoke. They once again stopped to find some random plant, which is annoying, but at least they are being fast about it this time. I think they are also excited to be getting back to town. Soon we will be back on the road.

We’re almost there! I can see the gate. And these walls, I knew they were big, but perspective matters, from a distance they were way smaller looking!

Oh! It's our turn. The gate gourd called us over.

We headed over, and he asked a couple of questions, like “What is your reason for entering.” And “Do you have a license?” as well as asking for a tax to enter, due to not having an adventurers license or merchants tag.

We finally get to enter.
