Avalon slowly grows smaller and smaller as Nero and Deva watches from the back of their small little boat. It's been 3 days since their vows of matrimony and short little honeymoon. The two of them are happy to set sail and explore the new world they were born in, 17 years of age being the perfect starting point.
"There she goes," Nero said, smiling sadly as he watches as Avalon vanishes from sight and they could feel the rippling barrier that separates the Illusory Island from the rest of the world, "our beautiful paradise."
Deva nods and squeezes his hand tightly in comfort, "Yeah. The island is bound to you, so all you need to do is apparate or create a portkey."
"True."
Nero turns around and looks over the small boat they worked together to build. It is nothing to elaborate or fancy, but it is enough to get them to land where they can explore to their heart's content.
Made from wood created by Deva's Wood Release and carefully carved into shape with magic from Nero. It has only one single cabin that is enough for Nero and Deva to rest at night. A small mast with a sail that has been charmed to move in whatever direction Nero desires with little resistance from the wind or currents.
A subtle notice-me-not charm to keep them out of sight of pirates or sea beasts to make their journey much more comfortable. Of course Deva would use this opportunity to further hone her already perfect chakra control by creating random whirlpools as they sail.
Throughout the trip they had spotted other ships in the distance and judging by their make, Nero assumed that the world's age to be somewhere in the middle ages. Definitely not Earth as the ambient magical energy flowing through the atmosphere is great.
After a week of sailing did they finally spot land. Considering how cold it had been since they left Avalon's borders, it made sense why they would be seeing snow in the distance.
"I assume we are in the far north," said Deva, "it was never thus cold in Avalon."
Nero nods in agreement, "Yeah. Here is to hoping it's not too dreadfully far from civilization. I want to meet the locals for a change."
"I'm sure we will meet some," Deva assures him. The land comes closer and closer until the skid to a stop thanks to the seafloor.
Hopping off the boat Nero casually glides across the water before taking his first step on dry land beyong Avalon... Well maybe not too dry. The land is currently covered in ice and there are horkers flopping about...
"Oh, look a walrus!" Deva shouts out pointing to a walrus looking animal flopping about on it's belly with it's flippers.
"Um... I don't think that is a walrus, Deva." Said Nero with a look of contemplation on his face. He had seen this species somewhere before but cannot for the life of him put hia finger on it.

Deva runs towards it gleefully, "Nonsense! I'mma pet it-" as she passes by a seemingly unimpressive stone it suddenly shifts and like lightning, a set of pincers shoot out and snags her leg causing her to yelp.
"IT WAS A TRAP, HELP!" Deva shouts as she hops up and down kicking her leg trying to throw off the offending beast that snagged her leg. "Ouch-ouch-ouch! It won't let go!"
Nero looks carefully at the creature. A crustacean with a rocky greyish/brown coloration with 2 very large pincers on each claw, six legs.
"Huh, it's a mudcrab." Nero comments, "That means we are on Nirn, Elder Scrolls series' world."
"I don't care what world we are in," Deva roars, "get this damn crab off of me!"
With a chuckle Nero calls out Arc and aims it at the little critter trolling his dear wife.
*Stupify!*
A red bolt fires from the tip of his wand and strikes the mudcrab causing it to seize up and shoot away into unconsciousness as it crashes into the ground a few meters away.
Deva kneels down and rubs her calves, sighing in relief now that the little monster is gone.
"Little mudcrab bastard can burn in Oblivion..." Deva curses as she glares at the now outcold crab.
Nero laughs and teases her, "Aww! Did the big bad crab hurt the super ninja?"
"Shut it boy, or no sex for a week!" She threatens him causing him to chuckle and respond.
"I don't think you can last a whole week," said Nero with a smirk causing Deva to sigh in defeat.
"Yeah, you right. Let's go find us an inn so we can relieve ourselves."
The two walked along the shores hoping to find a way up the cliffs that surround the wintery beaches. They had finally found a place to walk up 45 minutes later and ascend to the top.
"Now that we are finally somewhere, we can look around. All this snow either points to us being in winter or further up north." Nero surmises.
Walking further inland Nero and Deva come across a rather well maintained path that can only be a road and gives them hope that following it will lead the two to civilization. With east as the direction they chose to follow, the two walked along the road for 2 days until they spotted signs of civilization.
A signpost read the name of the small city as, "Dawnstar."
"This confirms that we are in fact in Skyrim," said Nero before observing the city noticing how different it is compared to what had been portrayed in the game, "it's much bigger than in the game that is for sure. Dozens of more houses and many people roaming the streets." His line of sight follows a number of boats rowing out to sea to fish, "the hardware on consoles and computers definitely cannot emulate a real living world this accurately."
"I know!" Deva agrees, "I wonder where we are in the timeline? Depending on where we are, maybe we can troll the storyline!"
"Hahaha!" Nero chuckles shaking his head, "You got me. The Dovahkiin will have plenty on his or her plate with the resurgence of Alduin, but there is nothing stopping us from stealing alot of side quests and maybe affecting the civil war."
"Yes! He or she does not really need to waste hers or his time with these cruddy side quests!" Said Deva with a glint in her eyes, "we can build up a reputation for ourselves by seeking out and helping these people. And if ole dragon soul needs some practical experience to hone himself up then we can build a better and more OP Dragonborn!"
Nero contemplates this for a moment and begins to plot something interesting for him and Deva to do. Suddenly he breaks out into a grin.
"Soo... If we are in the right timeline, then we can train the Dovahkiin into a monster." He cackles mischievously, "Oh this will be fun."
Of course neither of them will realize that they are in fact in the wrong timeline. Of course it will not change their plans to build up their own reputations that will become known for ages to come.
