"Excuse me, but who are you, and why did you call me Highness?" I asked the knight
"Oh no, it seems that his memory has been erased; we must hurry and inform the queen," the knight said with a slightly panicked voice.
Not answering my question, the knight walked up to me and removed their helmet, exposing a man with long white hair a slightly feminine face, and two black horns on on his head.
"My name is Beowulf, commander of the Death Squadron; all of us here were chosen by you as your personal guard," the man explained, giving a small bow.
"Wait, I'm so confused right now; what are you talking about," I asked.
"I know that his highness does not remember us, but please come with us, and all will be explained," Beowulf said
(I can't trust them, but what other option do I have) I thought, weighing my options.
"...Very well," I replied after a few moments.
(They seem to treat me with respect, so I will go with them; if I sense something off, I will try to run away) I thought, following behind the knight.
As we walked, all the knights created a circle around me and killed a monster that would get close to us. After what seemed like twenty minutes of walking, we arrived at a medieval city that had a large stone wall with some type of dome over it.
"Welcome back home, Your Majesty, to the city of Bealnoc," The knight said with a small smile.
Reaching the city gate, there were two guards who were not human. One had purple skin, one eye, and two sabertooth fangs; the other one had blue skin and one long horn on the other head; each had grey armor and held giant halberds.
Once they saw Beowulf, they shouted up the wall to open it. Slowly, the large gate opened, exposing the city of Bealnoc. Passing the guards, I could see both of them giving me serious looks. Entering the city, I saw all kinds of people; some had animal features, others looked more human, and some looked like demons no matter how you looked at them. As we passed them, they all cheered for Beowulf and his soldiers, but when they saw me, I could see the confusion on their faces.
"I'm sorry that there isn't a grand welcome. We did not know if it would be you for sure," Beowulf said, slightly disappointed.
"I don't even know if I'm who you guys say I am; I'm just a high schooler," I replied, rubbing my nose.
"Don't worry; you will regain your memory again with the help of the queen," Beowulf said.

Following behind him, we arrived at a giant castle. It was mostly made from black stone but had purple and red banners with an image of a flying dragon. Entering the castle, we walked down the giant halls that were incredibly clean and smelt of roses. As we walked, I felt a sense of familiarity with the hallway, as if I had been here long before. Walking through the walls, we ran into people dressed in maid costumes and butters who would smile brightly when they saw me.
Finally, we arrived at a set of large golden doors with two giant statues of knights holding swords on each side. As we approached the statues, Beowulf spoke something in a different language, which caused the giant statues to move and open the doors.
Walking past the door, we entered what seemed to be a throne room. Inside was a group of twenty people, each of them dressed like nobles of past time; all looked to be a different species. In the center of the room was the throne, which had a beautiful woman sitting on his seat with a smile on her face, and I could see her eyes begin to water. Something about the room made me feel like I had really been here before, maybe in a dream, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
"Your Highness, I am honored to be the one to bring your son, our future king, back to you, Lord Deus Bealnoc," Beowulf said, bowing to me.
Standing up from her throne, the woman slowly walked up to me. Standing a foot away from me, she placed her small hand on my cheek. Realizing that I was real, her eyes went wide, and she pulled me into a tight hug. I could feel so much love and sadness behind the hug that I couldn't help but hug her back.
"My son, you really have returned," she spoke in a gentle voice.
After a few minutes, she released me from the hug and wiped her eyes. Looking into my eyes, I could see her face drop a little.
"My child, do you not remember me?" she asked concerned.
"I'm sorry, but I don't. But a part of me feels like I have seen you before, but I can't remember where," I replied
"It seems the spell he used caused him to lose his memory," One of the nobles, who looked like a Fishman, said
"How can he be our king if he doesn't even remember who he is," Spoke another larger man in a set of red armor with a dragon on the front
"I think he was just lucky not to die from the fruit; he can't be your son," another person added.
"What did you just say; do you really think I would not recognize my own son," the woman spoke, causing everyone to tense up
"I would never say such a thing, Your Majesty; I just believe it could be a descendent of your son who was summoned instead," a man with three horns said, getting on one knee.
"We can find out for sure if you feed him your blood, your majesty," the man in the armor added.
"Deus, I'm sorry; I know you are my son, but you can't take the throne unless you consume my blood," the woman spoke.
"I don't know what's going on, but something told me that I had to consume your blood, and if it will help me regain lost memories, then so be it," I replied
Once they heard me, all the noble's eyes went wide, and they all began to whisper among themselves.
"Wait, you said something told you to consume my blood. Was it a blue screen?" my 'mother' asked, holding my shoulders.
"How did you know it was a screen?" I replied
"See, he even has the king system like his father," my mother said with a large smile.
"That proves not, Your Majesty; just because he spoke of the screen, that does not mean he is your son," the armored man spoke.
"Yes, I believe we shouldn't waste our time with this person," another noble added.
"Yes, we should vote on a new king instead of a magicless human," another added.
As the nobles in the throne room began to speak, I looked at my mother, who seemed to be shaking from anger. Even though I could not remember her, I felt sick when I saw the nobles throwing away her suggestions and trying to say she was wasting her time.
"Hey, ALL OF YOU SHUT THE HELL UP!" I yelled at the nobles.

Once I did, a heavy aura covered the room, causing the Nobles to fall to their knees and look at me in fear. Looking at my 'mother,' I wiped her tears and gave her a small smile.
"I may not know what is going on, but this woman, my mother, is your queen. Do you dare to go against her word," I spoke.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" one of the nobles spoke
"Why are you still speaking? I said, shut up," he said, staring at the noble, causing the pressure around him to increase, indenting his body on the ground.
Walking up to him, I picked him up by the neck and began to squeeze. Slowly, I watched as his life drained from his eyes; he tried to resist and held his arm out. When he did a red fireball appeared on his hand and flew towards my face.

As the fireball hit me, a large explosion occurred, causing a large cloud of smoke to cover us. Once he died in my arms, I dropped him to the ground as the smoke disappeared. When the rest of the crowd saw me, I could see fear in their eyes, but my 'mother and Beowulf had large smiles on their face.
