The Swarm felt the power flow through all of them like the incoming tide. It almost drowned itself in the ecstasy of becoming...more than what they had been before. A fifth of the way to Apocalyptic Rank 2 and whatever that would bring. More and more of the potential implications of these new abilities passed through their mind. Had they had these abilities before then the Briar Bear and the war against the termites and the ants would have been far more manageable.
Speaking of which, the Swarm Champion was presently rampaging its way through the ant hive and down towards the battlefield where the Swarm and hive fought one another. They casually transferred the fragment of the Swarm Champion into the collective of the Ant-General. With that done they then focused on the new abilities again.
Regeneration was easy enough to identify, the entire Swarm felt that the bodies of each Unit noticeably repairing themselves. Old injuries and new ones alike were being healed by a combination of tiny little machines and fungal fibers. So, that would most likely mean that a unit that has been damaged enough would be very different from what they were before. As their flesh would be enhanced and replaced with metal and fungal fibers.

This trait felt akin to a constant stream of energy passing through the Swarm and into each fragment. Power flowing through the thousands and thousands of fragments holding hands across the Swarm. Eventually, they decided to look away from this phenomenon and over to the new power they had acquired.

"Why aren't the amounts of energy and biomass specified?"
The Swarm was confused as it could feel that there were specific amounts of them needed and yet the interface did not have a way to account for energy or biomass. But aside from that this finally opened up the possibility for revenge on the Briar Bear and also improve their chances to fight and convert other monsters in the forest. They smiled and started channeling the power needed to create new units to grow their dominion and truly change the course of the war to subjugate the entire forest.
